Bat\u0131\u2019da ve Rusya\u2019da parlak bir devrim olarak sunulan bu devrim s\u00fcrecinde, tarih\u00e7ilik ve tarih bilinci de bu de\u011fi\u015fimden fazlas\u0131yla nasibini alm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Fakat bu yeni s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u0130ran\u2019da Tarih\u00e7ili\u011fin geli\u015fimi ve tarih anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndaki de\u011fi\u015fimin yeterince ara\u015ft\u0131rma konusu yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Ancak orijinal ad\u0131 300<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> olan, <em>Frank Miller<\/em>\u2019in <em>Termofil Sava\u015f\u0131<\/em> hakk\u0131ndaki \u00e7izgi roman\u0131ndan uyarlanarak 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda g\u00f6sterime giren filmi, \u0130ran\u2019daki tarih bilincine ve tarih\u00e7ilik anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik ilgi \u00e7ekici bir dizi tart\u0131\u015fmaya neden oldu. <em>Zack Snyder<\/em> taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6netilen film \u0130ran taraf\u0131ndan \u201c\u0130ran kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 propaganda\u201d olarak nitelendirilerek filmde \u201cPers\u2019leri vah\u015fi, zenci, cahil, kan d\u00f6k\u00fcc\u00fc ve medeniyetten uzak ki\u015filer; Yunanl\u0131lar\u0131 ise cesur ve asil\u201d olarak g\u00f6sterilmesine tepki g\u00f6sterilmi\u015fti<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>. Filmin tarihi \u00e7arp\u0131tmas\u0131 ve zamanlamas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n bu tepkisinin hakl\u0131 taraflar\u0131ndan daha \u00e7ok dikkat \u00e7eken bir ba\u015fka durum ise \u0130sl\u00e2m Cumhuriyeti iddias\u0131ndaki bir devletin, laik bir ulus devlet bilinciyle \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00f6ncesi Pers d\u00f6nemini b\u00fcy\u00fck bir gururla sahipleni\u015fi ve savunmas\u0131d\u0131r diyebiliriz<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-10441\" src=\"https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Zehtabi-196x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" height=\"993\" srcset=\"https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Zehtabi-196x300.jpg 196w, https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Zehtabi-98x150.jpg 98w, https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Zehtabi.jpg 335w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Tarih \u00f6\u011fretimi ve yaz\u0131m\u0131, toplum kimli\u011finin in\u015fas\u0131nda en temel i\u015flevi g\u00f6rmektedir.\u00a0 Ortak ulus bilinci bu kimlik \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselir. Bu bak\u0131mdan bir \u00fclkede tarihin nas\u0131l \u00f6\u011fretildi\u011fi, nas\u0131l yaz\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve tarih\u00e7ilik anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131 konular\u0131yla ilgilendi\u011finizde, do\u011frudan o \u00fclkedeki kimlik sorunlar\u0131yla da ilgilenmi\u015f olursunuz. Karma\u015f\u0131k bir etnik yap\u0131ya sahip olan \u0130ran\u2019daki tarih\u00e7ilik ilgi \u00e7ekici olmakla birlikte bu co\u011frafyaya bin y\u0131ldan fazla h\u00fckmetmi\u015f olan ve \u00fcstelik n\u00fcfusun \u00f6nemli bir kesimini olu\u015fturan T\u00fcrk soylu halklar\u0131n bu tarih bilin\u00e7lenmesindeki yerleri ise ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na zengin bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma konusu te\u015fkil eder.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu etti\u011fimiz karma\u015f\u0131k etnik yap\u0131s\u0131, ilk bak\u0131\u015fta \u0130ran\u2019da vatan vurgusunu \u00f6ne alan bir ulus\u00e7ulu\u011fun h\u00e2kim oldu\u011fu izlenimini verir. Ger\u00e7ekten de ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u00fczy\u0131ldan bu yana \u0130ran\u2019da modernle\u015fme \u00e7abalar\u0131nda lokomotif olarak kullan\u0131lan ulus\u00e7uluk olgusunda vatan\u0131 \u00f6ne alan bu \u00f6zellik, Fars olmayan di\u011fer etnik gruplar \u00fczerinde fazlas\u0131yla etkili olmu\u015ftur. Bunlardan biri olan Azerbaycan T\u00fcrk\u00fc Ahmet A\u011fao\u011flu, Fransa\u2019da e\u011fitim g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00f6nemde bir s\u00fcre bu etkiyi \u00fczerinde fazlas\u0131yla ta\u015f\u0131yanlardand\u0131r. Onun fikri ser\u00fcveni \u0130ranl\u0131l\u0131ktan \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ve nihayet T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe uzanan geni\u015f bir yelpaze \u00e7izer<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>. Bu \u00fclke kuzeydo\u011fuda T\u00fcrkmenistan, kuzeybat\u0131da Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti ve Ermenistan, bat\u0131da T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti ve Irak, do\u011fuda ise Afganistan ve Pakistan \u00fclkeleriyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 70 milyonluk \u0130ran n\u00fcfusunun % 98\u2019sini M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar, kalan k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 ise H\u0131ristiyan, Musevi ve Zerd\u00fc\u015ftiler olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. \u0130ran M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n\u0131n % 89\u2019unu \u015eiiler, % 9\u2019unu ise S\u00fcnniler olu\u015fturur. \u00dclkenin etnik yap\u0131s\u0131 olduk\u00e7a karma\u015f\u0131kt\u0131r. D\u00fcnyada uzun y\u0131llar Fars \u00fclkesi (Persiya) olarak tan\u0131t\u0131lan \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7o\u011funu, ba\u015fta T\u00fcrkler olmak \u00fczere, Fars olmayan di\u011fer halklar ve etnik gruplar olu\u015fturur. \u0130ran\u2019daki etnik yap\u0131 \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan resm\u00ee istatistik ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar pek g\u00fcvenilir olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan de\u011fi\u015fik tahminler ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclmektedir. \u00dclkenin nisb\u00ee \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu olu\u015fturan T\u00fcrklerin n\u00fcfusu resm\u00ee kaynaklarda 16 milyon g\u00f6sterilirken gayri resm\u00ee kaynaklar bunun 30 milyonun \u00fczerinde olabilece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemektedir. 1979\u2019 dan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze Tahran\u2019da T\u00fcrk ve Fars dillerinde yay\u0131nlanan Varl\u0131k dergisi ise bu rakam\u0131 25 milyon olarak g\u00f6sterir. \u0130ran T\u00fcrklerinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlunu Do\u011fu Azerbaycan, Bat\u0131 Azerbaycan, Erdebil, Zencan, Hemedan ve Tahran eyaletlerinde toplu, di\u011fer eyaletlerde ise da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k \u015fekilde ya\u015fayan Azerbaycan T\u00fcrkleri ve kalan k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 ise Ka\u015fkayi (Fars eyaleti), Hala\u00e7 (Tahran eyaleti), Sungur (Kirman\u015fah eyaleti), Horasan (Horasan eyaleti), T\u00fcrkmen (Horasan ve G\u00fclistan eyaletleri) vb. olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130ran ve T\u00fcrkler: <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130ran ile T\u00fcrklerin ili\u015fkileri, ayn\u0131 Rusya ile oldu\u011fu gibi, \u201c<em>T\u00fcrkl\u00fck \u2013 Farsl\u0131k<\/em>\u201d ve \u201cT\u00fcrkiye<em>\u2013 \u0130ran<\/em>\u201d olmak \u00fczere iki safhada incelenmesi gerekir. T\u00fcrkl\u00fck ve Farsl\u0131k ise \u00c7in hududundan ba\u015flayarak Anadolu\u2019ya kadar sarmal bir yay gibi uzan\u0131r. Farsl\u0131k, en eski \u00e7a\u011flardan beri Med-Pers-Sasan\u00ee gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck imparatorluklar yan\u0131nda <em>Tohar, So\u011fd, Tacik, Afgan, Pe\u015ftu <\/em>gibi etnik uzant\u0131lar\u0131 bu sarmal\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik katmanlar\u0131nda yer al\u0131r. Firdevs\u00ee\u2019nin konu etti\u011fi <em>\u0130ran-Turan<\/em> sava\u015flar\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi, T\u00fcrkl\u00fck ve Farsl\u0131k sert bir bo\u011fu\u015fma i\u00e7erisinde<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a> s\u00fcrekli rakip jeopolitik alanlar \u00fcretmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrkl\u00fck ve Farsl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar biri birine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 da vakidir. Bo\u011fu\u015fmalar yo\u011fun k\u00fclt\u00fcrel al\u0131\u015f veri\u015flere engel olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrkl\u00fck ve Farsl\u0131\u011f\u0131n Orta Asya\u2019ya uzanan rekabeti ve ili\u015fkileri T\u00fcrk tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fczerinde s\u00fcrekli bir etkiye sahip olmu\u015ftur. Bunun tersi de ge\u00e7erlidir. Yani \u0130ran tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fczerinde T\u00fcrkler de s\u00fcrekli bir etkiye sahip olagelmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Rakip alanlarda bug\u00fcn i\u00e7in ilk \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Laik bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclke olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n mezhep temeline dayanan teokratik yap\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Asl\u0131nda \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n bu durumu Fars birli\u011fini savunan milliyet\u00e7ileri de rahats\u0131z etmektedir. Ancak \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n son zamanlarda kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tehdit kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bu gruplar memnuniyetsizli\u011fini ertelemi\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedirler. \u0130ran kavram\u0131, co\u011frafyaya dayal\u0131 bir ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k duygusuyla, \u015eia asabiyetinin tayin etti\u011fi bir yap\u0131y\u0131 ifade eder. Bu yap\u0131n\u0131n temelinde, derinden derine g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde hissedilen Fars milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi yatmaktad\u0131r. Ancak \u0130ran bir yandan kendi i\u00e7indeki T\u00fcrkleri, T\u00fcrkiye ile olan ili\u015fkilerinde hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde s\u00f6z konusu etmemektedir. T\u00fcrkiye de bu konuda \u0130ran\u2019\u0131 rahats\u0131z edecek davran\u0131\u015flardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmaktad\u0131r. 1990\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye ve \u0130ran aras\u0131nda k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre de olsa \u00f6zellikle Azerbaycan ve Orta Asya\u2019ya yans\u0131yan bir rekabet ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f; Bat\u0131 ile iyi ili\u015fkiler i\u00e7erisinde olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Azerbaycan ve Orta Asya\u2019da Pant\u00fcrkist bir tehdit olu\u015fturmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 Ermenistan ve Tacikistan ile yak\u0131n i\u015fbirli\u011fine y\u00f6nelmi\u015ftir<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere, \u0130ran tarih\u00e7ili\u011fi ilk g\u00fcnden itibaren siyas\u00ee bir tarih\u00e7ilik olmu\u015ftur. Tarih, ba\u015fka \u00fclkelerde oldu\u011fu gibi, \u0130ran kimli\u011finde kurucu bir unsur olarak i\u015flevsel bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Gerek ders kitaplar\u0131nda gerekse akademik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda \u0130ran tarihi, \u0130ran co\u011frafyas\u0131, Fars\u00e7a ve Ari (Aryayi) \u00f6\u011felerin de\u011fi\u015fik oranlarda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu ikinci yakla\u015f\u0131mlar daha \u00e7ok akademik d\u00fczeyde kendini ifade edebilmektedir. Orta \u00f6\u011fretimde \u00f6\u011fretilen tarih derslerinde ise birinci yakla\u015f\u0131m daha egemendir. panfarsist ve paniranist tarih\u00e7ilik anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131 yak\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnmekle birlikte aralar\u0131nda baz\u0131 farklar vard\u0131r. Birincisi Fars k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve milliyeti etraf\u0131nda bir ortak bilin\u00e7 yarat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve di\u011fer Fars dilli alanlarla daha yo\u011fun ilgiyi \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir. Bat\u0131ya daha yak\u0131n laik gruplar taraf\u0131ndan savunulmaktad\u0131r. \u0130ran d\u0131\u015f i\u015flerinde etkin g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedirler. \u0130kincisi ise yine Fars K\u00fclt\u00fcr ve dilini ortak kimlik i\u00e7in yads\u0131mamakla birlikte daha \u0130ran merkezli bir anlay\u0131\u015fa sahiptir. Bu ba\u011flamda \u0130ran co\u011frafyas\u0131 ve \u015eiilik panfarsist yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 gizleyecek bir bi\u00e7imde sunulmaktad\u0131r. \u015eu anda \u0130ran devlet g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc bu anlay\u0131\u015fa yak\u0131nd\u0131r. Haliyle resmi tarih\u00e7ilik bu anlay\u0131\u015fa yak\u0131n bir \u015fekilde \u00f6\u011fretilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ran, eskiden beri kullan\u0131lan co\u011frafi bir kavram olmakla birlikte resmi \u00fclke ad\u0131 olarak ilk defa R\u0131za \u015eah d\u00f6neminde, 1934 y\u0131l\u0131nda resmen devlet ad\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O zamana kadar \u00f6zellikle Ka\u00e7arlar d\u00f6neminde ve o d\u00f6neme ait resm\u00ee belgelerde \u00fclkenin ad\u0131 \u201c<em>Mem\u00e2lik-i Mahr\u00fbse<\/em>\u201d olarak ge\u00e7iyordu. Mem\u00e2lik-i Mahr\u00fbse bug\u00fcnk\u00fc deyimle federal devletler demektir. Pehlev\u00ee d\u00f6neminde \u00fclkenin ad\u0131n\u0131n \u0130ran olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesinin iki esas nedeni olmu\u015ftur. Birincisi, R\u0131za \u015eah\u2019\u0131n o zamanki Nazi Almanyas\u0131\u2019 n\u0131n propagandalar\u0131na uyarak onlarla ayn\u0131 \u0131rktan yani <em>Ar\u00ee<\/em> (<em>Aryay\u00ee<\/em>) \u00fcst\u00fcn \u0131rktan oldu\u011funu ispatlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve ayn\u0131 zamanda Rus ve \u0130ngiliz g\u00fc\u00e7lerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc bir devletin deste\u011fini kazanmas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a>. \u0130kinci ve daha \u00f6nemli nedeni ise, \u00fclkede ya\u015fayan \u00e7e\u015fitli halklar\u0131n \u0130ran ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve daha iyi bir \u015fekilde eritilebilmesi ve Farsla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 idi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, R\u0131za \u015eah \u0130ran\u2019da her hangi bir federal sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 idi. Onun ve ondan sonra da o\u011flunun politikas\u0131 \u201ctek dil, tek millet\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na dayanmaktayd\u0131. Du\u015fanbe\u2019deki \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck Meydan\u0131\u2019nda Sovyetler Birli\u011fi\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck Lenin heykelinin yerinde, bug\u00fcn y\u00fckselen dev Firdevs\u00ee heykeli binlerce y\u0131la yay\u0131lan T\u00fcrk- Fars \u00e7eki\u015fmesini anlat\u0131r gibidir. Zira ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Ta\u015fkent\u2019te de benzer \u015fekilde bir Nev\u00e2\u00ee heykeli vard\u0131r. Sovyet d\u00f6nemi milliyet politikas\u0131 1924 y\u0131l\u0131nda eskiden bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olu\u015fturan \u00d6zbekistan ve Tacikistan\u2019\u0131 ay\u0131rm\u0131\u015f, T\u00fcrk olmayan her \u015feyi Tacik, Tacik olmayan her \u015feyi de T\u00fcrk olarak adland\u0131rmas\u0131 gerekiyordu. Tacik Liberal partilerinin, 1989\u2019dan ba\u015flayarak Ermeni milliyet\u00e7i partileriyle kurduklar\u0131 yak\u0131n ili\u015fkiler ilgi \u00e7ekicidir. Bunlar, Karaba\u011f sorununda a\u00e7\u0131ktan Ermenileri destekliyorlar ve Azerbaycan \u201chegemonyac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131\u201d Kafkasya\u2019n\u0131n Hint Avrupal\u0131 halklar\u0131n\u0131n savunulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00fcrekli \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunurlard\u0131. Tacikistan \u00f6zerk bas\u0131n\u0131nda da G\u00fcney Kafkasya\u2019da ya\u015fayan Fars dilli k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir halk olan ve T\u00fcrkler taraf\u0131ndan zulmedildi\u011fi iddia edilen <em>Taliciler<\/em> ile dayan\u0131\u015fma \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lar\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Orta Asya\u2019n\u0131n en kalabal\u0131k etnik kimli\u011fi olan \u00d6zbekler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, Afganistan, Tacikistan ve \u0130ran ekseninde bir (panfarsist) Fars birli\u011fi hayali g\u00f6renler az de\u011fildir. Bunlara g\u00f6re; ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kenden (Ary\u00e2y\u00ee) gelen ve ayn\u0131 dili (Fars\u00e7a) konu\u015fan b\u00fct\u00fcn halklar\u0131n merkez\u00eele\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve demokratik bir devlet \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda, siyas\u00ee bir birlik kurmalar\u0131 gerekir. En \u00e7ok \u015fik\u00e2yet ettikleri Buhara ve Semerkant gibi Fars\u00e7an\u0131n da konu\u015fuldu\u011fu k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezlerinin \u00d6zbekistan\u2019\u0131n elinde kalm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu da \u00d6zbekleri \u201c\u00f6teki\u201d konumuna itmektedir. Tarih kitaplar\u0131nda \u00d6zbekleri T\u00fcrkle\u015fmi\u015f Tacikler olarak tan\u0131t\u0131rlar. Tacik milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi, Farisili\u011fini ifade ederek ve Arap alfabesine d\u00f6n\u00fclmesini talep ederek dil \u00fczerinde \u00f6zenle durur<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a>. Tacikistan\u2019\u0131n S\u00fcnni olmas\u0131 bu birli\u011fin \u00f6n\u00fcnde en b\u00fcy\u00fck engel olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Do\u011fal olarak Tacik milliyet\u00e7ileri, \u0130ran\u2019daki laik milliyet\u00e7ilerle daha iyi anla\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n \u0130ran \u015eii kimli\u011fini \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kararak kimli\u011findeki Farisi yap\u0131y\u0131 gizlemek \u00e7abas\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bir yandan kendi i\u00e7indeki farkl\u0131 unsurlar\u0131n kopu\u015funu engellemek kayg\u0131s\u0131yla \u015eiilik ve vatan (\u0130ranl\u0131l\u0131k) vurgusunu \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rken, bir yandan da Tacikistan\u2019da tutunacak bir nokta bulabilmek i\u00e7in dil birli\u011fini kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine de \u0130ran bunlar\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fcnde klasik miras\u0131 leh\u00e7ele\u015ftirdi\u011fi i\u00e7in yeterli bir model de\u011fildir. Bu birli\u011fi kurmak i\u00e7in alt\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f olarak Samani Devleti (875\u2013999) idealize edilir. B\u00fcy\u00fck Horasan ise bu devletin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 olarak Tacik milliyet\u00e7ileri i\u00e7in yol g\u00f6stericidir. O, <em>\u201cAzerbaycan ve Zeb\u00e2n-i Parsi\u201d<\/em> (Fars dili ve Azerbaycan) adl\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131nda T\u00fcrklerin \u0130ran\u2019a ettikleri g\u00f6\u00e7lerin tarihini ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Ona g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkler \u0130slamiyet\u2019ten sonra, \u0130ran\u2019da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir devlet olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yava\u015f yava\u015f M\u00e2vera\u00fcnnehir\u2019e yakla\u015ft\u0131lar ve Samanilerden sonra oray\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irdiler. Ka\u00e7arlar, \u0130ran\u2019da Fars milliyet\u00e7ilinin geli\u015fti\u011fi bir d\u00f6nemde ve \u0130ngilizlerin bask\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerine, h\u00e2kimiyeti R\u0131za \u015eah\u2019a devretmek zorunda kald\u0131lar.
