Sonras\u0131nda &#8220;Yeni Nesil \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fcler&#8221; \u00fcst ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z iki ciltlik ikinci \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n da ilki kadar olmasa da ilgi g\u00f6rmemesi \u00f6nermemizi peki\u015ftiren bir durumdur. Peki bu sorunu nas\u0131l a\u00e7\u0131klayabiliriz? Ni\u00e7in \u00fclk\u00fcc\u00fc kimli\u011fin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyabilecek d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerden, hareketlenmelerden, tart\u0131\u015fmalardan uza\u011f\u0131z? Kendi i\u00e7imizde birbirimizi g\u00f6rmezden gelmek, yok saymak ne demektir? Bu k\u0131sa metinde g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fimiz sorular\u0131n cevaplar\u0131n\u0131 arayaca\u011f\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Bir parti ve ki\u015fi k\u00fclt\u00fc etraf\u0131nda \u00f6r\u00fclen, bilgiye \u00f6nem vermeyen mistik karakterli bir \u201chareket\u201d d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 lanetler. Ki\u015fi k\u00fclt\u00fcn\u00fcn hakim oldu\u011fu ezoterik karakterli gruplarda \u00f6nemli olan k\u00fclt ki\u015finin s\u00f6z ve eylemleridir. Hamasetin esiri olmak, fikirden uzakla\u015fmak demektir<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fcler kuram ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131\u00a0ele\u015ftirel ve \u00f6z\u00a0ele\u015ftirel konumlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrekli tahkim etmelidirler. Fikr\u00ee\u00a0alanda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir istik\u00e2met belirlemek i\u00e7in \u00f6z ele\u015ftiri gelene\u011finin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u00d6z\u00a0ele\u015ftiri mek\u00e2nizmas\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulabilmesinin yolu da entelekt\u00fcel birikimde ve\u00a0\u00f6zerk bir konumda olmak \u00f6n \u015fartt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, mensup olunan entelekt\u00fcel gelene\u011fin titizlikle takip edilmesi, zaman i\u00e7inde in\u015fa olunan bu gelenek minvalinde bug\u00fcnk\u00fc eylem, tutum ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin de\u011ferlendirilmesinin yap\u0131labilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kendi fikr\u00ee\u00a0durumunun yan\u0131nda bu duru\u015fa bir anlam katman\u0131n yolu \u015f\u00fcphesiz di\u011fer d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ak\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 bilmekten ge\u00e7mektedir. Marksizm\u2019i, Liberalizm\u2019i, \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k\u2019\u0131 bilmek demek \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ne oldu\u011funun bilincine varmak demektir. Farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kimli\u011fimizi te\u015fkil edecektir. \u0130\u015fte bilginin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kendi fikir gelene\u011finin takip edilmedi\u011fi bir camiada \u201cbilmek\u201d \u00f6nemsenmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in bu \u201cbilmek\u201d \u00fczerine kurulacak bir ele\u015ftiri ancak teoride s\u00f6z konusu olabilir. Akla, bilime, gelene\u011fe sa\u011flam bir bi\u00e7imde dayanmayan eylem d\u00fcnyas\u0131 duyguya dayan\u0131rsa o duygular\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irmenin yolu da bilim ve ak\u0131l de\u011fil sloganlar ve hamaset olur. Dinleyenleri etkilemek veya heyecanland\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla yap\u0131lan abart\u0131l\u0131 anlat\u0131m demek olan hamasette \u00f6nemli olan \u201cetkilemek\u201d ve \u201cheyecanland\u0131rmak\u201d olunca bilgiden ve bilimden ziyade duygu\u00a0ve\u00a0romantizm \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar. Komplo teorileri de bu ba\u011flamda bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin yerini al\u0131r. Duygu ve romantizm \u00f6nemsiz midir? Diye sorulacak olursa asla ve kat\u2019a&#8230;\u00a0Sorun duygunun b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve eyleme egemenlik kurmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ya\u015fam duygudan ibaret de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Amac\u0131\/hedefi noktas\u0131nda \u00fclk\u00fc enflasyonunun ya\u015fanmas\u0131, \u00fclk\u00fcdeki mu\u011flakl\u0131k, fikri netli\u011fi engellemektedir<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fc kimlik bir fikir hareketi olarak de\u011fil ki\u015filere ba\u011fl\u0131 bir d\u00fczlemde konumlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu soruna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak da ortak bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve de\u011ferler ekseninde bir sadakat geli\u015ftirilememektedir. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin \u00f6nemsenmemesi beraberinde \u201c\u00fclk\u00fc\u201dn\u00fcn de mu\u011flak bir konumda yer almas\u0131n\u0131, herkesin kendince bir \u201c\u00fclk\u00fc\u201d belirlemesine sebep olmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, \u00fclk\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6zelli\u011fi \u201ctekli\u011fi\u201d ve \u201cortakl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201dd\u0131r; \u201c\u00e7oklu\u011fu\u201d ve \u201cbireyselli\u011fi\u201d de\u011fil. Bu ba\u011flamda bir \u00fclk\u00fc ancak bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceyi benimseyen kitlelerde g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen bir olgudur. \u00dclk\u00fc bireyin duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6nlendirir ve bi\u00e7imlendirir.<\/p>\n<p>Uzun zamand\u0131r \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fclerde bir kimlik krizi veya mensubiyet sorunu ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle koalisyon h\u00fck\u00fcmetinden sonra ve bug\u00fcn AKP\u2019ye eklemlenme s\u00fcreci tahkim edildik\u00e7e, \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fc olman\u0131n anlam\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak da itibar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetme s\u00fcrecine girdi\u011fini \u00e7e\u015fitli olgular\u0131n g\u00f6zlemlenmesinden \u00e7\u0131karabiliyoruz. Bizim tespitimiz asl\u0131nda \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fc T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011finin i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu ideolojik krizin veya t\u00fckenmi\u015fli\u011fin bir yans\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu krizden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n yolu da, \u00e7e\u015fitli eserlerimizde vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi, \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir kimlik sahibi olmas\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Yani \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yeni bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc olarak kendini yeniden \u00fcretmesi ve mensuplar\u0131 aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir\u00a0\u201ccemaat karakterinin\u201d yarat\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fck tarihe, topluma, k\u00fclt\u00fcre, olay ve olgulara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6zg\u00fcn bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 yaratmakt\u0131r. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle yeni bir \u201canlam d\u00fcnyas\u0131\u201d kurmakt\u0131r. Bu yeni anlam sistemi kendimiz d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki d\u00fcnyaya bir alternatif sunmak demektir. Bunun \u00f6nemli bir ba\u015fka etkisi de \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fclerin u\u011fruna m\u00fccadele edecekleri somut bir \u201camac\u0131n\u201d\u00a0temay\u00fcz etmesidir. \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee\u00a0Kelimatullah, Niz\u00e2m\u0131 Alem, T\u00fcrk-\u0130slam \u00dclk\u00fcs\u00fc gibi siyasal i\u00e7eri\u011fi ve \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fc d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncedeki i\u015flevinin ne oldu\u011fu belli olmayan kavramlar\u0131n \u201c\u00fclk\u00fc\u201d olarak sunulmas\u0131 krizin ba\u015fl\u0131ca kaynaklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Milay K\u00f6kt\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn \u201c\u00dclk\u00fc\u201dy\u00fc ve \u201c\u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fc\u201dy\u00fc sorgulayan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri \u00fczerinde \u00f6zellikle durmak gerekmektedir. K\u00f6kt\u00fcrk\u2019e g\u00f6re:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cBu ku\u015fa\u011fa a\u015f\u0131lanan idealistli\u011fin ak\u0131l d\u00fczenine uygunlu\u011fu hi\u00e7 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmad\u0131. Y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde anlaml\u0131 ve de\u011ferli bir \u015fey olarak kabul edilen idealin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeterli, bu idealistlerin mevcudiyeti de memleket i\u00e7in zorunlu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. 12 Eyl\u00fcl sonras\u0131 do\u011fan kaosun ve ard\u0131ndan ya\u015fanan da\u011f\u0131lman\u0131n biricik sebebinin darbe olmayabilece\u011fi hi\u00e7 hesaba kat\u0131lmad\u0131. As\u0131l neden, galiba idealist kalelerin kumdan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131yd\u0131. Darbe s\u00e2dece bu kaleyi postalla ezdi, o kadar\u2026 Geride miras olarak, idealist olman\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez hazz\u0131 kald\u0131. O da s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bireylerde! \u2026 \u0130\u015flerin bu kadar karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, daha y\u00fcksek bir bilgi ve bilin\u00e7lilik, daha yo\u011fun ak\u0131l kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n gerekli oldu\u011fu \u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, eskinin kahramanl\u0131k dolu tarihsel s\u00f6ylemleri, sadece miting meydanlar\u0131n\u0131n malzemesidir. \u0130\u015fler romantik idealist s\u00f6ylemlerle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclemez. Onlar bu \u00e7a\u011flar\u0131n hayat sahnesinde ge\u00e7er ak\u00e7e de\u011fildir\u2026 Buradan, ideallerin anlams\u0131z oldu\u011fu sonucu \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130dealler \u2018en de\u011ferli\u2019 m\u00fclkiyetlerimizdir. \u0130deali olmayan birey, ya\u015fama d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda esen r\u00fczg\u00e2rlarla birlikte savrulup durur. \u0130dealler idealistlerin itici g\u00fcc\u00fc, heyecan kaynaklar\u0131d\u0131r. Ama idealler de ak\u0131l d\u00fczeniyle uyumlu olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130dealler eri\u015filebilir olmad\u0131k\u00e7a veya idealin gerektirdi\u011fi, \u2018ak\u0131lla donanm\u0131\u015f ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme iradesi\u2019 ortal\u0131kta g\u00f6z\u00fckmedik\u00e7e, sadece s\u00f6ylem idealistleri boy g\u00f6sterir. Hi\u00e7bir zaman eri\u015filemeyecek nitelikteki idealler bireyin erdemli varolu\u015fu veya tarihin miras\u0131 diye sunulursa, hem ger\u00e7eklik alg\u0131s\u0131, ge\u00e7mi\u015f alg\u0131s\u0131, hem de gelecek tasar\u0131m\u0131 u\u00e7uk olmaktan kurtulamaz. \u00c7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ise Don Ki\u015fot\u2019lar\u0131n de\u011fil, ayaklar\u0131 yere basan bireylerin ba\u015far\u0131 \u00e7a\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.turkocagi.org.tr\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=843:fikir-meydani&amp;catid=56:fikir-meydan&amp;Itemid=251\">http:\/\/www.turkocagi.org.tr\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=843:fikir-meydani&amp;catid=56:fikir-meydan&amp;Itemid=251<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Bu krizden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in, T\u00fcrk milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi i\u00e7inde farkl\u0131 entelekt\u00fcel gruplar farkl\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri sunmaktad\u0131r. Bu farkl\u0131l\u0131k da \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ideolojik temalardaki yakla\u015f\u0131m fark\u0131ndan do\u011fmaktad\u0131r. Farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 da T\u00fcrk toplumundaki post-modern zamanlar\u0131n bir \u00f6zelli\u011fi olan farkl\u0131 ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imlerinin, zihniyet d\u00fcnyalar\u0131n\u0131n bir yans\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r. Kimi hazreti peygamberi ve Fatih\u2019i \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fc kabul eden tasavvuf soslu bir \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fck ortaya koyarken kimi de \u2013\u00f6zellikle AKP kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi- \u0130slam\u2019a mesafeli laik bir \u00dclk\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fck sunmaktad\u0131r.
