En etkili ara\u00e7 <em>Sizler T\u00fcrk de\u011filsiniz, \u0130ran dilli Azeri\u2019siniz. Mo\u011follar 70 y\u0131lda sizlerin dilini de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015ftir <\/em>iddias\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. Bu tezler g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de resm\u00ee tutum olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131r. K\u00f6r\u00fcklenen ak\u0131l d\u0131\u015f\u0131 tezler aras\u0131nda <em>Siz bu topraklar\u0131n yabanc\u0131lar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z<\/em>; <em>Siz dev\u015firmesiniz; Aras Nehri\u2019nin kuzeyindeki topraklar Azerbaycan de\u011fildir; Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n kahraman halk\u0131 hepsinden daha \u00e7ok \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; Azerbaycan, \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131d\u0131r; \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n dini lideri Hamene\u00ee bir T\u00fcrk\u2019t\u00fcr; Tek resm\u00ee dil Fars\u00e7a olmasa \u00fclke da\u011f\u0131l\u0131r\u2026 <\/em>\u00f6nemli propaganda ara\u00e7lar\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131 ezmek ve bilin\u00e7lenmesini engellemek i\u00e7in \u00f6nce mill\u00ee de\u011ferlerine \u015f\u00fcphe tohumu atmak, b\u00f6ylece de\u011ferlerinden so\u011futmak, sonraki s\u00fcre\u00e7te ise bu de\u011ferlere nefret hissi a\u015f\u0131lamak ve sonu\u00e7 olarak asimile s\u00fcrecini (<em>mankurtla\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131<\/em>) tamamlamak istediler. On y\u0131llarca t\u00fcrl\u00fc zehirli fikirler devlet b\u00fct\u00e7esi kullan\u0131larak yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ran\u2019daki T\u00fcrk fikir adamlar\u0131 bu t\u00fcrl\u00fc tezleri \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k olarak tan\u0131mlam\u0131\u015f, \u015fartlar\u0131n verdi\u011fi imk\u00e2nlar d\u00e2hilinde bu iddialar\u0131 \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fctme\u011fe \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. T\u00fcrk tarihine yakla\u015f\u0131m meselesi T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ideolojik m\u00fccadele alan\u0131; mill\u00ee varl\u0131k ve onurun savunmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6r olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir. Akademik yaz\u0131larda \u0130ran co\u011frafyas\u0131nda T\u00fcrklerin rol\u00fcn\u00fc tahrif eden iddialar\u0131n tarihi ger\u00e7eklere uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurgulanmaktad\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra T\u00fcrk fikir adamlar\u0131 hakl\u0131 olarak sitem ediyorlar; T\u00fcrkler, \u0130ran devletine ve Fars k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne bu kadar hizmet verdikleri halde neden b\u00f6yle adaletsiz muamele g\u00f6r\u00fcyor?<\/p>\n<p>Resm\u00ee \u0130ran tarih\u00e7ili\u011finin en \u00f6nemli tezlerinden birisi de 1000 y\u0131ldan uzun s\u00fcre devam eden zaman kesiminde \u015fimdiki \u0130ran co\u011frafyas\u0131nda devleti temsil eden T\u00fcrk hanedanlar\u0131n\u0131n <em>\u0130ran\u2019a hep mutsuzluk getirmesidir. <\/em>Bu karalama faaliyetlerinde nasibini alan tarih\u00ee olgulardan birisi de Sel\u00e7uklu hanedan\u0131 ve B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti\u2019dir (1037-1157).<\/p>\n<p>Meselenin di\u011fer bir ilgin\u00e7 taraf\u0131 da \u015fudur ki; Sovyet d\u00f6neminde \u015fekillenen Kuzey Azerbaycan\u2019daki resm\u00ee tarih\u00e7ilikte Sel\u00e7uklu hanedan\u0131 hakk\u0131ndaki tezler \u0130ran\u2019daki tezlerden fazla farkl\u0131 olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Resmi tarih\u00e7ili\u011fe g\u00f6re, Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz yerel halka yabanc\u0131d\u0131r, bu topraklarda zorla yerle\u015ftirilen <em>T\u00fcrk dilli etnoslar \u2026bug\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrk dilli Azerbaycan halk\u0131n\u0131n \u015fekillenmesine getirip \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<\/em>.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle, buran\u0131n ahalisi T\u00fcrk de\u011filmi\u015f, dilleri de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f <em>yerel halklarm\u0131\u015f.<\/em> Sel\u00e7uklulara\/O\u011fuzlara yabanc\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131m edebiyata da yans\u0131m\u0131\u015f, hassas milli kimlik sorununa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Sel\u00e7uklu hanedan\u0131 ve B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti\u2019nin i\u015flemleri konusunun \u0130ran\u2019daki milletler aras\u0131 ili\u015fkileri etkileyen bir y\u00f6n\u00fc de vard\u0131r. Resm\u00ee \u0130ran tarih\u00e7ili\u011fi ve propagandas\u0131n\u0131n on y\u0131llarca bilin\u00e7lere yerle\u015ftirdi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015fman alg\u0131lama g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayatta da etkisini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015f o hadde ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki; stadyumlarda Farslar <em>Merg Ber Tork<\/em>! [T\u00fcrk\u2019e \u00f6l\u00fcm!] diye slogan at\u0131yorlar. Ya da kar\u015f\u0131 taraf <em>Tebriz, Bak\u0131, Ankara; Farslar Hara, Biz Hara<\/em>! [Tebriz, Bak\u00fc, Ankara; Farslar kim, biz kim!] diye cevap veriyor. \u00a0Bu meselenin akademik a\u00e7\u0131dan g\u00fcncelli\u011fi de i\u015fte budur. Taassuba ve destans\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere kap\u0131lmadan bu d\u00f6nem tarihini k\u0131saca de\u011ferlendirme\u011fe \u00e7al\u0131\u015fal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir halk\u0131n ezeli topraklar\u0131nda (<em>oykumende<\/em>) ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bir tane bile ger\u00e7ek olgu yoktur. Bu kanaat Persler\/Farslar i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir. Pers unsurunun bu co\u011frafyada (\u015fimdiki \u0130ran\u2019da) nas\u0131l, ne zaman yerle\u015fti\u011fi, yani buralar\u0131n <em>yabanc\u0131s\u0131 <\/em>oldu\u011fu hakk\u0131nda onlarca tarih\u00ee kaynak mevcuttur. En az\u0131ndan \u0130ran\u2019da me\u015fhur olan Naser Purpirar\u2019\u0131n kitaplar\u0131n\u0131 incelemek yeterlidir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca bir zamanlar Araplar\u0131n, Portekizlerin, \u0130spanyollar\u0131n, Ruslar\u0131n, \u0130ngilizlerin, \u015fimdi de \u00c7inlilerin atalar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnyaya yay\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> akademik ya da siyasi platformlarda sorgulayana rastlam\u0131yoruz. Uluslararas\u0131 hukukun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 1648 \u00f6ncesi cihangirlik d\u00f6neminde bu ba\u015fka halklar i\u00e7in kahramanl\u0131k sayfalar\u0131 say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, genel T\u00fcrk tarihinde de gurur verici d\u00f6nem say\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu d\u00f6nemin temel tetikleyicisi g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fc; kal\u0131c\u0131 geni\u015flemeyi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 milletler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirebilmi\u015flerdi.<\/p>\n<p>Konu a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015fken; T\u00fcrkler (Avrupa Hunlar\u0131) ilk geni\u015fleme \u00e7abas\u0131n\u0131 4.\u20135. yy\u2019da g\u00f6sterdiler. Me\u015fhur\u00a0<em>Kavimler G\u00f6\u00e7\u00fc<\/em>\u00a0denilen hadise onlar\u0131n ad\u0131yla an\u0131l\u0131r. Atilla \u015fimdiki Paris\u2019e, Roma\u2019ya kadar gidip \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Ama zehirlenip \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckten sonra (453) Hunlar eski yurtlar\u0131 Urallara geri \u00e7ekildiler. \u0130kinci geni\u015fleme \u00e7abas\u0131 11. yy\u2019da ya\u015fand\u0131. O\u011fuzlar g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz Azerbaycan, T\u00fcrkiye, \u0130ran, Irak, Suriye arazilerine yerle\u015fmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Bu yaln\u0131z asker\u00ee ilerleyi\u015f de\u011fildi. T\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na s\u0131\u011fmayan T\u00fcrkl\u00fck, askerinin yan\u0131nda \u00f6rf-\u00e2deti, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, saz\u0131-s\u00f6z\u00fc, sanat\u0131 ile bat\u0131ya do\u011fru yol ald\u0131.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece, Sel\u00e7uklular cihangirlik d\u00f6neminin ola\u011fan k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 hakk\u0131na dayanarak kendi iradelerini yaymaya \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterdiler. T\u00fcrklerin tutkulu enerjisi b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda uzun mesafelerin kat edilmesine, sava\u015flara ve devlet in\u015fas\u0131na harcanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 11. y\u00fczy\u0131lda buna direnenler de o zaman i\u00e7in hayal bile olmayan \u201culuslararas\u0131 hukuka\u201d dayanmad\u0131lar, \u00e7e\u015fitli yollarla kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lerini artt\u0131rmaya yeltendiler.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lgin\u00e7 sorulardan birisi \u015fudur: Sel\u00e7uklular neden \u015fimdiki \u0130ran co\u011frafyas\u0131nda bu kadar h\u0131zla ilerleye bildiler? D\u00fcnya tarihinin bu m\u00fchim hadisesinin arkas\u0131nda duran sebepler nedir?<\/p>\n<p>Eski T\u00fcrkler sadece \u00f6zg\u00fcrce ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ya\u015fayabilece\u011fi topra\u011f\u0131 vatan olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcr, bu ko\u015fullar\u0131n mevcut olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerleri ise kolayl\u0131kla terk edebilirlerdi (T\u00fcrk yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n birinci nedeni). Eski T\u00fcrklerde a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hareketlili\u011fin nedenlerini a\u00e7\u0131klayabilmek i\u00e7in, T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnya h\u00e2kimiyeti fikrini de hat\u0131rlamak gerektir (2). Di\u011fer bir neden M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul eden O\u011fuzlar i\u00e7in \u0130slam\u00ee adaleti yaymak, art\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n bu topraklar\u0131n\u0131 (\u015fimdiki \u0130ran\u2019\u0131) Bizans tehditlerinden kurtarmak dini bir g\u00f6rev say\u0131lmaktayd\u0131.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li>yy. T\u00fcrklerinin askeri g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn ve yay\u0131lma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer bir \u00f6nemli kayna\u011f\u0131 konar-g\u00f6\u00e7er hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kla me\u015fgul olan \u00e7oban ilk gen\u00e7lik y\u0131llar\u0131ndan yeti\u015fmi\u015f bir asker niteli\u011fine sahip olmal\u0131yd\u0131. At \u00fcst\u00fcnden yerdekine yukar\u0131dan bakan g\u00f6\u00e7ebenin y\u00fckseklik kompleksine kap\u0131lmas\u0131 ola\u011fan haldi. G\u00f6\u00e7ebeyi tan\u0131mlayan esas keyfiyetler onun cesareti, mertli\u011fi, d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc idi. <em>Sonunu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen kahraman olamaz<\/em> bu \u00e7oban-askerin yer yer g\u00f6r\u00fclen irrasyonel davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 izah eden temel ilke say\u0131labilir. Eski T\u00fcrkler ticarete, tar\u0131ma, zanaatk\u00e2rl\u0131\u011fa (demircilik ve silah \u00fcretimi istisna), genellikle yerle\u015fik hayata yukar\u0131dan bakm\u0131\u015f, bu alanlar\u0131 temsil edenleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131ftan saym\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00c7a\u011fda\u015f d\u00f6nemde devlet kuruculu\u011fu, mill\u00ee yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n zirvesidir mant\u0131\u011f\u0131 eski ve Orta\u00e7a\u011flar d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erlidir. Cihangirlik d\u00f6neminin \u015fartlar\u0131na en iyi haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f topluluklardan olan eski T\u00fcrkler, b\u00fcy\u00fck fetihleriyle d\u00fcnya tarihine damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurmu\u015f, geni\u015f topraklarda birka\u00e7 d\u00fcnya devleti kurabilmi\u015fti. Onlardan biri de B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti idi.<\/p>\n<h2>Etno-Demografik De\u011fi\u015fim ve Alg\u0131lanmas\u0131<\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13225 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/selcuklu-04.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"750\" srcset=\"https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/selcuklu-04.jpg 1500w, https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/selcuklu-04-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/selcuklu-04-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/selcuklu-04-150x75.jpg 150w, https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/selcuklu-04-768x384.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1500px) 100vw, 1500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>11.-12. yy\u2019lar Sel\u00e7uklular d\u00f6neminde etno-demografik s\u00fcre\u00e7ler konusuna g\u00f6z atal\u0131m. \u00d6ncelikle bu d\u00f6nemin Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n T\u00fcrk yurduna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir d\u00f6nem oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermeliyiz. Zeki Velidi Togan\u2019a g\u00f6re, Arslan Yabgu 1025\u2019de S\u0131rderya ile Amuderya aras\u0131nda yerle\u015fen O\u011fuzlardan 100 bin kadar asker toplayabilirdi. Bu da yar\u0131m milyon n\u00fcfusa tekab\u00fcl eder. O\u011fuz kitlesinin \u015fimdiki \u0130ran co\u011frafyas\u0131na yerle\u015fmesi zaman ald\u0131. 1043\u2019de Tu\u011frul Bey\u2019in maiyetinde 15 bin hane vard\u0131.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a> Sultan Melik\u015fah\u2019a (1072-1092) kadar hi\u00e7bir yerde ciddi isk\u00e2n i\u015finin vaki olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilmektedir. Azerbaycan\u2019da O\u011fuzlar\u0131n kati olarak yerle\u015fmeleri 1076\u2019dan itibaren ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Zamanla yerel n\u00fcfusun \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funu olu\u015fturanlar \u015fimdiki \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n kuzey bat\u0131s\u0131nda art\u0131k T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015fuyordu ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e n\u00fcfusun genel konu\u015fma dili haline gelmi\u015fti. Horasan ve Fars\u2019\u0131n baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde de T\u00fcrkler \u00e7o\u011funluk haline geldi. T\u00fcrk\u00e7enin bu b\u00f6lgelerde \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fun dili haline gelmesiyle ilgili \u00e7ok say\u0131da tarih\u00ee kaynaklar mevcuttur.<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a> Bunlardan, genellikle kaynak olarak g\u00f6sterilen Sultan Celalettin\u2019in \u00f6zel k\u00e2tibi \u015eihab\u00fcddin en-Nesevi\u2019nin eseridir. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Kuzey Azerbaycan\u2019da T\u00fcrk unsurunun G\u00fcney\u2019e oranla \u00e7ok daha fazla oldu\u011funu ve daha yo\u011fun bir \u015fekilde yerle\u015fti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor. T\u00fcrklerin Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n kuzeyinde g\u00fcneyine oranla daha \u00f6nce ve daha temelli bir \u015fekilde yerle\u015fmesinin bir di\u011fer nedeni, 11.-12. yy\u2019larda buraya yeni K\u0131p\u00e7ak\u00a0ak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n olmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu d\u00f6nem, K\u0131p\u00e7aklar\u0131n esas kitlesi, Kuzey Kafkasya\u00a0da d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere Tuna Havzas\u0131na kadar olan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir alana yerle\u015fmi\u015fti.
