Bu makalelerin yaz\u0131lmas\u0131ndaki ama\u00e7, bi\u00e7imlenmekte olan T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn bilgi ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak, Osmanl\u0131 ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n &#8220;Acem&#8221; dedikleri ve &#8220;\u015eia&#8221; olarak yad\u0131rgad\u0131klar\u0131 \u0130ran n\u00fcfusunun &#8220;en az\u0131ndan \u00fc\u00e7te birinin&#8221; T\u00fcrk oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatmak, T\u00fcrk d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n bu \u00f6nemli b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7ekmekti. S\u00fcre\u00e7lerin i\u00e7inde do\u011frudan yer alan Resulzade&#8217;nin bu eseri \u0130ran T\u00fcrkleri konusunda yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ilk genel eserlerden biridir. Yaz\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinden 105 y\u0131l ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen bu ara\u015ft\u0131rma akademik \u00f6nemini hi\u00e7bir zaman kaybetmedi. G\u00fcney Azerbaycan ve \u0130ran T\u00fcrklerinin durumunda sonralar\u0131 dramatik de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bu eser &#8220;G\u00fcney meselesi&#8221; dedi\u011fimiz sorunlar toplam\u0131n\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ilk kaynaklardan biri olma \u00f6zelli\u011fini korumaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130lk iki makale \u0130ran&#8217;\u0131n, \u00f6zellikle G\u00fcney Azerbaycan&#8217;\u0131n co\u011fraf\u00ee ve etnik-demografik yap\u0131s\u0131 hakk\u0131ndad\u0131r. Sonra\u00a0 Resulzade, \u0130ran&#8217;\u0131n devlet hayat\u0131nda iki ana etnisitenin -T\u00fcrkler ve Farslar\u0131n rol\u00fc konusuna de\u011finir. Ona g\u00f6re, son be\u015f y\u00fczy\u0131lda \u0130ran devlet\u00e7ili\u011fi iki unsura- T\u00fcrklerin g\u00fcc\u00fc, ceng\u00e2verli\u011fi ve &#8220;Fars k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn maneviyat\u0131&#8221; \u00fczerine kurulmu\u015ftur. Farslar yaln\u0131z maneviyat alan\u0131nda kalmam\u0131\u015f, sivil y\u00f6netim i\u015flerinde n\u00fcfuzlar\u0131n\u0131 korumu\u015flard\u0131r. Kural olarak devlette ikinci \u00f6nemli \u015fah\u0131s -sadrazam g\u00f6revine Farslar atanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kacarlar d\u00f6neminde sadece iki \u015eah d\u00f6neminde- Muhammed \u015eah&#8217;\u0131n d\u00f6neminde Hac\u0131 Mirza A\u011fas\u0131 ve Muzaffer\u00fcddin \u015eah d\u00f6neminde Eyn\u00fcdd\u00f6vle Fars de\u011fil, T\u00fcrklerdendi<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Asker\u00ee-siyasi y\u00f6nden ma\u011flup olan Fars unsuru, \u0130ran co\u011frafyas\u0131ndaki hanedanlar\u0131n y\u00fczy\u0131llar boyunca T\u00fcrklerden olmas\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmeye mecbur kalm\u0131\u015f, onlar\u0131 kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na uygun olarak y\u00f6nlendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6784\" style=\"width: 778px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6784\" class=\"size-full wp-image-6784\" src=\"https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/2-1.jpg 768w, https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/2-1-150x94.jpg 150w, https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/2-1-300x188.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-6784\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Azerbaycan Halk Cumhuriyeti\u2019nin ilk Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mehmet Emin Resulz\u00e2de<br \/>Bey<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Resulzade \u201cFarslar, T\u00fcrk h\u00fck\u00fcmdarlar\u0131n\u0131 kendi milliyetlerine kar\u015f\u0131 bir unsur olarak g\u00f6rmediklerinden onlar\u0131 mill\u00ee \u0130ran padi\u015fahlar\u0131 gibi kutsal saym\u0131\u015flard\u0131r <a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>diye yazar. B\u00f6yle bir durum -yabanc\u0131 hanedanlar\u0131 kendinden saymak ve ona itaat etmenin \u00f6tesinde onlara kutsiyet atfetmek- sadece Perslere \u00f6zg\u00fc bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi, \u00c7in&#8217;i fetheden, sonra ise y\u00fczy\u0131llarca h\u00e2kimi olan T\u00fcrk hanedanlar\u0131, \u00c7in tarihinde bug\u00fcn de takdir edilen, kendisinden sayg\u0131yla bahsedilen hanedanlardand\u0131r<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>. \u00d6nce\u00a0 Araplara,\u00a0 sonra\u00a0\u00a0 T\u00fcrklere\u00a0\u00a0 asker\u00ee\u00a0\u00a0 ve\u00a0 siyasi\u00a0 a\u00e7\u0131dan\u00a0 \u00a0yenilen Farslar, \u00e7e\u015fitli bi\u00e7imlerde direnmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar. Fars direni\u015f hareketi Sel\u00e7uklular d\u00f6neminde esasen siyasi ter\u00f6re (\u0130smaililer hareketi) ba\u015fvurdu.<\/p>\n<p>Bu giri\u015fim de etkili olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan -Mo\u011follar\u0131n Alamut\u2019u da\u011f\u0131tmas\u0131ndan sonra- Fars unsuru, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumaya karar verdi. Etnik enerji daha \u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ve geli\u015fmesine y\u00f6neldi. \u015e\u00fcubiye hareketi bunun en \u00f6nemli \u00f6rne\u011fidir. Bat\u0131l\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar bunu mevcut \u015fartlarda en etkili davran\u0131\u015f tarz\u0131 olarak kabul etmektedirler<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>. \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f\u00a0 Amerikal\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 S. Enders Wimbush Fars devlet ideolojisinin\u00a0 \u00fc\u00e7 prensip \u00fczerine kurulmu\u015f oldu\u011funu\u00a0 belirtmektedir. Birinci prensibe g\u00f6re, h\u00e2kim hanedan\u0131n etnik k\u00f6keninin \u00f6nemi yoktur. Yeter ki, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilen di\u011fer iki prensibe uyuyor olsun.\u00a0 &#8220;\u0130kinci prensibe g\u00f6re ise, devlet k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, edebiyat ve y\u00f6netim dilinin bir ve tek olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r.&#8221; \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc ise devlet dininin olmas\u0131d\u0131r<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6nemin \u0130ran\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ikinci etnik unsuru olan T\u00fcrklerin durumu hakk\u0131nda Resulzade\u2019nin fikirleri de \u00e7ok\u00a0 ilgin\u00e7tir: &#8220;\u0130ran&#8217;da\u00a0 T\u00fcrkler,\u00a0 ne Rusya&#8217;da oldu\u011fu \u00a0gibi\u00a0 mahkum\u00a0\u00a0 ne\u00a0 de\u00a0 T\u00fcrkiye`de\u00a0 oldu\u011fu \u00a0gibi\u00a0 hakim\u00a0 bir millet de\u011fildir. \u0130ran T\u00fcrkleri, as\u0131l \u0130ranl\u0131 olan Perslerle hukukta m\u00fcsavi [e\u015fit] vatanda\u015flar olarak ya\u015famaktad\u0131rlar: Ayn\u0131 haklara, ayn\u0131 imtiyazlara haizdirler; yabanc\u0131l\u0131k ya\u015famazlar.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>. Burada yazar, Kacar y\u00f6netiminin &#8220;T\u00fcrk \u0131rk\u0131ndan gelmelerine&#8221; ra\u011fmen, mill\u00ee s\u00fcre\u00e7lerden kenarda kalmalar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak: &#8220;Fakat\u00a0 \u0130ran\u00a0 h\u00fck\u00fcmdarlar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrk\u00a0 olmas\u0131 \u00a0T\u00fcrklere\u00a0 hususi bir\u00a0 imtiyaz\u00a0 bah\u015fetmedi\u011fi gibi, Fars\u00a0 milletinin\u00a0 tazyikine\u00a0 de\u00a0 sebep olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a>&#8221; diye yazmaktad\u0131r. Aksine, &#8220;bu suretle her ne kadar be\u015fy\u00fcz seneden beri \u015fahl\u0131k taht\u0131nda T\u00fcrk han\u0131 oturuyorsa olsa da gerek bu hanlar, gerekse \u00a0T\u00fcrk\u00a0 ahalisi\u00a0 \u0130ranl\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f,\u00a0 yani Farslar\u00a0 taraf\u0131ndan temsil\u00a0 [asimile] edilmi\u015flerlerdir.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a> Resulzade\u00a0 bu\u00a0 asimilasyon s\u00fcrecinde\u00a0 iki\u00a0 etkenin\u00a0\u00a0 &#8211;\u00a0 \u015eiilik ve\u00a0 Fars dilinin &#8211; \u00f6nemli rollerinin oldu\u011funu\u00a0 belirtmektedir. &#8220;\u015eiilik, \u0130ran T\u00fcrklerini o kadar Farsla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki, \u015fimdi onlar kendilerini T\u00fcrkle\u015fmi\u015f Fars, yani aslen \u0130ranl\u0131 telakki ederler.&#8221; Elbette, bu son fikir -Farsla\u015fmak- T\u00fcrk eliti i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erlidir; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sonralar\u0131 yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, &#8220;\u0130ran&#8217;da bir kelime Farisi [Fars\u00e7a] bilmeyen b\u00fcy\u00fck bir T\u00fcrk kitlesi vard\u0131r.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk elitinin Farsla\u015fmas\u0131 olay\u0131nda Fars dilinin \u00f6nemli rol\u00fcne dikkat \u00e7eken Resulzade, bu konuyla ilgili \u015funlar\u0131 yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: &#8220;H\u00fck\u00fcmdarlar\u0131n T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ra\u011fmen memleketin lisan-i resmisi Farisi kalm\u0131\u015f ve merasim ve te\u015frifatta hep Farisi adap muhafaza edilmi\u015ftir<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a>.&#8221;\u00a0 E\u011fitim tamamen Fars\u00e7a oldu\u011fundan e\u011fitimli kesim g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fckle T\u00fcrk\u00e7e yaz\u0131p okuyabilir. Resulzade devam\u0131nda \u015funlar\u0131\u00a0 \u00a0yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: &#8220;H\u00fclasa Arap\u00e7a nas\u0131l bir lisan-i dini ise Fars\u00e7ada da o derece bir yetkili ve n\u00fcfuza haiz lisan-i tahrir [yaz\u0131 dilidir].<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk\u00e7e konu\u015fulur, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e nutuk\u00a0\u00a0 edilir, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e vaazlar\u00a0\u00a0 s\u00f6ylenir.\u00a0 Fakat yaz\u0131ya gelince hep Farisi yaz\u0131l\u0131r.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a> B\u00f6yle uygunsuz \u015fartlarda yerli T\u00fcrk edebiyat\u0131 kendine yol bulmal\u0131, geli\u015fmeliydi. Makalelerin be\u015fincisinde T\u00fcrk edebiyat\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fc temsilcilerinin eserlerinden verilen \u00f6rnekler temelinde bir analiz yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Makalenin sonraki b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde ise T\u00fcrk\u00e7e bas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zeti verilmekte ve Sohbet ve Feryat gazeteleri yorumlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u0130<\/em><em>ran T\u00fcrkleri<\/em> yaz\u0131 dizisinin \u00f6nemli bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc T\u00fcrklerin Me\u015frutiyet Devrimi&#8217;ne (1905-11) kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na\u00a0\u00a0 ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0 Resulzade \u201cFrans\u0131z Devrimi\u2019nde Marsilya, Osmanl\u0131 Devrimi\u2019nde Selanik ne idiyse, Me\u015frutiyet Devrimi&#8217;nde de Tebriz odur\u201d diye yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yazar, \u00fcnl\u00fc T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n (\u015eeyh Cemaleddin, Muhammed Tahir, Abdurrahim Tal\u0131bzad\u0259, Zeynelabidin Mara\u011fayi) devrimin fikir a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131ndaki rol\u00fcn\u00fc, onlar\u0131n siyasi olaylara etkin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n nedenlerini geni\u015f bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131yla analiz ederek devrimin Azerbaycan\u2019da gidi\u015fat\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131sa bir \u00f6zetini sunar. T\u00fcrklerin bu devrime aktif bir \u015fekilde kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bu devrimin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 itibar\u0131 ile Farslara yaramas\u0131 da Resulzade\u2019nin dikkatini \u00e7eken meselelerdendir.<\/p>\n<p>Hatta bu eserin en de\u011ferli noktalar\u0131ndan biri de bu tespittir. Resulzade&#8217;nin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki fikri metodolojik bir \u00f6neme sahiptir: &#8220;T\u00fcrk devrimcileri, T\u00fcrk mebuslar\u0131, T\u00fcrk enc\u00fcmenleri dedi\u011fimizde bunlar\u0131n sadece T\u00fcrkl\u00fck nam\u0131na hareket ettikleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmemelidir.\u00a0 \u0130ran\u00a0\u00a0 T\u00fcrk\u00a0\u00a0 me\u015frutiyet\u00e7ileri T\u00fcrkl\u00fcklerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmediler; t\u00fcm fedak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sadece \u0130ranl\u0131l\u0131k ve vatan-i m\u00fc\u015fterek u\u011fruna icra etmi\u015flerdir.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a> <em>\u0130<\/em><em>ran T\u00fcrkleri<\/em> zincirinin son makalesi Ka\u015fkaylar\u2019a ithaf edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Burada Resulzade\u00a0 Ka\u015fkaylar hakk\u0131nda de\u011ferli etnografik bilgiler verir.
