B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n d\u00fcnya tarihinde \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6rnekleri vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ben bir T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcm ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fcm. En g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k duygum T\u00fcrk milletine kar\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. T\u00fcrk milletini son y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7inde g\u00f6rmem. Bence T\u00fcrkl\u00fck bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr ve b\u00fcy\u00fck bir T\u00fcrk D\u00fcnyas\u0131 vard\u0131r. Zaman\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyay\u0131 100 y\u0131ll\u0131k bir dilim i\u00e7inden alg\u0131lamam, y\u00fczlerce hatta binlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k bir dilim i\u00e7inden alg\u0131lar\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>Geni\u015f bir zaman alg\u0131lamas\u0131 kimilerince \u201chayal\u201d olarak nitelense de bence 20-30 y\u0131ll\u0131k \u201ck\u0131s\u0131r\u201d bir alg\u0131lamadan iyidir. D\u00fcnyay\u0131 daha geni\u015f bir perspektiften g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Kadimcileri, cedit\u00e7ileri, Stalin D\u00f6nemindeki represya ile binlerce T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc de bilirim. T\u00fcrk ve T\u00fcrk\u00e7e aidiyetinin nas\u0131l ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da bilirim. Bunlar \u00e7ok uzak olmayan tarihlerdir ve T\u00fcrk milletinin yak\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fine ait belle\u011fini olu\u015fturur, olu\u015fturmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yak\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fte b\u00fcy\u00fck travmalar ya\u015fad\u0131k. Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131 \u00c7inliler, par\u00e7a par\u00e7a olmu\u015f \u0130dil-Ural ve Bat\u0131 T\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131 Ruslar yuttular. Son y\u00fczy\u0131llar\u0131n bu ac\u0131 olaylar\u0131 kuzey ve do\u011fu T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in tam bir travmad\u0131r. Bunun etkilerinin bug\u00fcn de ortadan kalkt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6ylenemez.<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131 T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de yak\u0131n ge\u00e7mi\u015fte b\u00fcy\u00fck travmalar ya\u015fad\u0131. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131na h\u00fckmeden koskoca Osmanl\u0131 T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, her yerinden yara alm\u0131\u015f bir kocaman dev gibi y\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131 gitti. Ye\u015fil Balkanlardaki y\u00fczlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k vatan topraklar\u0131 elimizden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00dcsk\u00fcp, Selanik, \u015eumnu, Filibe, Girit, K\u0131br\u0131s\u2026 Hepsini birer birer kaybettik. Milyonlarca insan ka\u011fn\u0131 arabalar\u0131yla, atlarla, gemilerle Edirne\u2019ye, \u0130stanbul\u2019a, Bursa\u2019ya, \u0130zmir\u2019e akt\u0131 ve y\u0131\u011f\u0131ld\u0131. \u201cAk topraklar\u201d deyip g\u00f6\u00e7t\u00fckleri Balkan topraklar\u0131ndan K\u0131r\u0131ml\u0131lar tekrar bir g\u00f6\u00e7 dalgas\u0131na u\u011frad\u0131lar. Sanki uzak ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki G\u00f6\u00e7 Destan\u0131 tekrarland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131 T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Osmanl\u0131\u2019dan ibaret de\u011fildi. Bu da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir travma idi. \u0130ran T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc son yirmi y\u0131ld\u0131r bu travman\u0131n etkilerini \u00fczerinden atabiliyor ve \u201cHaray haray, men T\u00fcrk\u2019em.\u201d diye hayk\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Erzurum, Van, Bitlis, Diyarbak\u0131r, Urfa\u2026\u00a0 Bu \u015fehirlerde ve daha nicelerinde ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrkler, 15. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Osmanl\u0131 uyru\u011funda de\u011fildiler; Karakoyunlu ve Akkoyunlu T\u00fcrk devletlerinin tebaas\u0131 idiler. Kerk\u00fck, Musul\u2019dan tutmu\u015f, Erdebil\u2019e, Nah\u00e7\u0131van\u2019a kadar hepsi ayn\u0131 T\u00fcrkmen devletlerinin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde idiler. Tarih ve tarihin i\u00e7indeki siyasi olu\u015fumlar durmadan de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fine g\u00f6re bundan sonra hi\u00e7bir \u015feyin de\u011fi\u015fmeyece\u011fini kim s\u00f6yleyebilir? Kald\u0131 ki de\u011fi\u015febilirli\u011fe dair \u00e7ok yak\u0131n tarihten \u00f6rnekler de verdim. \u00d6yleyse T\u00fcrk D\u00fcnyas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n birli\u011fi hayal de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131da vurgulad\u0131m: Mevcut durumu ve \u015fartlar\u0131 bilmek. Evet, T\u00fcrk D\u00fcnyas\u0131 birle\u015febilir, tek bir siyasi olu\u015fum h\u00e2line gelebilir. Kendilerine T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc diyen, Turanc\u0131 diyen benim gibi insanlar b\u00f6yle bir siyasi birli\u011fi \u00fclk\u00fc olarak benimseyebilirler. Fakat \u00fclk\u00fc sahibi olan insanlar, ger\u00e7eklerden hi\u00e7bir zaman kopmadan \u00fclk\u00fcc\u00fcl\u00fcklerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmelidirler.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk D\u00fcnyas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n bug\u00fcnk\u00fc ger\u00e7e\u011fi nedir? Ne kadar\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zd\u0131r ve ne kadar ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zd\u0131r? Ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, d\u00fcnyadaki b\u00fct\u00fcn T\u00fcrklerin ger\u00e7ek say\u0131s\u0131 nedir? Bunlar\u0131n bilgi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr seviyesi nedir? Mill\u00ee bilin\u00e7 seviyeleri nedir? N\u00fcfus, tabii kaynaklar, ekonomi, insan kaynaklar\u0131\u2026 B\u00fct\u00fcn bu alanlarda ve daha ba\u015fkalar\u0131nda olumsuzluklar ve tehditler nelerdir? Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k imk\u00e2nlar ve f\u0131rsatlar nelerdir?\u00a0 B\u00fct\u00fcn bu sorulara ve daha ba\u015fkalar\u0131na cevap verip ger\u00e7ek durumu tespit etmeden yap\u0131lacak hareketler, giri\u015filecek te\u015febb\u00fcsler hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile sonu\u00e7lanabilir. \u00d6yle ise \u00f6nce ger\u00e7ek durumun bilinmesi ve \u00fclk\u00fcye gidecek yolun ona g\u00f6re planlanmas\u0131 gerekir. Bunu kim yapacak? Bunu her seviyede ki\u015fi ve kurumlar yapabilir. Devlet(ler), devlete ba\u011fl\u0131 resm\u00ee kurumlar yapabilece\u011fi gibi \u00f6zel \u015fah\u0131slar ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 da yapabilir. E\u011fer tebaas\u0131 oldu\u011funuz devlet bunu yapm\u0131yorsa ki\u015filer ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131 olarak bunlar\u0131 yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. \u00c7evrenizde sizin gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenlerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z; kamuoyunu gittik\u00e7e geni\u015fleterek devleti, devletleri zorlars\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Atat\u00fcrk, T\u00fcrk Tarih Kurumu, T\u00fcrk Dil Kurumu gibi kurulu\u015flarla ve \u00f6zellikle lise m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131nda uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u011fitim politikas\u0131 ile T\u00fcrkiye T\u00fcrklerinin, d\u00fcnya T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011fu fikrini daima canl\u0131 tuttu. Onlar\u0131 ilk tan\u0131yan \u00fclke T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti oldu. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin T\u00fcrk cumhuriyetlerini ilk tan\u0131yan \u00fclke olmas\u0131, hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz Atat\u00fcrk d\u00f6neminden beri izlenen e\u011fitim politikalar\u0131n\u0131n ve yukar\u0131da bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u00fclk\u00fcc\u00fclerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n sonucudur. Alparslan T\u00fcrke\u015f\u2019in kurdu\u011fu bu vak\u0131f, 1993\u2019te ilk T\u00fcrk Kurultay\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemi\u015f ve bu kurultayda b\u00fct\u00fcn T\u00fcrk D\u00fcnyas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n resm\u00ee veya sivil \u00f6nc\u00fclerini bir araya getirmi\u015ftir. T\u00dcDEV kurultaylar\u0131 ve bu kurultaylar\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortam sayesinde, \u00f6teden beri T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc ve Turanc\u0131 fikirler ta\u015f\u0131yan Nam\u0131k Kemal Zeybek gibi siyaset adamlar\u0131n\u0131n giri\u015fimleriyle bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bir\u00e7ok kurumlar kurulmu\u015ftur.
