Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn nezareti alt\u0131nda 1931\u2019de yaz\u0131l\u0131p yay\u0131nlanm\u0131\u015f olan \u201c<em>T\u00fcrk Tarihi\u201d,<\/em> Prof. Dr. Muhammed Tagi Kiri\u015f\u00e7i\u2019nin \u201c<em>\u0130ran T\u00fcrklerinin Eski Tarihi\u201d <\/em>ve di\u011fer bir\u00e7ok tarih\u00e7inin g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi gibi, \u0130ran platosundaki T\u00fcrkl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015fi 6-7 bin y\u0131ll\u0131k bir koca medeniyete dayanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130slam \u00f6ncesi tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r tarih d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u0130slam sonras\u0131 \u0130ran devlet ve medeniyet kuruculu\u011funun tamamen T\u00fcrkl\u00fckle ilgili oldu\u011fu b\u00fct\u00fcn tarihi metinlerden tespit edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Seyf\u2019\u00fcl-\u0130slam Selcuqi\u2019nin \u0130ran\u2019da ve Rahim Cavadbeyli\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye ve Azerbaycan\u2019da yay\u0131nlam\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara g\u00f6re \u0130slam Sonras\u0131 \u0130ran arazisindeki T\u00fcrk devlet kuruculu\u011funu \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralayabiliriz:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1.Hazar Devleti (468 \u2013 1048)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en yazarlar, Hazar Devleti\u2019nin esas kurulu\u015f arazisi olarak Azerbaycan, Horasan, Bat\u0131 ve k\u0131smen merkezi \u0130ran b\u00f6lgesi olarak g\u00f6stermi\u015flerdir. Hazar Devleti, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u0130ran arazisinde Arap \u0130slam hilafetine yenilerek, Kafkasya ve daha sonra kuzey Karadeniz b\u00f6lgesi ile yetinmek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hazar Devleti yenilip Kafkaslara, ard\u0131nca da kuzey Karadeniz\u2019e \u00e7ekilse de yerli T\u00fcrkler \u0130slamiyet\u2019i kabul ederek kendi hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 kendi topraklar\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam etmi\u015flerdir. Tebriz, Hazar Devleti\u2019nin en \u00f6nemli k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve medeni merkezi olarak b\u00f6lgedeki etkinli\u011fini korumu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2.Saman Yabgu (S\u00e2m\u00e2n\u00eeler Devleti) (819-999)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Orta Asya\u2019da \u0130slam\u2019la \u015fereflenen T\u00fcrklerin devlet kuruculu\u011fu esasen 840\/1212 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Orta Asya ve Mavera\u00fcnnehir&#8217;de kurulmu\u015f olan <em>Karahanl\u0131lar <\/em>Devleti ile ba\u015flar. Onun birer devam\u0131 olan ve 819-999 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz Horasan ve \u0130ran arazisinde kurulmu\u015f olan ve a\u00e7\u0131k \u015fekilde Re\u015f\u00eed\u00fcdd\u00een Fazlullah-\u0131 Hemed\u00e2n\u00ee\u2019nin (hk. 645 &#8211; 718 \/ M. 1247 &#8211; 1318) \u201cC\u00e2mi\u00fc\u2019t Tevarih\u201d ve \u201cO\u011fuzname\u201d eserinde T\u00fcrk olduklar\u0131na vurgu yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 <em>Saman Yabgu, ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle S\u00e2m\u00e2n\u00eeler <\/em>Devleti olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3.Gazneliler veya Seb\u00fck Teginli\u2019ler Devleti (963-1186) <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Gazneli Devleti, Saman Yabgu o\u011fullar\u0131ndan Herat valisi Alp Tekin taraf\u0131ndan, Hindistan\u2019\u0131n Pencap b\u00f6lgesi ile g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 ve Harzem\u2019e kadar olan b\u00f6lgede kurulan bir T\u00fcrk devleti olmu\u015ftur. Sultan Mahmut D\u00f6neminde Gazneliler Kuzey Hindistan\u2019\u0131 h\u00e2kimiyeti alt\u0131na alarak, b\u00f6lgede \u0130sl\u00e2m k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn daha geni\u015f bi\u00e7imde yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4.B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti (1037-1194)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>4. ve 14. y\u00fczy\u0131llar aras\u0131nda <em>B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti<\/em>, \u0130slam D\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131n azami k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netimi alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sel\u00e7uk Bey, 1009\u2019da, O\u011fuzlar\u0131 bir devlet d\u00fczeninde \u00f6rg\u00fctleme\u011fi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sel\u00e7uklular taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz Ni\u015fabur, Rey ve sonra ise \u0130sfahan ba\u015fkent olarak se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Melik\u015fah, 20 Kas\u0131m 1092 tarihinde, i\u00e7 kavgalar s\u0131ras\u0131nda zehirlenerek \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckten sonra devlet, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7alkant\u0131lar i\u00e7ine s\u00fcr\u00fcklendi. Nitekim B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti Melik\u015fah\u2019\u0131n o\u011fullar\u0131 aras\u0131nda d\u00f6rt par\u00e7aya b\u00f6l\u00fcnd\u00fc:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Kirman Sel\u00e7uklular\u0131; 1187 tarihine kadar devam etmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<li>\u015eam-Halep Sel\u00e7uklular\u0131; 1117 tarihine kadar devam etmi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<li>Anadolu Sel\u00e7uklular\u0131; 1077\u2019den 1308\u2019e kadar 231 y\u0131l s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/li>\n<li>Irak ve Horasan Sel\u00e7uklular\u0131; 1194 tarihinde Harezm\u015fah Sultan Alaattin Teki\u015f ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sava\u015fta yenilgiden sonra sona ermi\u015ftir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><strong>5.Harezm\u015fahlar Devleti (1097-1231)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>Anu\u015f Tegin<\/em> taraf\u0131ndan esas\u0131 koyulan <em>Harezm\u015fahlar Devleti<\/em>, Ats\u0131z ve \u0130laslan (Elaslan) devirlerinde hem Irak Sel\u00e7uklular\u0131 hem de Kara Hitaylarla m\u00fccadele etmi\u015ftir. Nitekim Elaslan, Sultan Sencer\u2019in \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00fczerine ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 il\u00e2n etmi\u015ftir. Harzem\u015fahlar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 Alaaddin Teki\u015f olmu\u015ftur. Teki\u015f, \u00f6nce Kara Hitaylar\u0131, ard\u0131ndan son Sel\u00e7uklu H\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 II. Tu\u011frul\u2019u yenmi\u015ftir. Harzem\u015fahlar k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131, Do\u011fu Anadolu\u2019dan Maver\u00e2\u00fcnnehir\u2019e kadar geni\u015fletmi\u015f ve adeta Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti\u2019nin v\u00e2risi olmu\u015flard\u0131r. 1220\u2032de b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fclke, Cengiz Han\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011findeki T\u00fcrk-Mo\u011fol Ordular\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ele ge\u00e7irilmi\u015ftir. Cel\u00e2leddin Harzem\u015fah, devleti yeniden toparlamak i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131ysa da ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00fczerine Harzem\u015fahlar Devleti, tamamen ortadan kalkt\u0131. Haremz\u015fahlar \u00f6nce G\u00fcrgen\u00e7, Semerkant, Gazne, sonunda ise Tebriz kentini Eldenizlerden alarak ba\u015fkent yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Terbiz veya Tebriz, Eski T\u00fcrk uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n be\u015fi\u011fi olarak bu d\u00f6nemden itibaren yeniden canlanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Harezm\u015fahlar, Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti\u2019nin devam\u0131 olarak nitelendirilmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>6.T\u00fcrk \u2013 Mo\u011fol \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu ve Elxanl\u0131 (\u0130lhanl\u0131) Devleti (1256-1335)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Cengiz Han\u2019\u0131n torunu H\u00fclag\u00fc Han 1256\u2019de Harezm\u015fahlar\u0131n son ba\u015fkenti Tebriz\u2019de halk taraf\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanarak d\u00e2hil olmu\u015f ve o eski T\u00fcrk uygarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n v\u00e2risi olan \u015fehri, b\u00f6lgenin ba\u015fkenti olarak tayin etmi\u015ftir. \u0130lhanl\u0131lar b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlukla \u0130sl\u00e2miyet\u2019i kabul ederek, Tebriz merkezli devletlerini, yerli T\u00fcrklerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla etkin bir bi\u00e7imde y\u00f6netmek i\u00e7in kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131nda duran iki b\u00fcy\u00fck engeli ortadan kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015flar. Birincisi, mezhep kavgalar\u0131yla \u00fclkenin geli\u015fimini ve din\u00e7li\u011fini bozan \u0130smaillileri (Ha\u015fha\u015fileri) etkisiz hale getirmek i\u00e7in Alamut Kalesini ortadan kald\u0131rd\u0131lar. \u0130kincisi, Arap\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n planda tutan Abbasi Hilafetine son vermek kast\u0131yla 1258\u2019de Ba\u011fdat\u2019a y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fcp, M\u00fcstesem\u2019i ortadan kald\u0131rd\u0131lar.\u00a0 \u0130lhanl\u0131 Devleti, 1335 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar, etkin bir devlet olarak ve 1357 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar ise ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 devlet olarak varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>7.B\u00fcy\u00fck Timurlular \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu (1370-1507)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130lhanl\u0131lardan sonra g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u0130ran arazisinin \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerinde, k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli baz\u0131 T\u00fcrk devletleri de egemen olmu\u015ftur. \u0130lhanl\u0131lardan sonra <em>\u00c7obanl\u0131lar (1335-1357), Celayirliler (1336-1432), Karakoyunlular (1380-1469), Akkoyunlular (1378-1501)<\/em> ve di\u011fer baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgesel y\u00f6neticiler de egemen olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Timurlular, kaydedilen tarihler aras\u0131nda b\u00f6lgeyi tam egemenlikleri alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu nedenle de o d\u00f6nem Timurlular D\u00f6nemi olarak bilinir.<\/p>\n<p>Emir Timur, istenilen a\u00e7\u0131dan T\u00fcrk ve \u0130sl\u00e2m D\u00fcnyas\u0131 i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. \u00d6yle b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015f ki, kendisinden sonra \u0130sl\u00e2m D\u00fcnyas\u0131nda kurulan T\u00fcrk devletlerinin azami \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funda A\u011f Sakallar \u2013A\u011f Sa\u00e7l\u0131lar Kene\u015fi (Meclisi) ve Devlet \u015euralar\u0131 hep <em>Cengiz Han<\/em> ve <em>Melik-i Turan, Ka\u011fan\u2019i \u0130ran ve Em\u00eer-i T\u00fcrkistan Sahipk\u0131ran Sultan\u2019i Afkhem Emir Timur<\/em>\u2019un adlar\u0131n\u0131n zikri ile ge\u00e7irilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle bu gelenek \u0130ran\u2019da en temel devlet gelene\u011fi olarak 1925\u2019e kadar devam ettirilmi\u015ftir. Bunun devam ettirilmesinin temel nedenlerinden biri de \u0130lhanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Timurlular\u0131n devlet v\u00e2risli\u011finin Safev\u00ee Devleti\u2019ne devredilmesidir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>8.Karakoyunlu Devleti (1380-1469) <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kara Yusuf, Sa\u2019dl\u0131, Baharl\u0131, Duharl\u0131, Karamanl\u0131, Alpagut, \u00c7ak\u0131rl\u0131, Ay\u0131nl\u0131, Bayraml\u0131, A\u011faceri, ve Hac\u0131l\u0131 oymaklar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Celayirli\u2019leri yenerek 1380 tarihinde, Karakoyunlu Devleti\u2019ni kurmu\u015ftur. Karakoyunlu, ba\u015fkenti Tebriz olan ve 1380-1469 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Do\u011fu Anadolu, G\u00fcney Kafkasya, Azerbaycan ve t\u00fcm G\u00fcney Bat\u0131 \u0130ran ve Kuzey Irak arazilerinde egemenlik kurmu\u015f, bir T\u00fcrk devletidir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>9.Akkoyunlu Devleti (1378-1501)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Akkoyunlu Devleti\u2019nin kurucusu, Kutlu Bey&#8217;in k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck o\u011flu Kara Y\u00f6l\u00fck Osman\u2019d\u0131r. 1400&#8217;de b\u00fcy\u00fck Emir Timur\u2019un Anadolu\u2019ya giri\u015fine destek verdi ve bu hizmetine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Malatya&#8217;y\u0131, 1402&#8217;de Ankara Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019ndaki deste\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k da Diyarbak\u0131r b\u00f6lgesini ald\u0131. 1403&#8217;te de Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;da h\u00fck\u00fcmdarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilan etti.<\/p>\n<p>Kara Y\u00f6l\u00fck Osman Bey&#8217;in \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra, o\u011fullar\u0131 aras\u0131nda iktidar kavgas\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131 ve Akkoyunlu Devleti, eski g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc yitirdi. Kara Y\u00f6l\u00fck Osman Bey\u2019in torunu Sultan Hasan (Uzun Hasan), 1453&#8217;te Diyarbak\u0131r&#8217;\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irerek iktidar kavgalar\u0131na son verdi. Akkoyunlu Devleti&#8217;ni, s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 do\u011fuda Horasan&#8217;dan, bat\u0131da F\u0131rat Irma\u011f\u0131&#8217;na, kuzeyde Kafkasya\u2019dan g\u00fcneyde Umman Denizi\u2019ne kadar uzanan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir devlete d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc. Karakoyunlular\u0131 yenerek bu devleti ortadan kald\u0131rd\u0131 ve ba\u015fkenti yeniden T\u00fcrk kenti Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019dan Tebriz&#8217;e ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>10.Safev\u00ee Devleti (1501-1722)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u015eah \u0130smail, 16. asr\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131ndan itibaren Sultan Hasan\u2019la olan kan ba\u011f\u0131na ve Horasan \u00fczerinden elde etmi\u015f oldu\u011fu Timurlular\u0131n hukuki devlet v\u00e2risli\u011fine dayanarak, b\u00fcy\u00fck devlet yap\u0131lanmas\u0131na gitmi\u015f ve Safev\u00ee Devleti\u2019nin esas\u0131n\u0131 koymu\u015ftur. Safevilerin devlet ve fikri yap\u0131lanmas\u0131, 1925 tarihine kadar, Av\u015far ve Gacar devletleriyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Safev\u00ee Devleti\u2019nin kurucusu \u015eah \u0130smail Hatayi, son padi\u015fah\u0131 ise \u015eah Sultan H\u00fcseyin olmu\u015ftur. Safev\u00eeler de di\u011fer T\u00fcrk devletleri gibi Tebriz\u2019i kendi ba\u015fkentleri yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Safev\u00ee-Osmanl\u0131 sava\u015flar\u0131 Ba\u015fkentin Kazvin\u2019e, daha sonra ise \u0130sfahan\u2019a intikal ettirilmesine neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>11.Av\u015far Devleti (1736-1802)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e2dir \u015eah Av\u015far\u2019\u0131n, \u015ei\u00ee-S\u00fcnn\u00ee yak\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu giri\u015fimler, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da olduk\u00e7a b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. \u0130ran ve Osmanl\u0131 ulemas\u0131 aras\u0131nda 1159\u2019da (1746) Necef\u2019te m\u00fczakereler yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, bir mutabakat metni imzalanarak \u015ei\u00eelerin Hz. Kerim Han Zend\u2019in \u015eiraz\u2019da h\u00e2kimiyeti ele almas\u0131na ra\u011fmen sonuna kadar Horasan, Av\u015far s\u00fclalesinin egemenli\u011fi alt\u0131nda devam etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Rahim Cavadbeyli ve Dr. Seyf\u2019\u00fcl-\u0130slam Selcuqi\u2019nin tespitlerine g\u00f6re Kerim Han Zend D\u00f6nemi en \u00f6nemli devlet sorunu, Kerim Han Zend\u2019in soy itibar\u0131yla halis T\u00fcrk olmamas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcrk\u00e7e tamamen yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>15.\u0130ran \u0130slam Devrimi (1979\u2026)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130ran \u0130slam Devrimi\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck kazan\u0131m\u0131, \u0130slami de\u011ferler \u00fczerinden \u00fclkeye kazand\u0131rm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r. Ayetullah Ruhullah Humeyni\u2019nin liderli\u011finde kurulmu\u015f olan \u0130ran \u0130slam Cumhuriyeti D\u00f6neminde bir\u00e7ok toplumsal, Ekonomik ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel meseleler b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda halledilse de Azerbaycan ve T\u00fcrk meselesinin Anayasal d\u00fczeyde adil bi\u00e7imde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki beklentiler maalesef do\u011frultulmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Anayasa\u2019n\u0131n 15. maddesi ile yaln\u0131z Fars diline resmi, hukuki stat\u00fc kazand\u0131rarak T\u00fcrk\u00e7eyi gayri resmi d\u00fczeye mahk\u00fbm etmi\u015ftir. Hal bu ki, beklentiler, T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ile Fars\u00e7an\u0131n \u00fclke \u00e7ap\u0131nda resmi, hukuki devlet dili olmas\u0131 ve di\u011fer az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n y\u00f6resel ve b\u00f6lgesel hak ve hukuklar\u0131n\u0131n anayasal d\u00fczeyde tan\u0131nmas\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Azerbaycan ba\u015fta olmakla bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak \u0130ran T\u00fcrkleri, milli haklar y\u00f6n\u00fcndeki mevcut eksikliklerin ortadan kalkmas\u0131 ve adil bi\u00e7imde halli y\u00f6n\u00fcnde geni\u015f toplumsal faaliyetlere ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu faaliyetler, \u0130ran \u0130slam Devriminin ba\u015flar\u0131ndan \u00f6zellikle de 1989 (hk.1368) \u0130ran-Irak sava\u015f\u0131ndan hemen sonra daha geni\u015f kapsamda devam etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Azerbaycan ba\u015fta olmakla \u0130ran T\u00fcrklerinin en \u00f6nemli talebi, T\u00fcrk\u00e7enin \u0130ran \u00e7ap\u0131nda (a\u015famal\u0131 \u015fekilde \u00f6nce Azerbaycan b\u00f6lgesinde daha sonra b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00fclkede) Fars dili ile beraber \u015fekilde resmi, hukuki stat\u00fc kazanmas\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcn T\u00fcrk devletleri ile karde\u015f\u00e7esine, beraber \u015fekilde el ele vererek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir birlik olu\u015fturmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00f6nde geni\u015f toplumsal ve medeni faaliyetler g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e artmaktad\u0131r. Azerbaycan ba\u015fta olmakla \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n \u2013 Tahran, Horasan, \u015eiraz gibi bir\u00e7ok \u00f6nemli b\u00f6lgelerinde T\u00fcrk kimli\u011finin yeniden ihya edilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde T\u00fcrk aktivistler (T\u00fcrk Kimlikcileri \u2013 H\u00fcvviyet Talep\u2019ler)\u00a0 taraf\u0131ndan ciddi medeni faaliyetler, etkinlikler y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu toplumsal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel faaliyetlerde \u00f6nemli katk\u0131s\u0131 olan merkezlerden biri de hal haz\u0131rda Tebriz\u2019de Sn.
