Belirli ama\u00e7lara varmak i\u00e7in olu\u015fturulmu\u015f insan toplulu\u011funun birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fckleri etkinlikleri, belirli ilke ve kurallar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde koordine eden ki\u015filere ise \u201cy\u00f6netici\u201d denilmektedir. Bu nitelikteki toplum, grup ve \u00f6rg\u00fct \u00fcyelerinin hareket ve etkinliklerinde, herhangi bir y\u00f6nlendirmeye gerek olmaks\u0131z\u0131n sadece iyi bir koordinasyon ile ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve etkili sonu\u00e7lar elde edilebilir. S\u00f6z gelimi, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman do\u011fu \u00fclkelerinde, \u00f6zellikle inan\u00e7 ve siyaset temelli grup ve topluluklarda, \u015feyhlik, seyitlik, dervi\u015flik, halifelik, a\u011fal\u0131k, muskac\u0131l\u0131k, cemaat ve tarikat \u00f6nderli\u011fi, reislik, var olu\u015f amac\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f olan siyasi parti ve dernek ba\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 gibi, son derece ak\u0131l ve bilim d\u0131\u015f\u0131 ili\u015fkilere dayal\u0131 liderlik \u00f6rnekleri mevcuttur. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman do\u011fu toplumlar\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z ve tutars\u0131z \u00f6rg\u00fctsel y\u00f6netim uygulamalar\u0131na paralel olarak, toplumsal d\u00fczlemlerde \u00e7ok s\u0131k g\u00f6zlenen \u201ckanaat \u00f6nderi- m\u00fcrit\u201d ve \u201cba\u015fkan-se\u00e7men\u201d gibi ili\u015fkilerdeki liderlik bi\u00e7imlerine, ger\u00e7ekte olmayan sahte bir kutsall\u0131k atfedilerek ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bir y\u00fcceltme yap\u0131larak bu ili\u015fkilerin sorgulanma ve tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lma imkanlar\u0131 pe\u015finen \u00f6nlenmi\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlardaki din ve inan\u00e7 temelli kanaat \u00f6nderli\u011fi veya liderli\u011finin y\u00fcceltilmesinde, \u00e7o\u011funlukla Hz.
