Muhammed\u2019e ilk vahiy geli\u015fi, 610 y\u0131l\u0131nda Alak suresinin ilk be\u015f ayeti ile ba\u015flay\u0131p, yakla\u015f\u0131k 23 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcrede Nasr suresiyle tamamlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hz. Muhammed, bu ayetleri insanlara oldu\u011fu gibi bildirmek ve bu ayetler kapsam\u0131ndaki anlamlar do\u011frultusunda ya\u015fanabilir oldu\u011funu kendi davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla g\u00f6stermekle g\u00f6revlendirilmi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle Kur\u2019an, \u0130sl\u00e2m Dininin \u00f6\u011fretilerini ortaya koyan bir de\u011ferler sistemi, Hz. Muhammed de Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n anlam d\u00fcnyas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesindeki dini ya\u015fant\u0131n\u0131n se\u00e7ilmi\u015f bir rol modelidir. \u0130sl\u00e2m Dini ise Kur\u2019an\u2019da yer alan ayetlerden olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Etkili ileti\u015fim ve davran\u0131\u015flara yans\u0131mas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Etkili ileti\u015fim teorisine g\u00f6re, mesaj g\u00f6nderici kayna\u011f\u0131n, mesaj al\u0131c\u0131lara y\u00f6neltti\u011fi her mesaj, baz\u0131 bilgi, duygu ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceler bi\u00e7iminde birtak\u0131m anlamlar i\u00e7erir. Mesaj g\u00f6nderici kayna\u011f\u0131n, muhataplar\u0131yla olan ileti\u015fim s\u00fcrecinde ilk hedef, mesaj\u0131n onlara eksiksiz ve tam olarak ula\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Her mesaj\u0131n ikinci hedefi, kelime, c\u00fcmleler ve di\u011fer simgelerle mesaja y\u00fcklenen anlam\u0131n muhataplarca do\u011fru anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc hedef, mesaj al\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n, bu anlam do\u011frultusunda belirli bir tutum olu\u015fturmalar\u0131 veya davran\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermeleridir (Erdo\u011fan, 1991,280-281)<\/p>\n<p>Etkili ileti\u015fim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan, muhataplar\u0131n mesaj\u0131n i\u00e7erdi\u011fi anlam\u0131 do\u011fru anlay\u0131p bu anlam do\u011frultusunda davran\u0131\u015f g\u00f6stermeyi istemeleri gerekir. Bu ilahi mesaj\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 Allah, mesaj\u0131n El\u00e7isi Hz. Muhammed ve mesaj\u0131n muhataplar\u0131 ise b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlard\u0131r. Bu anlamda, \u0130slam Dinine inanlar\u0131n, Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n i\u00e7erdi\u011fi mesajlar kapsam\u0131nda kendilerinden istenen davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 g\u00f6sterebilmeleri, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce Kur\u2019an mesajlar\u0131n\u0131 yani ayetlerini do\u011fru anlamalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Allah\u2019tan, Hz. Muhammed\u2019e vahiy yoluyla gelen Kur\u2019an ayetleri, onun taraf\u0131ndan Arap\u00e7a olarak bildirilmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, Allah\u2019\u0131n El\u00e7isinin bildi\u011fi dil Arap\u00e7ad\u0131r ve normal \u015fartlarda Hz. Muhammed, El\u00e7ilik g\u00f6revinden \u00f6nce de ileti\u015fimini, nas\u0131l anadili Arap\u00e7a ile y\u00fcr\u00fctm\u00fc\u015f ise Allah taraf\u0131ndan kendi \u201ckalbine indirilen\u201d mesajlar\u0131 da bu dil ile tebli\u011f etmi\u015ftir. Arap\u00e7a bilen bir El\u00e7inin, Arap\u00e7a ile anla\u015fan bir toplulu\u011fa ba\u015fka bir dille hitap etmesi, zaten daha i\u015fin ba\u015f\u0131nda Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 tebli\u011f g\u00f6revini tehlikeye sokard\u0131. Allah\u2019\u0131n El\u00e7isinin ilk muhataplar\u0131n\u0131n, peygamberin de i\u00e7inden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Arap toplumu olmas\u0131 nedeniyle ayetlerin tebli\u011f edilmesi, yaz\u0131lmas\u0131 ve toplanmas\u0131 da, do\u011fal olarak Arap\u00e7a ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Kur\u2019an Mesaj\u0131n\u0131n, Arap toplumu d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki di\u011fer toplumlara illa da Arap\u00e7a ile ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u0131srar\u0131, Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n muhataplar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 daralt\u0131c\u0131 bir sonu\u00e7 yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Evrensel bir Mesaj olan Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n anlamlar\u0131n\u0131n, her toplumun kendi ana diline \u00e7evrilerek d\u00fcnyaya yay\u0131lmas\u0131, Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n anlam b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011fa eri\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131na daha uygun d\u00fc\u015ferdi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Allah buyruklar\u0131n\u0131 insanlara el\u00e7ilerin diliyle bildirmi\u015ftir<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u201cKu\u015fkusuz, biz bu Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 siz anlayas\u0131n\u0131z diye Arap\u00e7a indirdik\u201d (Yusuf,2). \u201cApa\u00e7\u0131k Arap diliyle, uyaranlardan olman i\u00e7in onu Cebrail senin kalbine indirmi\u015ftir\u201d (\u015euar\u00e2, 193 -195). \u201cDe ki: Cebrail&#8217;e kim d\u00fc\u015fman ise \u015funu iyi bilsin ki Allah&#8217;\u0131n izniyle Kur&#8217;an&#8217;\u0131 senin kalbine bir hidayet rehberi, \u00f6nce gelen kitaplar\u0131 do\u011frulay\u0131c\u0131 ve m\u00fcminler i\u00e7in de m\u00fcjdeci olarak O indirmi\u015ftir\u201d (Bakara,97). \u201cE\u011fer Biz bu (vahyi) yabanc\u0131 dille okunan bir kitap k\u0131lsayd\u0131k, kesinlikle &#8220;Neden onun ayetleri a\u00e7\u0131k ve anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r de\u011fil; ne yani, bir Arap\u2019a dili yabanc\u0131 bir (hitap) m\u0131?&#8221; derlerdi. De ki: Bu (vahiy), iman edenler i\u00e7in bir yol g\u00f6sterici ve bir \u015fifa kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r!..\u201d (Fussilet, 44).<\/p>\n<p>Bu ve benzeri mesajlardaki maksad\u0131n odak noktas\u0131 ve as\u0131l amac\u0131, insanlar\u0131n Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 \u2018anlamalar\u0131\u2019, \u2018uyar\u0131lmalar\u0131\u2019 ve onlara \u2018yol g\u00f6sterilmesi\u2019 kavramlar\u0131 olup bu do\u011frultuda davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeleridir. Buradaki \u2018Arap\u00e7a\u2019 kavram\u0131, as\u0131l anlam\u0131n ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bir \u2018arac\u0131\u2019 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmelidir. Ana dili Arap\u00e7a olanlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki milletlere mensup insanlar\u0131n Kur\u2019an ile ili\u015fki ve ileti\u015fimlerinin sadece Arap\u00e7a ile kurulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etmek, \u2018ama\u00e7-ara\u00e7\u2019 ili\u015fkisinde, en az\u0131ndan \u2018arac\u0131\u2019 esas \u2018ama\u00e7\u2019 haline getirmek demektir. Kald\u0131 ki, \u00f6nceki peygamberlere gelen vahiylerin de, El\u00e7iler taraf\u0131ndan kendi toplumlar\u0131na tebli\u011f edilme dili, onlar\u0131n ana dilleriyle olmu\u015ftur. S\u00f6z gelimi, Kur\u2019an\u2019da anlat\u0131lan Hz. Yusuf\u2019un ba\u015f\u0131ndan ge\u00e7en olaylar, Hz. Musa\u2019ya indirilen Tevrat\u2019ta, Arap\u00e7adan ba\u015fka bir dilde yani \u0130branice anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durumda, en son vahiylerin topland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Hz. Muhammed\u2019in Arap\u00e7a tebli\u011f etti\u011fi Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n da, her milletin yetkin bilginleri taraf\u0131ndan kendi ana dillerine \u00e7evrilerek anlat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir (Sa\u011f, 2010,228).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Her milletin bilginleri Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 kendi dillerine \u00e7evirmelidir<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hz. Muhammed\u2019in, vahyi nas\u0131l ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda, Kur\u2019an\u2019da a\u00e7\u0131k ve se\u00e7ik ayetler olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u00f6zellikle Arap k\u00f6kenli \u2018ulema\u2019 taraf\u0131ndan, \u0130slamiyet\u2019in evrensel bir din olarak b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011fa g\u00f6nderilmi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen neredeyse Araplar\u0131n ulusal bir diniymi\u015f gibi yorumlar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu konuda yap\u0131lan iddial\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda, Arap alfabesinin kutsall\u0131\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131l\u0131yor ve Arap\u00e7a\u2019n\u0131n Allah\u2019\u0131n dili oldu\u011fu gibi abart\u0131l\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Arap k\u00f6kenli uleman\u0131n bu tarz \u2018asabiyeci\u2019 yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, ayn\u0131 soydan olduklar\u0131 Yahudilerin Musevili\u011fi ulusal dinleri haline getirme \u00e7abalar\u0131na bir t\u00fcr \u00f6yk\u00fcnme olarak anla\u015f\u0131labilir.
