Bilgi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 denilen bu d\u00f6nemde, \u00e7ok kapsaml\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fimler ya\u015fanmakta ve bu de\u011fi\u015fimlere dengeli bir uyum sa\u011flayabilme, ancak ilgili alanlarda \u00fcretilen bilgi sistemleriyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaktad\u0131r. 20. Yeni ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imlerine uyum sa\u011flamaya hi\u00e7 yana\u015fmayan ya da gecikmeli de\u011fi\u015fen ki\u015fi ve gruplar, kendi anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecekleri birtak\u0131m alt topluluklar olu\u015fturmaya y\u00f6nelmektedirler.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlarda, Kur\u2019an ile ak\u0131l ve bilimden kopuk olup b\u00f6lgesel k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin etkisi alt\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan \u00e7ok say\u0131da inan\u00e7 temelli cemaatler veya din\u00ee topluluklar zaten vard\u0131. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi olan bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve zihniyete dayal\u0131 bireysel rekabete yeterince kat\u0131lamayan ki\u015filerin, mevcut \u2018cemaat\u2019 olu\u015fumlar\u0131na daha fazla y\u00f6neldikleri ve bu t\u00fcr topluluklar\u0131 giderek geni\u015flettikleri anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu d\u00f6nemde, siyasetteki pop\u00fclist politikalardaki art\u0131\u015flar nedeniyle \u00f6zellikle din\u00ee g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcndeki \u2018cemaat\u2019 tipi yap\u0131lanmalar olduk\u00e7a artm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcnmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2>Bilgi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015fumu<\/h2>\n<p>Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr, u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u015foklar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak geleneksel k\u00fclt\u00fcrden kopmu\u015f, ama bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve zihniyetten yoksun olmaktan dolay\u0131 bilgi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n gereklerine uyum sa\u011flayamam\u0131\u015f ki\u015fi ve gruplar\u0131n ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imidir. Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr, ne gelenekseldir ne de moderndir; \u00e7o\u011funlukla eski ve yeni ama uyumsuz bilgi y\u0131\u011f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan olu\u015fan karmakar\u0131\u015f\u0131k yani -bizdeki ad\u0131yla- arabesk bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015fumudur.<\/p>\n<p>Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr, geli\u015fmi\u015f Kuzey toplumlar\u0131nda insanlara e\u011fitim yoluyla \u00e7o\u011funlukla bilimsel zihniyet kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle sadece e\u011fitimsiz alt s\u0131n\u0131f mensuplar\u0131 ile baz\u0131 g\u00f6\u00e7men topluluklar\u0131nda \u00e7ok s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcney toplumlar\u0131 ile otoriter y\u00f6netimlerin ideolojik e\u011fitim uygulamalar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ki\u015filere de\u011fi\u015fime uyum sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131, i\u015fe yarar bilimsel bilgilerin yeterince verilmemesi nedeniyle pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr geni\u015f bir tabana yay\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2>Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u2018cemaatle\u015fmeyi\u2019 h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131yor<\/h2>\n<p>Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclen geleneksel k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn \u00e7o\u011funlukla i\u00e7i bo\u015falt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f simgesel k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00f6\u011feleri ile modernli\u011fin sadece t\u00fcketim nesnelerine dayal\u0131 arabesk bir kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131ndan meydana geliyor. Postmodern k\u00fclt\u00fcr ad\u0131 da verilen pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr, toplumdaki ortak de\u011ferlerin \u00e7o\u011funlukla par\u00e7alanmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 birbirleriyle ili\u015fkileri en aza indirgenmi\u015f bir\u00e7ok k\u00fclt\u00fcr adac\u0131klar\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcrel par\u00e7alanma, zaten toplumsal yap\u0131da var olan inan\u00e7 temelli cemaatlerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 daha fazla \u00e7o\u011faltmaktad\u0131r. Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n anlam d\u00fcnyas\u0131ndan uzak birtak\u0131m din\u00ee yorumlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden in\u015fa edilen bu cemaat olu\u015fumlar\u0131, pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 imkanlardan da yararlanarak bir bi\u00e7imde siyasete eklemlenmede ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 oluyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Bu cemaat\u00e7i ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi, sadece g\u00f6sterileni g\u00f6rmeye, istenileni duymaya ve denileni yapmaya g\u00f6re ayarlanm\u0131\u015f ve \u015fartlanm\u0131\u015f bir standart insan tipi olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar bir s\u00fcre sonra bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri ve entelekt\u00fcel hareketleri alg\u0131layacak ve bu y\u00f6nde bir tav\u0131r geli\u015ftirecek zihin yap\u0131s\u0131ndan da yoksun kalmaktad\u0131rlar. B\u00f6ylece, \u2018biat\u2019 ya da \u2018itaat\u2019 etmeye al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan cemaat mensubu ki\u015filer, toplumsal sorunlara ilgisiz ve kay\u0131ts\u0131z kalarak, zaman i\u00e7inde sadece toplulu\u011fun kolektif ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131radan bir eleman\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2>Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u00e7a\u011f\u0131nda din alg\u0131s\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>H\u0131zl\u0131 toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fmeler ve kentle\u015fme s\u00fcreci, \u00f6zellikle bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve zihniyet bak\u0131m\u0131nda uyum sorunu olan ki\u015fileri yaln\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0Kendilerini yaln\u0131z hisseden ki\u015filer, benzerlerini bulmak \u00fczere yaln\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 gidermek i\u00e7in miza\u00e7lar\u0131na en uygun cemaatlerden birine s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmaktad\u0131rlar. Asl\u0131nda, bir yere s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmak oraya teslim olmakt\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcr iradelerinden vazge\u00e7iyorlar ama bunun kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda benzer duygu ve inanca sahip topluluk i\u00e7inde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir dayan\u0131\u015fma ile varl\u0131klar\u0131na bir alan a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f oluyorlar. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, giderek h\u0131zlanan bireysel rekabete kat\u0131lmada zorlanan ki\u015filer, kurnaz ki\u015filerin y\u00f6netti\u011fi cemaat ve tarikat gibi yap\u0131lara dahil olma e\u011filimi g\u00f6steriyorlar. Pop\u00fcler k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve cemaat ortam\u0131nda ya\u015fayan ki\u015filerin inanc\u0131 ve ya\u015fant\u0131s\u0131, bireysel irade ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe de\u011fil, \u00e7o\u011funlukla yayg\u0131n ve egemen olan kendi benzerlerinin kolektif ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f\u0131na b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlarda, \u00f6zellikle yayg\u0131n olan \u2018cemaat\u2019 tarz\u0131, din\u00ee inan\u00e7 yap\u0131lar\u0131 \u00fczerinden ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, zihinsel s\u00fcre\u00e7ler \u00fczerine yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda \u2018d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeden\u2019 inanma davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, ele\u015ftirmeden kabullenmeyi kolayla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu durumun direnme hareketlerine g\u00f6re \u00e7ok daha az \u00e7aba gerektirdi\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r (Keyes, 2017,276). Bu topluluklar\u0131n mensuplar\u0131, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn \u015fiddetli rekabet \u015fartlar\u0131nda, \u00e7o\u011funlukla kendi yetenekleri ve imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131f atlama ve \u00f6nemli konumlar (gelir, stat\u00fc, siyasi g\u00fc\u00e7 vb.) kazanma kapasiteleri fazla olmayan ki\u015filerdir. Asl\u0131na bak\u0131l\u0131rsa, e\u011fitimde ve giri\u015fimcilikte f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi olmayan toplumlarda normal s\u0131n\u0131f atlama imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulamayan nispeten zay\u0131f karakterli ki\u015filer bu t\u00fcr olu\u015fumlara daha fazla e\u011filim g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<h2>Kur\u2019an\u2019dan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck manifestosu<\/h2>\n<p>\u0130lk gelen \u00e2yetlerden biri olan Fatiha\u2019n\u0131n \u201cAncak sana kulluk eder, ancak senden yard\u0131m dileriz.\u201d anlam\u0131ndaki 5. Ayet, tam bir \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck manifestosu say\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kur\u2019an\u2019daki \u0130slamiyet, insanlar\u0131 sadece tek bir \u2018Allah\u2019a kulluk\u2019 yapmaya yani \u2018tam ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa\u2019 \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131rken, asl\u0131nda insanlar\u0131n ba\u015fka otoritelere kulluk yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek ve onlar\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerini g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alacak g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir iradeyi belirtmi\u015f oluyor. Buradan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken en \u00f6nemli anlam, e\u011fer \u2018sadece Allah\u2019a tam ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterilmezse\u2019 insanlar\u0131n kendilerinden g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri her otoriteye, bilerek ya da bilmeden \u2018kulluk\u2019 yapacaklar\u0131 hakk\u0131ndad\u0131r. Kur\u2019an \u00f6\u011fretisinde inananlara verilmek istenen bu irade ve \u015fahsiyet, mevcut M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde ne derecede kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bulmaktad\u0131r?<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlarda insanlar, \u00e7ok de\u011fer verdikleri inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n temelini olu\u015fturan \u2018Kitab\u0131\u2019, ger\u00e7ekte i\u00e7erdi\u011fi anlamdan ve i\u015faret etti\u011fi davran\u0131\u015flardan habersiz olarak sadece y\u00fcz\u00fcnden okumakta ve okuduklar\u0131n\u0131, bu d\u00fcnyayla ilgili bilgilenmesi art\u0131k imk\u00e2ns\u0131z olan \u00f6l\u00fclerine havale etmektedirler. Ba\u015fka din\u00ee otoritelerden \u00f6\u011frenilen inan\u00e7 de\u011ferleri ise Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n \u00f6z de\u011ferleri yerine, \u00e7o\u011funlukla rivayet ve aktarma usul\u00fcndeki k\u00fclt\u00fcrel anlat\u0131lar ve yorumlar oluyor. Bu t\u00fcr topluluklarda, din\u00ee nasihatler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman cennet ve cehennem ikilisiyle anlat\u0131lmakta ve \u015fartland\u0131rmalar yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Cemaatlerin i\u00e7erisinde kendilerine yer edinmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filer de biat ettikleri otoritenin vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu nasihatlerle zihinlerini doldurmakta ve \u2018\u00f6teki\u2019 ki\u015filere g\u00f6re cennete daha \u00e7ok lay\u0131k olduklar\u0131n\u0131 hayal etmektedirler. En az\u0131ndan, \u2018\u00f6teki\u2019 ki\u015filerin cehennemi dolduraca\u011f\u0131na inanarak, d\u00fcnyada ve ahirette \u00fcst\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kimli\u011fini kendilerinin temsil etti\u011fine inanmaktad\u0131rlar. \u00a0Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n mesaj\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan \u2018d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek\u2019 ve anlayarak inanmak yerine, \u2018otorite\u2019 bildikleri ki\u015filerin kendilerini bilgilendirmeleri kolayc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na kap\u0131lmaktad\u0131rlar.\u00a0 Bu ki\u015filer, inand\u0131klar\u0131 \u2018Kitab\u0131n\u2019 g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi \u201cdosdo\u011fru\u201d ya\u015famak gayesinden her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn daha fazla uzakla\u015f\u0131yorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n as\u0131l anlam ve mesaj\u0131ndan kopuk olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen \u2018cemaat i\u00e7i\u2019 okumalara ve dinlemelere bir defa al\u0131\u015fan elemanlar, bilim, felsefe ve sanat gibi di\u011fer okumalara ve bilgilenmeye de pek ihtiya\u00e7 duymuyorlar. O zaman, ki\u015fisel iradenin zay\u0131fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck talebinin gev\u015fekli\u011fi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir sonu\u00e7 oluyor. Oysa, Kur\u2019an, \u2018insan\u0131n insana kullu\u011funu\u2019 sonland\u0131rmak \u00fczere gelmi\u015f bir Kitap olarak, insan \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn en etkili g\u00fcvencesinin \u201cancak Allah\u2019a kul olma\u201d bilincini temsil etmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2>Ger\u00e7ek M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00f6stergesi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck olmal\u0131yd\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Pop\u00fcler din anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ve cemaat tipi olu\u015fumlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde yer alan ki\u015filerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131ndaki bir\u00e7ok tutum, kendi ki\u015fisel tercihlerinden \u00e7ok mensubu olduklar\u0131 toplulu\u011fun kolektif bir zorunlulu\u011fu h\u00e2line geliyor. Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta, kendi ak\u0131l ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerine ters gelen birtak\u0131m davran\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7inde olmaktan dolay\u0131 zihinsel \u00e7eli\u015fkiye ba\u011fl\u0131 bir i\u00e7 gerilim ya\u015fan\u0131l\u0131yor (Leon Festinger\u2019in Zihinsel \u00c7eli\u015fki Teorisi). Toplulu\u011fun i\u00e7inde kalma e\u011filimi devam etmesi h\u00e2linde, bir s\u00fcre sonra zihinsel olarak ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 tutars\u0131zl\u0131k ve i\u00e7 gerilimden kurtulmak i\u00e7in ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi inanmaya ba\u015flan\u0131yor.
