Siyasete aktif olarak kat\u0131lan gruplar\u0131n mesaj i\u00e7eriklerinin analizi yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00e7ok ciddi bir bilgi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce eksikli\u011fi dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Yeni durum ve de\u011fi\u015fimlerden ileri gelen belirsizlikler, hukukun \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne dayanan geli\u015fmi\u015f toplumlarda, \u00e7o\u011funlukla birtak\u0131m yeni yarat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ve giri\u015fimlere yol a\u00e7ar. Oysa, gelenek\u00e7i ve yoksul toplumlarda, yeterince bilgi toplumu olunamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in mant\u0131kl\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 yap\u0131lamayan her \u015feyi, do\u011fa\u00fcst\u00fc ve metafizik g\u00fc\u00e7lere ba\u011flama e\u011filimi \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek olmaktad\u0131r (Hagen, 1963). Bilimsel zihniyetin geli\u015fmedi\u011fi gelenek\u00e7i ve muhafazak\u00e2r toplumlarda, bilgi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce yetersizli\u011fi nedeniyle \u00e7o\u011funlukla kayg\u0131 d\u00fczeyi de y\u00fcksek olmaktad\u0131r. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, y\u00fcksek k\u00fclt\u00fcre sahip toplumlarda, bilgi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce birikimi y\u00fckseldik\u00e7e belirsizlikler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kayg\u0131 ve korkular azalmaktad\u0131r. Bilgi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce temelli siyasi ileti\u015fimin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, zihinsel geli\u015fmenin ve duygusal zek\u00e2n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli g\u00f6stergesi say\u0131lan kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 sayg\u0131 gibi duygular\u0131n siyaset diline yans\u0131mas\u0131na f\u0131rsat vermektedir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kurnaz siyaset\u00e7iler korkutmay\u0131 sever! <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Psikolojik sava\u015f tekniklerinden birisi olarak bilinen \u2018korku salma\u2019 ve \u2018korkutma\u2019, hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn ideolojik duru\u015f ve otoriter y\u00f6netim sistemlerinin en fazla kulland\u0131klar\u0131 etkili ileti\u015fim bi\u00e7imidir.
