Daha k\u00f6t\u00fcs\u00fc, inananlar\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc belirsizlikler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmekten vazge\u00e7meleri gibi toplumsal bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011fa yol a\u00e7mas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2>Kur\u2019an\u2019daki \u0130sl\u00e2miyet\u2019te \u2018Kadere \u0130man\u2019 h\u00fckm\u00fc yoktur!<\/h2>\n<p>Kur\u2019an\u2019daki be\u015f iman \u015fart\u0131na, adaletsiz y\u00f6netici s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n y\u00f6nlendirmesiyle kendilerinin resm\u00ee yap\u0131daki stat\u00fclerini art\u0131rmak isteyen din adamlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 6. \u015fart olarak \u2018kadercilik\u2019 eklenmi\u015ftir. Bu anlay\u0131\u015f, zaten hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn geleneksel ve muhafazak\u00e2r k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerde daha \u00f6nceden de vard\u0131. Son derece s\u0131n\u0131f\u00e7\u0131 bir toplum olan \u2018Cahiliye D\u00f6nemi\u2019 Arap k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc de tarihin kaydetti\u011fi en \u2018kaderci\u2019 k\u00fclt\u00fcrler aras\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu anlamda, Kur\u2019an\u2019daki \u0130sl\u00e2miyet\u2019te bulunmayan \u2018kadercilik\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, \u00e7o\u011funlukla uydurma rivayetler ve temelsiz anlat\u0131lar \u00fczerinden M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n zihin d\u00fcnyalar\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f k\u0131ssas\u0131ndaki bu metaforik anlat\u0131mda, bir k\u0131s\u0131m insanlar\u0131n ba\u015fa gelen olaylar\u0131n ger\u00e7ek nedenlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek ve \u00f6\u011frenmek yerine, kolayca ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine atmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n bilgisi verilmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsan zihninin yeterince geli\u015fmedi\u011fi ilk \u00e7a\u011flarda ba\u015flayan \u2018olaylar\u0131n meydana geli\u015fini metafizik etkenlere ba\u011flama\u2019 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, halihaz\u0131rda devam etmektedir. Asl\u0131nda, bir \u2018akletmeme\u2019 ve \u2018d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeme\u2019 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan kadercilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n en fazla yuvaland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yerle\u015fti\u011fi k\u00fclt\u00fcr ba\u011flam\u0131 inan\u00e7 sistemleri olmu\u015ftur. Vahiy inanc\u0131n\u0131n, insan\u0131 s\u00fcrekli akl\u0131n\u0131 kullanmas\u0131n\u0131, g\u00f6zlem yapmas\u0131n\u0131 ve bilim yapmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n g\u00f6ren buyruklar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, kitlelerin inanc\u0131nda bu anlay\u0131\u015f canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2>Kadercili\u011fi kimler k\u00f6r\u00fckl\u00fcyor?<\/h2>\n<p>Geleneksel k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerin, do\u011fa ve sosyal olaylar\u0131 kolay yoldan a\u00e7\u0131klama tarz\u0131 olan kadercilik, \u00f6zellikle Arap- Emevi y\u00f6neticiler taraf\u0131ndan desteklenmi\u015f ve te\u015fvik edilmi\u015ftir. Emevilerin destekledi\u011fi kaderci inan\u00e7 ve y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n, farkl\u0131 nedenlerden dolay\u0131 olduk\u00e7a etkili oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenlerden iki tanesinin, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n inan\u00e7 ve y\u00f6netim s\u00fcre\u00e7leri \u00fczerinde belirleyici oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlenmektedir. Bunlardan ilki, y\u00f6neticiler ve y\u00f6netimlere yana\u015farak ya\u015famaya al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f olanlarla ilgilidir. Y\u00f6neticiler, iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131, \u2018Allah\u2019\u0131n kaderi\u2019 olarak sununca, inananlar\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc uygulamaya raz\u0131 olmalar\u0131 \u2018kadere inanma\u2019 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131 da \u2018kadere kar\u015f\u0131 gelmek\u2019 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Kadercili\u011fi k\u00f6r\u00fckleyen ikinci z\u00fcmre, iktidar ad\u0131na i\u015flenen her su\u00e7, g\u00fcnah ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7aresiz ve sessiz kalan insanlard\u0131r. Haks\u0131zl\u0131k ve zulme u\u011frayan insanlar, ba\u015f\u0131na gelenlere tepki g\u00f6stermeyerek, \u00e7o\u011funlukla \u2018takdir-i ilahi\u2019 diyerek sineye \u00e7ekmi\u015flerdir. Ayr\u0131ca, ma\u011fdur ve mazlum ki\u015filer, \u2018kader inanc\u0131\u2019 \u00fczerinden ac\u0131lar\u0131na bir kutsall\u0131k katm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131rlar (\u0130sl\u00e2mo\u011flu, 2019, 125).<\/p>\n<h2>\u2018Kadercilik\u2019 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 otoriterli\u011fi \u015fiddetlendirir<\/h2>\n<p>Me\u015fruiyeti olmayan ya da kaybeden her y\u00f6netim, \u2018otoriterli\u011fe\u2019 sar\u0131l\u0131r. Me\u015fru olmayan her otorite kullan\u0131m\u0131 ise \u015fiddet say\u0131l\u0131r. En kat\u0131 ve ac\u0131mas\u0131z y\u00f6netimler bile, s\u00fcrekli ve sistematik \u015fiddet \u00fczerinden varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcremez. Y\u00f6netimler, kendilerine itiraz etme ihtimali olanlar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131, kamu kaynaklar\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck paylar vererek kendilerine yanda\u015f k\u0131larlar. Ancak, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc haks\u0131zl\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sessiz bir toplum olu\u015fturman\u0131n en kolay yolu, toplumun kutsallar\u0131 ve inan\u00e7 de\u011ferlerine \u2018kadercilik\u2019 alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yerle\u015ftirilmesidir. Din kurumuna eklemlenmi\u015f bir kadercilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, toplumun \u00f6nemli bir kesiminin haks\u0131zl\u0131klara ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklere \u2018sessiz kalmas\u0131n\u0131\u2019 kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Haks\u0131zl\u0131klara ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklere sessizlik, y\u00f6neticilerin haks\u0131zl\u0131k ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerini besler. \u0130tiraz edenler ile muhaliflerin sesleri daha fazla \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k\u00e7a, y\u00f6neticiler de \u2018otoriterliklerini\u2019 \u015fiddetlendirirler.<\/p>\n<h2>Orta Do\u011fu y\u00f6netimlerinde \u2018otoriterlik-kadercilik\u2019 sarmal\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Dinler tarihine bak\u0131l\u0131rsa, Orta do\u011fu co\u011frafyas\u0131 e\u015fitsizliklerin ve bundan dolay\u0131 \u00e7ok say\u0131da dinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir b\u00f6lgedir. Bu inan\u00e7lar\u0131n ortak noktas\u0131 ise d\u00f6nemin y\u00f6neticileri ile din adamlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7li d\u0131\u015fl\u0131 olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Tarihi s\u00fcre\u00e7te dini inan\u00e7 sistemleri, toplumlar\u0131n yeterince anlayamad\u0131klar\u0131 do\u011fa olaylar\u0131 ile ba\u015f edemedikleri haks\u0131zl\u0131k ve e\u015fitsizlikler y\u00fcz\u00fcnden, s\u0131\u011f\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 birer teselli alan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu nedenle y\u00f6neticiler, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta dinleri kendi otoritelerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir g\u00fc\u00e7 olarak g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerinden ku\u015fku duymu\u015flard\u0131r. El\u00e7ilerin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n \u2018El\u00e7i-Kral\u2019 olmas\u0131 ya da y\u00f6netime payda\u015f olmalar\u0131, bir anlamda \u2018din-y\u00f6netim\u2019 ili\u015fkilerine adaletli bir d\u00fczen getirme d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Muhammed de insanlar aras\u0131ndaki haks\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n ve e\u015fitsizliklerin, ancak \u2018Allah\u2019a ortak ko\u015fulmayan ve insanlar\u0131n insanlara kulluk yapmad\u0131klar\u0131 bir ortamda giderilece\u011fini\u2019 g\u00f6stermek \u00fczere g\u00f6revlendirilmi\u015ftir, Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n, \u2018ak\u0131l\u2019, \u2018g\u00f6zlem\u2019 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme\u2019 ve \u2018bilim\u2019 gibi zihinsel s\u00fcre\u00e7lere s\u0131kl\u0131kla at\u0131fta bulunmas\u0131, inanan insanlar\u0131 \u2018Tanr\u0131-Kral\u2019 modelindeki y\u00f6netim bask\u0131lar\u0131ndan kurtarmak amac\u0131na y\u00f6neliktir.<\/p>\n<h2>\u2018Kadercilik\u2019 bir \u2018Kader\u2019 de\u011fil, y\u00f6netsel bir in\u015fad\u0131r!<\/h2>\n<p>Y\u00f6neticilerin<strong>, <\/strong>y\u00f6netim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine ve tarzlar\u0131na ili\u015fkin tercihleri ne olursa olsun, birincil \u00f6ncelikleri \u2018kolay y\u00f6netmek\u2019 \u00fczerine odaklan\u0131r. Kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131nda, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda ve payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda, hi\u00e7 itiraz edilmemesi ve y\u00f6netim yetkilerinin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 en \u00e7ok arzulanan y\u00f6netsel beklentilerdir. Kolay y\u00f6netme ideolojisinde, haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n haks\u0131zl\u0131k, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmemesi; temel y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin adeta \u2018l\u00fctuf\u2019 gibi de\u011ferlendirilmesi istenir. Toplumsal sorunlar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6zmede ve insanca bir ya\u015fama ortam\u0131 sa\u011flamada zorlanan iktidarlar, olumlu olaylar\u0131 kendi icraatlar\u0131na mal ederken, olumsuzluklar\u0131 \u2018kader\u2019 gerek\u00e7esiyle Tanr\u0131\u2019ya at\u0131fta bulunurlar. Y\u00f6netime yak\u0131n duran \u2018din anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na sahip olanlar ise bu yanl\u0131\u015f inan\u00e7 bi\u00e7imini s\u00fcrekli yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rlar. \u0130nananlar, \u2018kadercilik\u2019 \u00fczerinden ikna edilirken, a\u00e7\u0131klanan metafizik gerek\u00e7elere itiraz edenler ve muhalifler ise \u2018inan\u00e7s\u0131zl\u0131k\u2019 su\u00e7lamas\u0131yla psikolojik bask\u0131 alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, Kur\u2019an\u2019daki \u0130sl\u00e2miyet\u2019in, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve akl\u0131 kullanmaya verdi\u011fi \u00f6nem, olaylar\u0131n neden-sonu\u00e7 ili\u015fkilerini anlamaya y\u00f6nelik bir buyruktur. Kadercilik, tarihsel olarak bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme ve zihniyetin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engellerden biridir.
