Bu anlamda, aile kurumunun yerine ikame edilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan cemaat tipi olu\u015fumlar, aile kurumunu bozarken; milletle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinin yerine ge\u00e7irilmek \u00fczere kurgulanan \u2018\u00fcmmet\u2019 zorlamas\u0131 da toplumsal dokuyu \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h1>Aile kurumu millet olman\u0131n temel ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131r<\/h1>\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir toplum yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fumu, b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde aile kurumunun, bedenen, zihnen ve psikolojik anlamda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, dengeli ve \u00fcretken insanlar yeti\u015ftirmesine ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Ki\u015filerin bireyselle\u015fmesinde ve kendi ki\u015fisel g\u00fc\u00e7lerine dayanan bir rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn kazan\u0131lmas\u0131nda tatmink\u00e2r bir aile i\u00e7i ili\u015fkinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 zorunludur. \u0130yi i\u015fleyen bir aile, ki\u015fileri, irade sahibi ve \u00fcretken birer insan olarak yeti\u015ftirmek i\u015flevine sahiptir. Aile kurumu, di\u011fer sosyal kurumlar\u0131n da (devlet, e\u011fitim ve ekonomik d\u00fczen gibi) bu y\u00f6nde i\u015flev g\u00f6rmeleri h\u00e2linde, milletle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinin temel ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Eskiden beri millet olman\u0131n temel \u00f6\u011felerinden birisinin kavramsal olarak din birli\u011fi oldu\u011fu \u00e7ok vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn dinlerin temel \u00f6\u011fretilerinin sevgi ve bar\u0131\u015fa dayanmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, iktidar tutkunu y\u00f6neticiler ve \u00e7o\u011fu din adamlar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden dinlerin toplumsal hayata yans\u0131mas\u0131nda \u00e7ok ciddi sapmalar meydana gelmi\u015ftir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, din\u00ee inan\u00e7lar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 istismar\u0131 sonucunda bu y\u00f6ndeki i\u015flevinin b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Dini inan\u00e7lar\u0131n temel \u00f6\u011fretilerinin siyasalla\u015fmas\u0131 ve ticarile\u015fmesi, din temelli \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131 k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtm\u0131\u015f, bu y\u00fczden de uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klar ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar giderek artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde -istisnalar\u0131 olsa bile- \u00e7o\u011funlukla ayn\u0131 dine inanan topluluklar aras\u0131nda, mezhep, me\u015frep, cemaat ve tarikat kaynakl\u0131 \u00e7ok ciddi ayr\u0131\u015fmalar mevcuttur. Bu ayr\u0131\u015fmalardan kaynakl\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalarda, toplumsal enerji bo\u015fa harcan\u0131rken, egemen y\u00f6neticilerin kendi iktidar sava\u015flar\u0131na uygun sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131lar bulmak \u00fczere din\u00ee inan\u00e7lar\u0131 kullanma durumu s\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2>T\u00fcrk Milleti\u2019nin sosyal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme yap\u0131s\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Rahmetli Hocam\u0131z Prof. Dr. Mehmet ER\u00d6Z\u2019e g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrk Milleti\u2019nin sosyolojik yap\u0131s\u0131 aile kurumu ile ba\u015flar ve milletle\u015fme s\u00fcreciyle tamamlan\u0131r. ER\u00d6Z\u2019e g\u00f6re, aile, soy-sop, oymak, boy, uruk, ulus gibi birbirini tamamlayan sosyal topluluklar\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrel birle\u015fiminden T\u00fcrk Milleti olu\u015fur. T\u00fcrk Milleti, T\u00fcrk k\u00f6kenli soy ve dil grubundan gelen Uygur, Kazak, K\u0131rg\u0131z, Azer\u00ee, \u00d6zbek, Tatar ve benzeri \u2018uluslar\u0131n\u2019 birle\u015fiminden ve b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden ibarettir (Er\u00f6z, 1983, 161-168). Temel mikro sosyal alt yap\u0131 aile, makro sosyolojik ve nihai sosyal \u00f6rg\u00fctlenme ise k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve tarih birli\u011fine dayal\u0131 millet olma s\u00fcrecidir.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 en geli\u015fmi\u015f ve kapsay\u0131c\u0131 sosyal olu\u015fum, millet olma deneyimi ve ger\u00e7ekli\u011fidir. Geli\u015fmi\u015f toplumlar, sahip olduklar\u0131 ekonomik ve sosyal geli\u015fme sayesinde, kendi soylar\u0131n\u0131 ve yetenekli di\u011fer insanlar\u0131 da nispeten y\u00fcksek k\u00fclt\u00fcr etkinlikleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla milletle\u015ftirmek suretiyle g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc birer millet olma a\u015famas\u0131na eri\u015fmi\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyorlar. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki \u00e7o\u011fu toplumlar, mevcut n\u00fcfuslar\u0131n\u0131 meydana getiren insanlar\u0131n, dil, tarih, k\u00fclt\u00fcr, \u00fclk\u00fc birli\u011fi ile birlikte ya\u015fama iradesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan birer millet olma \u00f6zlemleri i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015f vermeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2>K\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7ler kendi millet olu\u015fumlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiriyor<\/h2>\n<p>S\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci toplumlar, laiklik ilkesi kapsam\u0131nda dini inan\u00e7lar\u0131 bireysel ve vicdani bir y\u00f6nelim olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor ve y\u00f6netim ili\u015fkilerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutuyorlar. Ak\u0131lc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve bilimsel zihniyetin katk\u0131s\u0131yla ekonomiyi, hukuku, y\u00f6netim sistemini; b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde siyaset\u00e7i ve din adam\u0131 ittifak\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 koruyorlar. \u0130nan\u0131lan dinde ve ger\u00e7ek hayatta kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmayan, inan\u00e7 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc verilmi\u015f birtak\u0131m sosyal yap\u0131lar\u0131n in\u015fas\u0131na kalk\u0131\u015fm\u0131yorlar. Bu toplumlar, kendilerini, din\u00ee inan\u00e7lar ve yorumlar \u00fczerinden \u00e7\u0131kabilecek \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalardan korurken, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015ftirdikleri toplumlarda ise dinsel ayr\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde destekleyici politikalar izliyorlar.<\/p>\n<h2>Yeni k\u00fcresel proje: M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclkelerde i\u00e7 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n k\u00f6r\u00fcklenmesi<\/h2>\n<p>K\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7ler, 1979\u2019da Sovyetler Birli\u011finin Afganistan\u2019\u0131 i\u015fgali \u00fczerine ABD\u2019nin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclkelerde bir \u2018Ye\u015fil Ku\u015fak Projesi\u2019 ba\u015flatt\u0131lar. Bu proje kapsam\u0131nda, aralar\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin de oldu\u011fu bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede siyasal islamc\u0131 partiler ve cemaatler desteklenerek g\u00fc\u00e7lenmeleri sa\u011fland\u0131. K\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7lerin etkili stratejistlerinden biri olan Samuel P. Huntington, 1993\u2019de ortaya att\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018Uygarl\u0131klar \u00c7at\u0131\u015fmas\u0131\u2019 adl\u0131 tezi ile g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ve gelecekte izlenecek k\u00fcresel politikalar\u0131n i\u015faret fi\u015fe\u011fini atm\u0131\u015f oldu. Akademik \u00e7evrelere dayat\u0131lan bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re, g\u00fcya ge\u00e7en ilk iki bin y\u0131lda dinler aras\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar varm\u0131\u015f, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc bin y\u0131lda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar kendi aralar\u0131nda \u00e7at\u0131\u015facakm\u0131\u015f! Bu tez, tarih\u00ee ve bilimsel bir analiz olmaktan \u00e7ok, k\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7lerin \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na uygun d\u00fc\u015fen gelece\u011fe ili\u015fkin \u00f6zlemleri ve y\u00f6nlendirmeleri i\u00e7eriyordu. Huntington, en az\u0131ndan orta \u00e7a\u011fdaki hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn dinlerin kendi i\u00e7lerindeki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n, dinler aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalardan \u00e7ok daha fazla k\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 oldu\u011funu kasten unutmu\u015f olmal\u0131yd\u0131. Kald\u0131 ki, dinler aras\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda din\u00ee inan\u00e7lar, esasen y\u00f6neticilerin iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme sava\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 perdeleme rol\u00fc g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7lerin bu projesine g\u00f6re, kendi toplumlar\u0131 etkili laiklik uygulamas\u0131yla bu y\u00f6nden gelecek \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalardan korunurken, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclkelerde din temelli \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tohumlar\u0131 at\u0131lmal\u0131yd\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00fcsl\u00fcman milletlerde cemaatler yoluyla \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 yaratmak!<\/h2>\n<p>K\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7ler kendi geleceklerini, d\u00fcnya enerji ve ekonomik kaynaklar\u0131 ile ticaret yollar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde bulunan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumlar\u0131n din temelli \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcyor olmal\u0131. Bu ba\u011flamda, T\u00fcrklerin \u2018aile-millet\u2019 eksenindeki sa\u011flam sosyal yap\u0131s\u0131, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma potansiyeli y\u00fcksek ve hayal\u00ee bir \u2018cemaat-\u00fcmmet\u2019 temelinde y\u00f6nlendirilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu durum, \u00fcmmet\u00e7i siyaset\u00e7ilerin ve cemaatlerin hayal\u00ee \u2018\u00fcmmet\u2019 i\u015ftahlar\u0131n\u0131 kabart\u0131rken, asl\u0131nda\u00a0\u00a0 Huntington tezinde \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen\u00a0 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n kendi aralar\u0131ndaki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n alt yap\u0131s\u0131 da haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f oluyor.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci \u00fclkeler, kendi toplumlar\u0131n\u0131 \u2018millet\u2019, devletlerini \u2018mill\u00ee devlet\u2019 gibi tahkim ediyorlar. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgele\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerde ise -do\u011fal\u00a0 ve ekonomik kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanamas\u0131nlar diye olmal\u0131- etkileri alt\u0131na ald\u0131klar\u0131 dinci y\u00f6netimler ile din temelli cemaat ve tarikatlar\u0131n arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla \u00a0bir \u2018\u00fcmmet\u2019 in\u015fas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik ediyorlar. Son y\u00fcz y\u0131ll\u0131k Bat\u0131-Do\u011fu ili\u015fkilerine bak\u0131lacak olursa \u00f6zellikle M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclkelerde ne zaman ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckten yana milliyet\u00e7ilik ve devrimcilik hareketleri olmu\u015fsa, \u00e7o\u011funlukla bunlar i\u015f birli\u011fi i\u00e7inde olduklar\u0131 dinci topluluklar taraf\u0131ndan ezilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u015eimdilerde ise b\u00f6lgemizde egemen olan k\u00fcresel g\u00fc\u00e7lerin hedefleriyle uyu\u015fan siyasal \u0130slamc\u0131l\u0131k, g\u00fcd\u00fcml\u00fc milliyet\u00e7ilik ve liberal solculuk zihniyetinin i\u015f birli\u011fi ile \u2018cemaat-\u00fcmmet\u2019 ekseninde yeni bir k\u00fcresel m\u00fchendislik oyunu oynand\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Cemaatle\u015fme milletle\u015fmeyi \u00e7\u00f6zme projesidir!<\/h2>\n<p>Genel k\u00fclt\u00fcr sistemi kapsam\u0131nda, devletin kurucu milletinin \u2018mill\u00ee kimli\u011fini\u2019 reddetmeden ve ba\u015fkalar\u0131na zarar vermeden, kendi inan\u00e7, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve davran\u0131\u015f kal\u0131plar\u0131 itibar\u0131yla \u00e7e\u015fitli alt k\u00fclt\u00fcr alanlar\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Ancak, mill\u00ee egemenli\u011fi ve kimli\u011fi reddeden anlay\u0131\u015flar, sosyal b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc par\u00e7alamaya y\u00f6nelik birer \u2018kar\u015f\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u2019 olu\u015fumlar\u0131d\u0131r. Bunlar aras\u0131nda en y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 ve toplumsal birli\u011fi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcc\u00fc olanlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda dinsel g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcml\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kar topluluklar\u0131 gelmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi gibi T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn k\u00f6k de\u011ferleri aile kurumunda temsil edilir. Cemaat tipi olu\u015fumlar ile k\u00f6k de\u011ferlerden kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ki\u015filer, iyi i\u015fleyen bir ailede yeti\u015fmi\u015f bireylerin asla yana\u015fmayaca\u011f\u0131 i\u015fleri ve eylemleri yapmaya haz\u0131r bir h\u00e2le getirilmektedir. Cemaatler, etkileri alt\u0131ndaki ki\u015fileri, bir yandan aile kurumundan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rarak toplulu\u011fa ili\u015fkin yapay bir aidiyet duygusu sa\u011flarken; di\u011fer yandan yapay bir \u00fcmmet hayaliyle onlar\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fclemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. B\u00f6ylece, her cemaat, potansiyel olarak k\u00fcresel operasyonlara a\u00e7\u0131k birer kar\u015f\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr adac\u0131klar\u0131 h\u00e2line geliyor. Ayr\u0131ca, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmac\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcnde ve ka\u00e7ak yollarla onlarca \u00fclkeden getirilen milyonlarca kitle ile yeni bir \u2018\u00fcmmet\u2019 olu\u015fturman\u0131n insan malzemesi de tedarik edilmi\u015f oluyor.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00dcmmet dayatmas\u0131 Allah\u2019a meydan okuma ve din \u00f6\u011fretmedir!<\/h2>\n<p>\u00dcmmet in\u015fas\u0131, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce Allah\u2019\u0131n insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc geli\u015fim \u00e7izgisine ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. Allah\u2019\u0131n Peygambere vahyetti\u011fi \u0130slam\u2019da, \u2018\u00fcmmet\u2019 olgusu ve hedefi yoktur: \u201c\u2026Allah dileseydi sizi tek bir \u00fcmmet yapard\u0131\u2026\u201d (Maide,48) Allah\u2019\u0131n vahiy yasalar\u0131, asla do\u011fa yasalar\u0131 ve saf ger\u00e7eklikle \u00e7eli\u015fmez. Bu anlamda, \u00fcmmet\u00e7ilik ideolojisi, tarihin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131na ve sosyal geli\u015fim evrimine ters oldu\u011fu gibi, yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn en kadim milleti olarak T\u00fcrk Milleti\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131 da bir dayatmad\u0131r. \u00dcmmet\u00e7ilik yapan siyasal islamc\u0131lar ve cemaatler, Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n tan\u0131mlamas\u0131yla sanki \u2018Allah\u2019a din \u00f6\u011fretiyorlar.\u2019 (Hucur\u00e2t, 16).<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk Milleti\u2019nin din ve vatan konusundaki duyarl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak, \u00f6zellikle yapay bir \u2018yerlilik\u2019 ve \u2018mill\u00eelik\u2019 duygular\u0131 \u00fczerinden hayal\u00ee bir \u00fcmmet kurgusunun k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ve n\u00fcfus alt yap\u0131s\u0131 olu\u015fturulmu\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Y\u00fcz y\u0131l \u00f6nce \u0130ngilizlerin b\u00f6yle bir projesi, T\u00fcrk Milleti taraf\u0131ndan Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn \u00f6nderli\u011finde \u2018kanla ve irfanla\u2019 reddedilmi\u015fti.
