Tarih\u00e7iler aras\u0131nda bu gibi tart\u0131\u015fmalara neden olan \u015eeyh Said \u0130syan\u0131, kamuoyu nezdinde de \u00e7o\u011fu zaman hamasetten \u00f6teye ge\u00e7emeyen yorumlarla ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun temel nedeni; tarihsel bir mesele olarak incelenmesi gereken bu isyan\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli sebeplerle g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz siyasetine alet edilmi\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Kimi zaman ideolojik, kimi zaman din\u00ee saplant\u0131lar\u0131n \u015fi\u015firdi\u011fi hamasi tav\u0131rlar bize g\u00f6re ya\u015fanan s\u00fcrecin objektif bir \u015fekilde ele al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 engellemekte ve ger\u00e7eklerin \u00fczerini \u00f6rtmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2>Seyh \u0130syan\u0131na Giden S\u00fcre\u00e7te Ya\u015fanan Olaylar<\/h2>\n<p>\u015eeyh Said isyan\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihinin ayaklanmas\u0131 olmakla beraber, isyan\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019ne kar\u015f\u0131 da zaman zaman ayaklanmalar meydana geldi\u011fi bilinmektedir. \u015eeyh Said \u0130syan\u0131na kadar giden birbiriyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olan geli\u015fmeleri s\u0131ras\u0131yla ele alal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eeyh Said \u0130syan\u0131na yabanc\u0131lardan destek bulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in idam edilen Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir\u2019in babas\u0131 \u015eeyh Ubeydullah Osmanl\u0131 Devletine isyan etmi\u015fti. 30 A\u011fustos 1879\u2019da ba\u015flayan isyan bir bu\u00e7uk ay sonra bast\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ubeydullah teslim oldu. Osmanl\u0131 H\u00fck\u00fbmeti 20.000 kuru\u015f maa\u015fa ba\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Ubeydullah ve ailesini 1881 y\u0131l\u0131nda Hicaz\u2019a s\u00fcrd\u00fc. Ubeydullah\u2019\u0131n 1883 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00f6lmesinden sonra aile \u00fcyelerinin Cidde\u2019de mecburi ikamet cezas\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye d\u00f6nd\u00fc. 1896 y\u0131l\u0131nda II. Abd\u00fclhamid\u2019e kar\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lan suikast giri\u015fimine ad\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu sefer Mekke\u2019ye s\u00fcrg\u00fcn edildi. Me\u015frutiyet\u2019in ilan\u0131yla beraber tekrar \u0130stanbul\u2019a d\u00f6nd\u00fc. Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n sonunda Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nin da\u011f\u0131lma ihtimaline kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6zerklik veya ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k isteyen K\u00fcrt ileri gelenleri K\u00fcrdistan Teali Cemiyeti\u2019ni kurmu\u015flard\u0131. Cemiyetin kurucusu ve ba\u015fkan\u0131 Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir\u2019di.<\/p>\n<p>Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir\u2019in en yak\u0131n adam\u0131 ve hizmetk\u00e2r\u0131 Palulu K\u00f6r Sadi \u00f6zerk K\u00fcrdistan faaliyetleri nedeniyle Me\u015frutiyet y\u0131llar\u0131nda Sadrazam Mahmud \u015eevket Pa\u015fa taraf\u0131ndan Taif\u2019e s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor, burada \u0130ngilizlere esir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp bir s\u00fcre sonra serbest b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor. Seyyid Be\u015fir Usame kamp\u0131nda esir bulundu\u011fu s\u0131rada \u0130ngiliz komutan Deedes\u2019e K\u00fcrdistan konusunda baz\u0131 projeler sunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6r Sadi, s\u00fcrg\u00fcnden sonra gitti\u011fi Kahire\u2019de sonradan \u015eeyh Said isyan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecek olan K\u00fcrt ayaklanmas\u0131na destek istemek i\u00e7in \u0130ngiliz istihbarat\u0131yla temasa ge\u00e7ti. Bir \u0130ngiliz istihbarat memuruyla tan\u0131\u015fan Sadi, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir i\u015fe kalk\u0131\u015fmak i\u00e7in haz\u0131r oldu\u011funu, pek \u00e7ok K\u00fcrt liderle beraber hareket etti\u011fini ve yap\u0131lan bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme i\u00e7in Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir\u2019den tam yetki ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti. Bir ba\u015fka ifadeyle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri Azadi ad\u0131na yap\u0131yordu. K\u00f6r Sadi \u0130ngiliz istihbarat memuruna Gazi Pa\u015fa\u2019ya suikast ile Dersim ve Palu dolaylar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ayaklanma \u00e7\u0131karmak istedi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyerek bunun i\u00e7in bir \u0130ngiliz yetkiliyle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesi i\u00e7in arac\u0131l\u0131k etmesini istedi.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6r Sadi ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fen ki\u015filer asl\u0131nda T\u00fcrk casuslar\u0131yd\u0131. Sadi\u2019nin Kahire\u2019de tan\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130ngiliz istihbarat memuru T\u00fcrk polisi Celal, Mr. Templen ise Taksim Belediye Zab\u0131ta memurlar\u0131ndan Nizamettin\u2019di. Sar\u0131\u015f\u0131n ve uzun boylu olan Nizamettin asl\u0131nda \u0130ngilizce bile bilmiyor ama iyi derecede \u0130ngilizce konu\u015fuyormu\u015f gibi taklit yapabiliyordu. B\u00fct\u00fcn olup bitenler \u0130stanbul Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Ekrem Bey\u2019e rapor edilmi\u015f, Ekrem Bey de bu \u00f6nemli meseleyi \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na bildirmi\u015fti. K\u00f6r Sadi\u2019nin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri sonucunda \u0130ngilizlerin deste\u011fini almak konusunda \u00fcmitlenen Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir, \u015eeyh Said\u2019in o\u011flu Ali R\u0131za ile \u0130stanbul\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc ve K\u00f6r Sadi\u2019nin daha sonra itiraf edece\u011fi \u00fczere \u015eeyh Said isyan\u0131n\u0131n planlamas\u0131 bu s\u0131rada yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0130syan\u0131n Fiilen Ba\u015flamas\u0131 ve Sonras\u0131ndaki Geli\u015fmeler<\/h2>\n<p>\u015eeyh Said her sene yaz\u0131n H\u0131n\u0131s\u2019tan yola \u00e7\u0131kar, Palu\u2019da yatan dedesinin mezar\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret ederdi. 1924 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda yine dedesinin mezar\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret etmek bahanesiyle yola \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Nasturi ve Beyt\u00fc\u015f\u015febap isyanlar\u0131ndan birka\u00e7 ay sonra ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bu seferki yolculuk al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndayd\u0131. \u015eeyh Said kendisine ba\u011fl\u0131 olanlara dedesinin mezar\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret edece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyerek \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015f ve etraf\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck bir silahl\u0131 kalabal\u0131k toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Mevsim k\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fundan \u015fartlar yolculuk yapmak i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildi. Her sene Palu\u2019ya en k\u0131sa yoldan giden \u015eeyh Said bu sefer g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f, yol \u00fczerinde bulunmayan k\u00f6ylere de u\u011fray\u0131p silahl\u0131 adamlar\u0131yla g\u00f6vde g\u00f6sterisi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. U\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlerde H\u00fck\u00fbmeti \u015feriat\u0131n gere\u011fini yapmamakla su\u00e7layan, halifeli\u011fin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve medreselerin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n dine ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011funu anlat\u0131p halk\u0131 k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtan \u015eeyh Said\u2019in faaliyetleri b\u00f6lge y\u00f6neticilerinin dikkatini \u00e7ekmi\u015fti. Baz\u0131 vali ve kaymakamlar \u015eeyh Said\u2019in bu hareketleri hakk\u0131nda soru\u015fturma yapm\u0131\u015flar ancak tehlikenin fark\u0131na varamad\u0131klar\u0131ndan asayi\u015fi bozan bir durum olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00fcst makamlara bildirmi\u015flerdi. \u015eeyh Said beraberindeki kalabal\u0131k grupla birlikte H\u0131n\u0131s\u2019tan sonra Bing\u00f6l\u2019e, Gen\u00e7 merkezine, Lice\u2019ye, Serdi k\u00f6y\u00fcne u\u011fray\u0131p buralarda yakla\u015f\u0131k iki ay kald\u0131ktan sonra karde\u015fi Abd\u00fcrrahim\u2019in ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve isyan\u0131n patlak verdi\u011fi yer olan Piran\u2019a geldi.<\/p>\n<p>Ergani madeni Jandarma K\u0131tas\u0131 \u00dcste\u011fmen H\u00fcseyin H\u00fcsn\u00fc, E\u011fil Tak\u0131m Komutan\u0131 Te\u011fmen Mustafa Hamdi ve Ergani Merkez Tak\u0131m Komutan\u0131 Tahir Sami\u2019nin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi 20 \u015eubat 1925 tarihli raporda \u015eeyh Said\u2019in yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7 y\u00fcz ki\u015fiyle birlikte 11 \u015eubat\u2019ta Piran\u2019a geldi\u011fi, asl\u0131nda 20 Mart\u2019ta yapmay\u0131 planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 isyan\u0131 erken ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131, buradaki m\u00fcfrezenin silah ve atlar\u0131n\u0131 almak fikriyle hareket etti\u011fi ve mahk\u00fbmlar\u0131n \u015eeyh Said\u2019in emriyle m\u00fcfrezeye sald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u201cSallual\u00e2 Muhammed\u201d diyerek \u00fczerlerine h\u00fccum eden isyanc\u0131lar\u0131n d\u00f6rt saatlik bir \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma sonunda iki jandarmay\u0131 yaralad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n bildirildi\u011fi raporda m\u00fcfrezenin at ve e\u015fyalar\u0131na el konuldu\u011fuyla karakol defterinin yok edildi\u011fi de ifade ediliyordu. Askerler esir tutulduklar\u0131 s\u0131rada bizzat \u015eeyh Abd\u00fcrrahim\u2019in a\u011fz\u0131ndan 1919 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri bu fikri kazanmak u\u011fruna gayet gizli \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 duymu\u015flard\u0131. \u0130syanc\u0131lar\u0131n be\u015f bin ki\u015fiyi bulduklar\u0131nda Diyarbak\u0131r \u00fcst\u00fcne y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fcp buradaki mahk\u00fbmlar\u0131 kurtaracaklar\u0131n\u0131, bilhassa valileri, subaylar\u0131 ve adliye memurlar\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131racaklar\u0131n\u0131, kendilerine en k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir direni\u015fte bulunan\u0131 katledeceklerini, Sultan Abd\u00fclhamid\u2019in o\u011flunu halifeli\u011fe getireceklerini ve bu u\u011furda masum ah\u00e2linin kan\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6kmekten \u00e7ekinmeyeceklerini vurgulayan raporun ek k\u0131sm\u0131nda hem bu i\u015fin propagandas\u0131n\u0131 yapanlar\u0131n hem de para ve silah kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kand\u0131r\u0131lanlar\u0131n isim listesi verilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130syan\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131yla birlikte civardaki yerle\u015fim yerleri h\u0131zla i\u015fgal edildi. \u0130syan\u0131 ba\u015flatan \u00e7at\u0131\u015fman\u0131n \u00fczerinden 24 saat bile ge\u00e7memi\u015fti ki gen\u00e7 isyanc\u0131lar\u0131n eline ge\u00e7ti. Daha sonra Hani, Palu, Lice, Elaz\u0131\u011f, Silvan ve Varto asiler taraf\u0131ndan i\u015fgal edildi. Ele ge\u00e7irilen yerlerde valiler, kaymakamlar, devlet memurlar\u0131 esir al\u0131nd\u0131. Bunlar\u0131n yerine s\u00f6zde devlet memurlar\u0131 atand\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130syan\u0131n Ankara\u2019ya yans\u0131mas\u0131yla birlikte yeterli tedbirleri almad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen Ba\u015fbakan Fethi Bey istifa etti. \u0130smet Pa\u015fa h\u00fck\u00fcmeti kuruldu. S\u0131k\u0131y\u00f6netim ilan edildi. \u0130stiklal Mahkemeleri tekrar kuruldu. Askeri harek\u00e2t yap\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0130syanc\u0131lar\u0131n Yakalanmas\u0131 ve Yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Diyarbak\u0131r sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131kla sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131ndan sonra isyan zay\u0131flamaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, \u015eeyh Said dahi H\u00fck\u00fbmet g\u00fc\u00e7lerine kar\u015f\u0131 koyamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Askerin s\u0131k\u0131 takibi sonucunda isyanc\u0131lar Han\u00e7ok ve G\u00f6zil Da\u011f\u0131\u2019na s\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131rken \u015eeyh Said birka\u00e7 hizmet\u00e7isiyle birlikte Solhan\u2019a ka\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Burada \u015eeyh Abdullah, Kas\u0131m Bey ve ileri gelenlerle bir toplant\u0131 yapan \u015eeyh Said, Kas\u0131m Bey\u2019e \u201cBuradan aileleri g\u00f6ndeririz, biz de do\u011fru Murad K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc ge\u00e7eriz, \u0130ran\u2019a Simiko\u2019nun yan\u0131ndan \u0130ngilizlere kat\u0131l\u0131r\u0131z.\u201d demi\u015fti. Toplant\u0131dan geri \u00e7ekilme karar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Varto istikametinden \u00e7ekilip Murat K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc ge\u00e7erek Mu\u015flu Nuh Bey\u2019in yan\u0131na gidilecek, duruma g\u00f6re hareket edilecekti. En k\u00f6t\u00fc durumda \u0130ran\u2019a ka\u00e7\u0131p, \u0130ngilizlere s\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131lacakt\u0131. Bu kararla yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p Mu\u015f\u2019a kadar ilerleyen isyanc\u0131lar Murat K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fc ge\u00e7menin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlad\u0131lar. 14 Nisan 1925\u2019te teslim olma karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131. \u015eeyh Said ba\u015fta teslim olmaya karar vermi\u015f ancak sonradan bu karar\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7mi\u015fti. 14 Nisan gecesi Kas\u0131m Bey ve adamlar\u0131 Abdurrahmanpa\u015fa K\u00f6pr\u00fcs\u00fc \u00fczerinden ge\u00e7erken \u015eeyh Said\u2019i silah zoruyla al\u0131koydular ve Osman Nuri Pa\u015fa\u2019ya haber verdiler. \u015eafakla birlikte gelen m\u00fcfreze isyanc\u0131lar\u0131 silahlar\u0131yla birlikte teslim ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>21 Nisan 1925 tarihinde \u0130stanbul Valisi S\u00fcleyman Bey taraf\u0131ndan \u015eark \u0130stikl\u00e2l Mahkemesi Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na yaz\u0131lan yaz\u0131da K\u00fcrdistan isyan hareketiyle ili\u015fkili g\u00f6r\u00fclmelerinden dolay\u0131 \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n emriyle yakalanan \u015fah\u0131slar\u0131n yarg\u0131lanmak \u00fczere evraklar\u0131yla birlikte polis ba\u015fmemuru Ziya Bey\u2019in g\u00f6zetiminde yola \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 bildiriliyordu. Bu \u015fah\u0131slar feshedilen K\u00fcrdistan Teali Cemiyeti Ba\u015fkan\u0131 75 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir, 46 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Seyyid Mehmed, 36 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Palulu K\u00f6r Sadi ve 30 ya\u015f\u0131ndaki Erbilli Nafiz ad\u0131nda bir a\u015firet reisiydi. \u0130ngiliz yetkililer zannederek g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fckleri T\u00fcrk casuslar\u0131n\u0131n raporlar\u0131 onlar\u0131n yakalanmalar\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>14 May\u0131s 1925 tarihinde Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir, Seyyid Mehmed, Erbilli Nafiz, Palulu K\u00f6r Abdullah Sadi ve Jin gazetesi yazarlar\u0131ndan Kemal Fevzi\u2019nin yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131na ba\u015fland\u0131. 21 May\u0131s\u2019ta yap\u0131lan mahkeme K\u00f6r Sadi\u2019nin K\u00fcrt Devleti kurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yapt\u0131klar\u0131 her \u015feyi itiraf etmesi ve Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir\u2019in buna itiraz etmesi nedeniyle epey hararetli ge\u00e7ti. Savc\u0131l\u0131k sorgusunda hakk\u0131ndaki su\u00e7lamalar\u0131 reddetti\u011fi halde mahkemede kabul ederek herkesi \u015fa\u015f\u0131rtan K\u00f6r Sadi, bunun sebebini \u015f\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUzun zamandan beri Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir Efendi, beni iyi k\u00f6t\u00fc besler, beni korurdu. Ben de kendilerine hizmetler ederdim. Tutuklan\u0131p buraya geldikten sonra bana bir s\u00fcre bakt\u0131. Fakat son g\u00fcnlerde beni tamamen terk etti. \u0130nsanlar felaket g\u00fcnlerinde belli oluyor. Kendisine bu kadar hizmet ettim. \u015eu son g\u00fcnlerimde beni a\u00e7 b\u0131rakt\u0131. Ondan m\u00fcteessir oldum. Ve zaten mahkemece anla\u015f\u0131lan durumu adalet huzurunda beyan ediyorum.<\/p>\n<p>Hapishanede zorbal\u0131k yapmak istiyor. Bu gece beni az kals\u0131n \u00f6ld\u00fcrt\u00fcyordu. \u00c2lemi ate\u015fle yak\u0131p kendileri kurtulmak istiyorlar. Cumhuriyetin adaletinden, \u015fefkatinden eminim.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130stanbul\u2019da Mr. Templen ile konu\u015fmalar\u0131m Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir\u2019in bilgisi ile yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Biz bu adam\u0131 hakiki \u0130ngiliz zannettik. T\u00fcrk ve hatta emniyet memuru oldu\u011funu katiyen anlamad\u0131k. Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir konu\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda talimat veriyordu. San\u0131klardan Seyyid Abd\u00fclkadir, Seyyid Mehmed, K\u00f6r Sadi, Hoca Askeri, Bitlisli Kemal Fevzi ve Hac\u0131 Ahti\u2019nin idam\u0131na; Cemil Pa\u015fazade Ahmet \u0130lyas ve Nafiz\u2019in beraat\u0131na, Bekir S\u0131dk\u0131\u2019n\u0131n da \u015eeyh Said davas\u0131nda yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131na karar verildi.<\/p>\n<p>6 May\u0131s 1925\u2019te Diyarbak\u0131r\u2019a getirilen \u015eeyh Said\u2019in buradaki yani \u015eark \u0130stikl\u00e2l Mahkemesi\u2019ndeki ifadesi savc\u0131 S\u00fcreyya Bey taraf\u0131ndan 21 May\u0131s 1925\u2019te al\u0131nd\u0131. \u015eeyh Said ifadesinde isyan\u0131n nas\u0131l geli\u015fti\u011fini anlat\u0131rken \u00f6zetle isyan\u0131 kendisinin planlamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek olaylar\u0131 Allah\u2019\u0131n kaderi olarak yorumlad\u0131. \u0130syan\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmas\u0131 durumunda bile bu halkla bir \u015fey yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen \u015eeyh Said, halk\u0131n \u015feriata raz\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yak\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>26 May\u0131s\u2019ta \u015eeyh Said ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ilk mahkemesi yap\u0131ld\u0131. \u0130ddianame \u00f6zetinin mahkeme ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan san\u0131klara bildirilmesinin ard\u0131ndan savc\u0131 S\u00fcreyya Bey davan\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klamaya ba\u015flad\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHaz\u0131r yarg\u0131lanan san\u0131klardan \u015eeyh Said Efendi, y\u00fczlerce binlerce askerin, halk\u0131n, kullar\u0131n mal\u0131n\u0131, hayat\u0131n\u0131 yok eden hareketi fiilen idare etmi\u015f ve hepsine amir olmu\u015f sapk\u0131n, inat\u00e7\u0131 bir vatan hainidir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yakla\u015f\u0131k bir ay s\u00fcren mahkemenin sonunda al\u0131nan karar 28 Haziran 1925 tarihli oturumda mahkeme heyeti san\u0131klar hakk\u0131ndaki karar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. \u015eeyh Said ile beraber toplam 47 ki\u015finin idam\u0131na, 30 ki\u015finin beraat\u0131na, 3 ki\u015finin hapsine, 1 ki\u015finin s\u0131n\u0131r d\u0131\u015f\u0131 edilmesine, 5 ki\u015finin de k\u00fcrek cezas\u0131yla cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na, 5 ki\u015finin dosyas\u0131n\u0131n ayr\u0131ca yarg\u0131lanmak \u00fczere ayr\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verildi. Yarg\u0131lamadan ayr\u0131ca, mahkemenin yetki alan\u0131 d\u00e2hilindeki tekke ve zaviyelerin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 karar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2>\u015eeyh Said \u0130syan\u0131n Neresindedir?<\/h2>\n<p>\u015eeyh Said mahkemede \u201cBen, bu hareketin ne \u00f6n\u00fcnde, ne de ard\u0131nday\u0131m. Herkes gibi i\u00e7indeyim.\u201d diyerek isyan\u0131 y\u00f6netmedi\u011fini, haz\u0131rl\u0131k ve ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 evrelerinden haberi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, herhangi bir asi gibi h\u00e2lihaz\u0131rda ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olan isyana dahil oldu\u011funu iddia etmi\u015fti. \u0130syan\u0131n \u00f6zellikle din konusunda ya\u015fanan baz\u0131 siyasi geli\u015fmeler sonucunda olu\u015fan toplumsal bir birikimin neticesinde kendili\u011finden geli\u015fti\u011fini, kendisinin isyanda hi\u00e7bir asker\u00ee komuta g\u00f6revini \u00fcstlenmedi\u011fini ve \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmaya girmedi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen \u015eeyh Said, a\u015firetlerin isyan s\u0131ras\u0131nda kimseyi dinlemeden kendi ba\u015flar\u0131na hareket etti\u011fini belirtmi\u015fti. Kendi ifadesine g\u00f6re \u015eeyh Said\u2019in isyandaki tek g\u00f6revi halka ve esirlere k\u00f6t\u00fc muamele edilmemesi i\u00e7in asilere nasihat etmekti. Di\u011fer san\u0131klar ise mahkemede \u015eeyh Said\u2019i su\u00e7lam\u0131\u015flar ve onun korkusu ya talimat\u0131yla isyana kat\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdi. \u015eeyh Abdullah sorgusunda sonra \u015eeyh Said\u2019den ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 emir \u00fczerine isyana kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015fti. \u015eeyh Said Bing\u00f6l\u2019\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015fmesinden sonra \u015eeyh Abdullah\u2019a g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi mektupta \u201cBu \u015fehirleri alal\u0131m. \u015eeriat isteyelim.
