Y\u00f6netici s\u0131n\u0131f, iktidarlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrme konusunda i\u015f adamlar\u0131 ile din adamlar\u0131n\u0131 en g\u00fcvenilir m\u00fcttefik olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, yeni-liberal kapitalizm ile siyasal dincilik, toplumsal denetimi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde kad\u0131nlar \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Bu kapsamda kurgulanan otoriter y\u00f6netimler, toplumdaki bir\u00e7ok varl\u0131k gibi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da sahibiymi\u015f gibi davran\u0131yor. Kad\u0131nlara h\u00fckmetmek \u00fczerinden adeta b\u00fct\u00fcn toplumsal ili\u015fkileri tahakk\u00fcm alt\u0131na almay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2>Kad\u0131nlar ger\u00e7ekte zay\u0131f varl\u0131klar m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/h2>\n<p>\u0130lk \u00e7a\u011flardan bu yana erke\u011fi \u00f6nceleyen ve kad\u0131nlara yard\u0131mc\u0131 hizmetleri uygun g\u00f6ren bir toplumsal cinsiyet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 egemen olmu\u015ftur. Oysa, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, yetenek ve liyakat gerektiren i\u015flerde bile kad\u0131nlara h\u00e2lihaz\u0131rda \u00e7ok fazla yer verilmiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Eskiden beri s\u00fcre gelen erkek egemen toplumsal cinsiyet anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, kapitalist sistemde i\u015f \u00e7evreleri ile gelenek\u00e7i toplumlarda dinci anlay\u0131\u015flar y\u00fcz\u00fcnden -farkl\u0131 gerek\u00e7elerle- varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<h2>Kapitalist sistemde kad\u0131n imgesi<\/h2>\n<p>Yeni-liberal kapitalist sistem, \u00fcretim ve y\u00f6netim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yetenek ve liyakatinden daha fazla yararlanmak yerine, ilgili ya da ilgisiz her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn t\u00fcketiminde kad\u0131n cinsiyetini bir t\u00fcketim arac\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Kapitalizmin y\u00f6nlendirdi\u011fi sanal d\u00fcnya olan \u2018reklamlarda\u2019 ve burjuva hayat\u0131 \u00f6zentisinin vurguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018dizilerde\u2019, kad\u0131nlar tam bir t\u00fcketim nesnesi olarak kurgulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Yeni-liberal kapitalist sistem, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ger\u00e7ek \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fcvencesi olan e\u011fitim d\u00fczeylerinin y\u00fckselmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na at\u0131lmalar\u0131 ve y\u00f6netim kademelerinde daha fazla yer almalar\u0131 konusunda fazla bir \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermiyor. Bunun yerine, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n aleyhine olan e\u015fitsizli\u011fi, \u2018g\u00fczellik\u2019 ve \u2018\u00e7ekicilik\u2019 gibi bedensel \u00f6zellikler \u00fczerinden \u00f6rtmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Kapitalizm, kad\u0131nlara serbestlik ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck tan\u0131yor g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc alt\u0131nda, sat\u0131n alma g\u00fcc\u00fc y\u00fcksek olan t\u00fcketiciler i\u00e7in kad\u0131nlar\u0131 birer arzu nesnesi h\u00e2line getiriyor. Ayr\u0131ca, her varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 para kazanacak bir araca d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren kapitalist sistem, \u00f6zellikle kolay yoldan bir hayat tarz\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fleyen bir k\u0131s\u0131m kad\u0131nlar\u0131, g\u00fczellik ve \u00e7ekicilik tutkusuyla bezenmi\u015f bir \u00fcr\u00fcn h\u00e2line getiriyor.<\/p>\n<h2>Dinci zihniyetin kad\u0131n imgesi<\/h2>\n<p>Sermaye ve m\u00fclkiyet\u00e7i kapitalist sistemde oldu\u011fu gibi, yayg\u0131n inan\u00e7 sistemleri de erkek merkezli toplumsal yap\u0131n\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcr kal\u0131plar\u0131yla yo\u011fun bir etkile\u015fim i\u00e7ine giriyor. \u0130nan\u00e7 de\u011ferleri, \u00e7o\u011funlukla y\u00f6netim ve egemenlere yak\u0131n duran din adamlar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla eril bir dincilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na evriliyor. Dincilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, kad\u0131nlar\u0131 erkeklerin hayat\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc rahat\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan birer \u2018ev hizmetleri\u2019 eleman\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, kamusal alanda bulunmalar\u0131 sak\u0131ncal\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor ve b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde \u2018ev\u2019 merkezli bir hayata \u015fartland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Gelenek\u00e7i toplumlarda, kad\u0131nlara bi\u00e7ilen rol\u00fcn aynen oynanmas\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik amac\u0131yla mevcut cinsiyet\u00e7i rol da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bir y\u00fcceltmeye maruz b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu arada, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n mevcut toplumsal rol da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7selle\u015ftirmeleri i\u00e7in -asl\u0131nda dinlere sonradan eklenen- \u00e7e\u015fitli kutsall\u0131k at\u0131flar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2>Siyasal islamc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n kad\u0131n imgesi<\/h2>\n<p>Kur\u2019an\u2019daki \u0130sl\u00e2miyet\u2019te, Arap k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcnde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n mutlak anlamda erkeklere (kabile reisine, babaya, abiye-erkek karde\u015fe, kocaya) olan ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00f6ncelikle tedrici olarak azalt\u0131lmak sonra da kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011fini sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 bir de\u011fi\u015fimin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131lmak istenmi\u015ftir. Kur\u2019an, \u00e7e\u015fitli ayetlerde do\u011frudan do\u011fruya kad\u0131nlar\u0131 muhatap almak suretiyle onlar\u0131 erkeklerin tasallutundan kurtarmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ba\u011flamda, yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn en eril k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kad\u0131nlar \u00fczerinde kurdu\u011fu mutlak egemenli\u011fi k\u0131rman\u0131n en ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i yolu olarak kad\u0131nlara e\u011fitim ve m\u00fclkiyet f\u0131rsat\u0131 tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n e\u011fitim yoluyla ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ge\u00e7inme imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131ndan sonra, toplumsal d\u00fczenin nispeten daha e\u015fitlik\u00e7i ve \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir yap\u0131ya geli\u015fimi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Allah El\u00e7isi\u2019nin vefat\u0131 sonras\u0131nda, kad\u0131nlar ile ilgili Arap k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn eril bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirme motivasyonu etkisini kaybetmi\u015f; eski alg\u0131 ve al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yeniden alevlenmi\u015ftir. Kur\u2019an ayetlerinin ruhu ve \u00f6z\u00fc yerine, erkek egemen k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerdeki kad\u0131nlar\u0131n birer \u2018erkekleri tamamlay\u0131c\u0131\u2019 \u00f6\u011fe gibi g\u00f6r\u00fclme tarz\u0131ndaki yayg\u0131n al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar, \u00e7o\u011funlukla y\u00f6netici s\u0131n\u0131f taraf\u0131ndan da desteklenmi\u015ftir. Allah\u2019\u0131n kad\u0131nlara do\u011frudan hitab\u0131na ra\u011fmen, onlar\u0131n karar verecekleri konularda erkeklerin karar vermesi al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7o\u011fu din adamlar\u0131n\u0131n dinsel s\u00f6ylemleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yeniden devreye sokulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<h2>Siyasal islamc\u0131l\u0131k ve himayecilik iddias\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>Ger\u00e7ek \u0130slamiyet\u2019in de\u011fer yarg\u0131lar\u0131ndan sapt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f dincilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, erkeklere her t\u00fcrl\u00fc serbestlik tan\u0131n\u0131rken, sanki \u2018mahremiyet\u2019 yaln\u0131zca kad\u0131nlarla ilgiliymi\u015f gibi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hak ve hareketleri b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde k\u0131s\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar, toplumsal ili\u015fkilerde erkeklerin sahip oldu\u011fu konuma e\u015fitlenmeyi sa\u011flayacak g\u00fc\u00e7 kaynaklar\u0131ndan yoksun kalm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, toplumsal yap\u0131da yaln\u0131zca y\u00f6neticilerin ve erkeklerin izin verdi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde yer alaca\u011f\u0131 alg\u0131s\u0131 yerle\u015ftirilmek i\u00e7in onlar s\u00fcrekli himaye edilmesi gereken varl\u0131klar olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.
