Evrensel hayat tarz\u0131n\u0131n itici g\u00fcc\u00fc olan t\u00fcketici; Cappuccino ve Perrier i\u00e7en, evini IKEA ile d\u00f6\u015feyen, sushi yiyen, Benetton\u2019dan giyinen, Hyundai marka arabas\u0131 ile McDonalds\u2019a do\u011fru yol al\u0131rken Amerikan-\u0130ngiliz rock m\u00fczi\u011fini dinleyen bir t\u00fcketicidir.\u201d (Naisbitt &amp; Aburdene, s.110)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAyd\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda iki y\u00fczy\u0131ldan beri var olan yabanc\u0131 hayranl\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde yayg\u0131nla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u201d diyen Cemil Meri\u00e7: \u201cBir \u00fclkede h\u00e2kim d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, \u00fclkedeki h\u00e2kim s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesidir. H\u00e2kim s\u0131n\u0131f yoksa yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi h\u00e2kim olur.\u201d diyordu. Yabanc\u0131 ideolojiler, fikir ve inan\u00e7 kal\u0131plar\u0131 bo\u015f olan ki\u015filere, topluma \u00e7ok kolay a\u015f\u0131lanabilir. Bug\u00fcn\u00fcn T\u00fcrk ayd\u0131n\u0131 mill\u00ee misyon, mill\u00ee ideal ve hedef yoksunu oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in psikolojik ve ideolojik operasyonlara kar\u015f\u0131 ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc savunmas\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Psikolojik sava\u015f\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir safhas\u0131, yabanc\u0131 ideolojilere ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r. Kendi sosyal ger\u00e7eklerini temele almayan bir sistemin s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lara sebep olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Toplumun sosyal ger\u00e7eklerini \u00f6nemsemeyen, de\u011ferlerine y\u00fcz \u00e7eviren, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131layan bir zihniyet gen\u00e7 nesilleri milletine yabanc\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitimin misyonu; bireyleri zihin, karakter ve fizik\u00ee y\u00f6nden geli\u015ftirmekle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. E\u011fitimin ba\u015fat hedefi; mill\u00ee k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, de\u011ferleri gen\u00e7 nesillere aktararak k\u00fclt\u00fcrel miras\u0131 korumak ve toplumun k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, bilgi birikimini, hayat anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131, de\u011ferleriyle inan\u00e7 ve maharetlerini gen\u00e7 nesillere aktararak mill\u00ee varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAilelerinden ayr\u0131l\u0131rken tertemiz, mill\u00ee ve din\u00ee duygularla dolu, bayra\u011f\u0131na ve devletine y\u00fcrekten ba\u011fl\u0131 olan vatan evlatlar\u0131n\u0131 kimler, nas\u0131l ve ne maksatla bu hale getiriyorlar?\u201d (Arvasi,1980: s.282) Bu sorunun cevab\u0131 h\u00e2len aran\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Evlatlar\u0131 ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fctlerince \u015fartland\u0131r\u0131lan aileler, okullar\u0131 su\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin, Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00f6len \u201ccanl\u0131 bomba\u201d gencin babas\u0131 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131\u011fl\u0131klar atarken: \u201cO\u011flumu okul zehirledi. Okul yapt\u0131, okul!..\u201d demi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 akademisyenler, \u201cAnar\u015fik olaylar\u0131, K\u00fclt\u00fcr d\u00fczeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00e7evrelerden gelen \u00f6\u011frenciler \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor.\u201d iddias\u0131yla aileleri su\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r. Oysa hem okul hem de ailelerin sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131n bilincinde olmas\u0131 \u015fartt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>SSCB&#8217;nin son Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Gorba\u00e7ov, 27 Nisan 1995\u2019te konferans i\u00e7in gitti\u011fi ODT\u00dc&#8217;de protesto edildi. Gorba\u00e7ov, Lenin ve Stalin posterleri ta\u015f\u0131yan gen\u00e7lerin ta\u015fl\u0131-yumurta sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131na u\u011frad\u0131. Gen\u00e7lerin &#8216;Go Home&#8217; sloganlar\u0131yla protesto edilen Gorba\u00e7ov\u2019in yan\u0131nda olan eski Y\u00d6K Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve Bakan Mehmet Sa\u011flam: \u201cGorba\u00e7ov, ODT\u00dc\u2019de \u00f6\u011frencilerin sert tepkileriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131nca, hayretler i\u00e7inde kald\u0131. Gen\u00e7lerimiz hakk\u0131nda acayip yorumlar yapt\u0131.\u201d demi\u015fti.<\/p>\n<p>Kameralar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen olay, de\u011ferlerimizin ne derecede a\u015f\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, yabanc\u0131 fikirlerin beyinlerini i\u015fgal etti\u011fi gen\u00e7lerimizin yabanc\u0131 ideolojilere ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTerc\u00fcme ve aktarma teorilerle zihinleri bulan\u0131kla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, tarihleri ile irtibatlar\u0131 kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, yabanc\u0131 ideolojilerle \u2018beyinleri y\u0131kanm\u0131\u015f\u2019, dilinden, dininden, tarihinden ve devletinden so\u011futulmu\u015f gen\u00e7lerin hangi sloganlara sar\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131, hangi bayraklar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 ibret ve deh\u015fetle g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.\u201d (Arvasi,1980, s.281)<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcreselle\u015fmenin ne getirece\u011fini anlayabilmek i\u00e7in toplumsal hastal\u0131klar\u0131n bilinmesi gerekir. \u0130ntiharlar\u0131n artmas\u0131, yeni din aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131, y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 tarikatlar\u0131n, Satanizmin yay\u0131lmas\u0131, psikolojik sava\u015f ma\u011fdurlar\u0131n\u0131n ak\u0131betleri, \u015fiddetin sistemli \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 olgular\u0131 ayr\u0131, ayr\u0131 ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBe\u015finci kol faaliyetleriyle, \u00fclkenin mill\u00ee-manevi dinamiklerini g\u00f6zden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek, toplumu yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7\u0131lg\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131na ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne hayran b\u0131rakmak ama\u00e7lan\u0131r. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k duygusunu topluma yaymak i\u00e7in bas\u0131n-yay\u0131n yoluyla toplumun kusurlar\u0131 abart\u0131l\u0131r; ahl\u00e2k, inan\u00e7, yurtseverlik, kahramanl\u0131k gibi de\u011ferler g\u00f6zden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr. UNESCO (1995) 21.Y\u00fczy\u0131lda E\u011fitim Uluslararas\u0131 Raporu\u2019nda: \u201cD\u00fcnyada moral de\u011ferler ve idealler diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan ortak de\u011ferlere a\u00e7l\u0131k duyuldu\u011fu\u201d belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bat\u0131l\u0131 toplumlar, bunal\u0131mlardan \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele verirken, geli\u015fmekte olan \u00fclkeler b\u00fct\u00fcn olumsuzluklara ra\u011fmen imrenerek Bat\u0131l\u0131lar\u0131 taklit etme gayretindedir&#8230; Fakat, Bat\u0131&#8217;y\u0131 taklit eden \u00fclkelerde meydana gelen bunal\u0131mlar daha sars\u0131c\u0131 ve daha y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>E\u011fitimde yaln\u0131zca teorik bilgileri kazand\u0131rmak k\u00e2fi de\u011fildir; kafa kadar kalbi, zihin kadar da vicdan\u0131 e\u011fitmek gerekmektedir. Teorik bilgileri ezberleterek \u015fuurlu, ki\u015filik sahibi \u201ciyi insan\u201d, \u201ciyi vatanda\u015f\u201d yeti\u015ftirebilmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. \u00d6ncelikli hedef, iyi insan yeti\u015ftirmektir. Meslek\u00ee bilgi ve becerilere sahip doktor, m\u00fchendis, \u00f6\u011fretmen yeti\u015ftirmek yeterli de\u011fildir. Meslek\u00ee yeterliklerle birlikte insan\u00ee meziyetler e\u015fzamanl\u0131 olarak kazand\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, bilginin yan\u0131nda insan\u0131 ruhen doyuran duygular da olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bir insan\u0131 zihnini e\u011fitip ahlak y\u00f6n\u00fcnden e\u011fitmemek, milleti felakete s\u00fcr\u00fcklemektir. \u0130nsan\u00ee de\u011ferleri kazanmayan bir toplumun, \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f barbarlar y\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r.
