Konunun \u00e7er\u00e7evesi \u00e7ok \u00f6zet yollu olarak \u015f\u00f6ylece \u00e7izilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Dinin, T\u00fcrk toplumu i\u00e7in fevkal\u00e2de \u00f6nemli, hatt\u00e2 \u201colmazsa olmaz\u201d denecek derecede vazge\u00e7ilmez bir kurum oldu\u011fu mutlak bir ger\u00e7ekliktir. \u0130sl\u00e2m gibi hayat\u0131n hemen her safhas\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u00f6yleyecek ve s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f s\u00f6z\u00fc bulunan bir dinin, T\u00fcrk toplumu i\u00e7in bu denli \u00f6nemli olu\u015funun elbette pek \u00e7ok tarih\u00ee ve sosyal sebebi vard\u0131r. Konumuzla ilgili olmak \u00fczere belli ba\u015fl\u0131 bir-iki hususa i\u015faret edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrklerin \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00f6ncesinden itibaren hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fekillendiren b\u00fct\u00fcn k\u00fclt\u00fcr unsurlar\u0131, \u00f6zellikle kamlar\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u015eaman t\u00f6renleri ve bu inan\u0131\u015f etraf\u0131nda \u00f6rg\u00fctlenen gelenek ve g\u00f6renekleri, \u0130sl\u00e2mla\u015fma h\u00e2disesinden sonra da toplumun esnek mant\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kendilerine yer bularak varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye devam etmi\u015ftir. \u00d6zellikle \u201ckam\u201dlar\u0131n yerine ge\u00e7en \u201c\u015feyh\u201dler, \u201cdede\u201dler ve \u201cbaba\u201dlar, T\u00fcrk m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 evliya k\u00fclt\u00fc a\u011f\u0131r basan bir yap\u0131ya sahip k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum da milletimizin tarihinde tarikatla\u015fma ve cemaatla\u015fma olay\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131n olu\u015funun nedenlerinden biridir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyetinde her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tarikat ve din\u00ee cemaatle\u015fme faaliyetlerinin yasaklanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bunlar\u0131n varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 h\u00e2l\u00e2 daha\u00a0s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebiliyor olmas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131nda, tarihimizde dinin etkisinin ne derecede derin olu\u015fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi yatar. Esasen \u00e7ok partili demokratik hayata ge\u00e7i\u015fimizden ve a\u00e7\u0131k bir bi\u00e7imde 1950\u2019lerden sonra, cemaatle\u015fme ve tarikat olgusu yasa\u011f\u0131na ra\u011fmen, kapal\u0131 kap\u0131lar ard\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131karak yar\u0131 alen\u00ee h\u00e2le geldi.<\/p>\n<p>Nitekim radikal anlamda olmamak kayd\u0131yla Cumhuriyet\u00a0tarihinin en \u00fcnl\u00fc ve me\u015fhur Nak\u015fi\u00a0\u015feyhlerinden Mehmet Z\u00e2hid Kotku\u2019nun \u0130skender Pa\u015fa\u00a0cem\u00e2ati ve Erenk\u00f6y Nak\u015fileri, bir Nak\u015fi olmakla beraber \u0130skender Pa\u015fa ve Erenk\u00f6y cem\u00e2atlar\u0131na g\u00f6re daha sert bir bi\u00e7imde Bat\u0131l\u0131la\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 sakal, \u015falvar, \u00e7ar\u015faf gibi sembollerle direni\u015fi temsil eden Mahmut Hoca\u2019n\u0131n \u0130smail\u00a0A\u011fa\u00a0cem\u00e2at\u0131 gibi tarikatlar; \u015fu anda mill\u00ee ve din\u00ee k\u00fclt\u00fcre sahip \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p \u201cg\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fte\u201d devlete ba\u011fl\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 savunan (ama \u015fimdilerde bir ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc oldu\u011fu tescillenen) Nurculu\u011fun Fethullah G\u00fclen\u00a0kolu; 1946\u2019dan itibaren a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 kurslarla 1965\u2019e kadar Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri\u00a0Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;na din g\u00f6revlisi yeti\u015ftiren ve asl\u0131nda Cumhuriyet kanunlar\u0131ndan istifade ederek onun getirdi\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fime ve ink\u0131l\u00e2plara kar\u015f\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n m\u00fcmessilleri olan S\u00fcleymanc\u0131lar, K\u00e2dir\u00ee ve benzeri tarikat z\u00fcmreleri, asl\u0131nda \u201cradikal\u201d \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019dan ziyade din\u00ee g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin toplum hayat\u0131nda daha \u00e7ok yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve yerle\u015fmesini d\u00fc\u015fleyen gruplard\u0131r. Elbette bu topluluklar\u0131n, T\u00fcrk siyas\u00ee partileriyle temaslar\u0131 ya da partile\u015fme ile ilgili d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, tasavvur ve tav\u0131rlar\u0131 ayr\u0131ca de\u011ferlendirilebilir. Mesel\u00e2 1967\u2019lerde ilk ad\u0131mlar\u0131 at\u0131lan ve 26 Ocak 1970\u2019de kurulu\u015fu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen Mill\u00ee Nizam Partisi\u2019nin kurucusu Necmeddin Erbakan\u00a0ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n, parti kurma iznini ba\u011fl\u0131 olduklar\u0131 \u015feyhleri Mehmet Z\u00e2hid Kotku\u2019dan ald\u0131klar\u0131 bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan \u00fclkemizde 1960\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llardan sonra sesini duyurmaya ba\u015flayan, ama 1980\u2019li y\u0131llarda, \u00f6zellikle \u0130ran\u2019daki \u015fi\u00ee devrimini takiben g\u00fc\u00e7 kazanan siyasal \u0130sl\u00e2m ya da mevcut d\u00fczene kar\u015f\u0131 \u201cHakiki \u0130sl\u00e2m\u201d iddias\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan radikalizm, ilk ad\u0131m\u0131, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131 siyas\u00ee devrimci bir ideolojiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek yolunda faaliyete giri\u015fmekle atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu ideolojinin temelinde \u201cbiz\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve kendilerini \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee hareketin ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin merkezinde g\u00f6r\u00fcp kendilerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndakilere \u201cb\u00e2t\u0131l\u201d ve k\u00fcfre kar\u015f\u0131 \u201cpasif\u201d g\u00f6recek derecede militan bir zihniyetle \u015fartland\u0131rma yatmaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u0130ran devrimi, bu, dini sath\u00ee bir bi\u00e7imde bilen ve Bat\u0131n\u0131n meydan okumas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fclen durumu dinin tam anlam\u0131yla ya\u015fanmay\u0131\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6ren ve bu yolda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm, yani \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee bir devletin hangi yolla ve nas\u0131l kurulabilece\u011fi sorusuna cevap arayan siyasal \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in m\u00fckemmel bir \u00f6rnek olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcnd\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2089 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/misak.millidusunce.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/erdogan_umrede_de_kenan_evren_i_kopyaladi_h19796_b49bb.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"625\" height=\"221\" srcset=\"https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/erdogan_umrede_de_kenan_evren_i_kopyaladi_h19796_b49bb.jpg 625w, https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/erdogan_umrede_de_kenan_evren_i_kopyaladi_h19796_b49bb-150x53.jpg 150w, https:\/\/millidusunce.com\/misak\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/erdogan_umrede_de_kenan_evren_i_kopyaladi_h19796_b49bb-300x106.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 625px) 100vw, 625px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>12 Eyl\u00fcl\u2019den sonra T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki bu radikal devrimci \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131lar, kendilerini \u201cHizbullahiler\u201d olarak adland\u0131rmaya ba\u015flad\u0131lar ve \u00e7o\u011funlukla da G\u00fcney-Do\u011fu\u2019da taraftar toplamay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131lar. \u0130ran\u00a0devriminin netice itibariyle \u015fi\u00ee karakterli oldu\u011fu ve \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n \u0130sl\u00e2m de\u011fil \u015fi\u00ee devrimi ihra\u00e7 edece\u011fine dair, bizim daha 1980\u2019den bu yana yaz\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131zda g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fimiz ger\u00e7e\u011fin T\u00fcrk kamuoyunda yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 ve kabul g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan itibaren Hizbullah\u00eeleri ve \u0130ran yanl\u0131s\u0131 radikalistleri giderek yaln\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa ve marjinal militan guruplar haline itti.<\/p>\n<p>Bir di\u011fer radikal z\u00fcmre olan \u0130BDA-C, \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131 Ak-Do\u011fu\u015f\u2019ta hedeflerini;<\/p>\n<p>1) \u201cD\u00fc\u015fman\u201d g\u00fc\u00e7leri \u015foka u\u011frat\u0131p, panik havas\u0131 i\u00e7inde daha da sald\u0131rganla\u015ft\u0131rmak ve b\u00f6ylelikle \u201cger\u00e7ek y\u00fczlerinin a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131\u201d kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p, h\u0131zland\u0131rmak;<\/p>\n<p>2) M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kitleleri, ama \u00f6zellikle siyasal \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019a ba\u011fl\u0131 kadrolar\u0131 uyu\u015fukluk ve pasiflikten kurtarmak i\u00e7in onlara h\u00fccum etmek;<\/p>\n<p>3) Dar bir kadro ile geni\u015f bir kitle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yapmak, \u015feklinde \u00f6zetliyorlard\u0131. Onlar diyalektik bir y\u00f6ntemle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar ve 1975\u2019te Mill\u00ee Sel\u00e2met Partisi\u2019nin yan kurulu\u015fu durumundaki Ak\u0131nc\u0131lar\u00a0aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131lar ve k\u0131sa s\u00fcre sonra Ak\u0131nc\u0131 G\u00fc\u00e7\u00a0ad\u0131yla ayr\u0131 bir grup olu\u015fturdular. Silah\u0131n y\u00fcceltildi\u011fi, sa\u011flam in\u015faan\u0131n ancak y\u0131kmakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n il\u00e2n edildi\u011fi bu militan grubun d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, \u201c2000 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bir \u0130sl\u00e2m ink\u0131l\u00e2b\u0131n\u0131n\u201d olaca\u011f\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizde son haftalarda ya\u015fat\u0131lan baz\u0131 olaylardan hareketle ve bu komplo teorisine kap\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n siyasal \u0130sl\u00e2m, kamuoyunun tepkisini almaya y\u00f6nelik baz\u0131 provalara te\u015febb\u00fcs etmektedir, denebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Refah Partisi\u00a0Kayseri\u00a0il \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn Hamas\u00a0taklidi milis kuvveti, Sincan\u2019da sergilenen g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler, silahlanma ile ilgili bas\u0131nda ortaya at\u0131lan iddialar ve benzeri te\u015febb\u00fcsler, militanizmin \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131lar\u0131 etkilemeye y\u00f6nelik faaliyetleri olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Elbette istisnalar\u0131 bulunmakla birlikte, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de bu kesimlerin \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n toplum hayat\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir yere gelmesinin ve belki daha da ileri giderek dinin devletle\u015fmesini arzulad\u0131klar\u0131 tahmin olunabilir. Bu maksatla \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda Refah Partisi\u2019ni destekledikleri veya en az\u0131ndan meylettikleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilir. \u00d6zellikle Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri\u00a0Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ta\u015fra te\u015fkil\u00e2t\u0131nda, Kur\u2019an Kurslar\u0131nda, \u0130mam-Hatip Liselerinde ve \u0130l\u00e2hiyat Fak\u00fcltelerinde bu deste\u011fin \u00f6nemli bir orana ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahmin edilebilir. Bu da b\u00fct\u00fcn hayatlar\u0131 boyunca din\u00ee kavramlar ve de\u011ferler taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6nlendirilmi\u015f bu insanlar\u0131n, bu g\u00fcne kadar sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 yeterli g\u00f6rmemekten ya da kendilerine yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan \u201cgerici\u201d, \u201cyobaz\u201d, \u201c\u015feriat\u00e7i\u201d, \u201canti-l\u00e2ik\u201d gibi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 yaftalardan intikam almak gibi bir duygudan kaynaklanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6te yandan bizim 1989\u2019da ifade etti\u011fimiz, Ru\u015fen \u00c7ak\u0131r\u2019\u0131n da 1990\u2019da <em>\u00c2yet ve Slogan<\/em>\u2019\u0131nda tespit etti\u011fi gibi, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ister radikal, ister militan, isterse \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 olsun \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131lar\u0131n cidd\u00ee korkular\u0131ndan biri Devletin dinden elini \u00e7ekmesidir. Her ne kadar Refah Partisi\u00a0s\u00f6zc\u00fcleri \u00fclkemizdeki l\u00e2ikli\u011fi Bat\u0131\u2019daki, \u00f6zelikle Fransa\u2019daki gibi tam olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in tenkit etmekte iseler de, Devletin dinden elini \u00e7ekmesi halinde Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri\u00a0Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, imam-hatip liselerinin kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve benzeri uygulamalar\u0131n iptal edilmesi g\u00fcndeme gelecektir. Bu durumda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin din\u00ee hayat\u0131 cemaatlar\u0131n kaosuna terk edilecek ve en \u00f6nemlisi madd\u00ee imk\u00e2ns\u0131zl\u0131klarla i\u00e7i\u00e7e ya\u015fanacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca toplumdaki d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yoluyla \u201c\u0130sl\u00e2m Devleti\u201d d\u00fczenine ula\u015fmak hemen hemen imk\u00e2ns\u0131zla\u015facakt\u0131r. Oysa Devletin dine ve din hizmetlerine ay\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 kayna\u011f\u0131n artmas\u0131yla \u201c\u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131 \u0130deolojiye\u201d muhatap olabilecek insanlar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 artacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de siyasal \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n geli\u015fmesini k\u0131sa v\u00e2dede bir tak\u0131m hukuk\u00ee ve ceza\u00ee tedbirlerle \u00f6nlemek yerine k\u0131sa, orta ve uzun vadede \u00f6nemli baz\u0131 ad\u0131mlar\u0131n at\u0131lmas\u0131, bana g\u00f6re son derece elzem h\u00e2le gelmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Her\u015feyden \u00f6nce hayat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 millet olarak derinden sarm\u0131\u015f bulunan \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n radikalizm, militanizm ve politik \u00e7er\u00e7eve d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir yap\u0131da korunmas\u0131, geli\u015ftirilmesi ve onun, Atat\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn ifadesiyle \u201csimsarlar\u201d elinde bir \u00e7\u0131kar arac\u0131 haline sokulmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6zel bir konumda ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 da \u015fartt\u0131r. Burada sadece k\u0131sa, orta ve uzun v\u00e2dede ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi gerekli bir ka\u00e7 somut \u00f6neri g\u00fcndeme getirilebilir:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. \u00d6rg\u00fcn E\u011fitim<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Her\u015feyden \u00f6nce \u00f6rg\u00fcn \u00f6\u011fretimdeki din \u00f6\u011fretimi program\u0131 ve m\u00fcfredat\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn kademeleriyle yeniden d\u00fczenlenmeli; geleneksel stat\u00fcs\u00fcnden kurtar\u0131larak \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f y\u00f6ntemlerle yeniden yaz\u0131l\u0131p okutulmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu anda ilk ve orta dereceli okullar\u0131m\u0131zda, hatt\u00e2 bir dereceye kadar \u00fcniversitelerimizin il\u00e2hiyat fak\u00fcltelerinde uygulanan din e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimi geleneksel sistem ile bat\u0131l\u0131 sistemi kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya getirmektedir. Bir ba\u015fka ifade ile bu iki sistemin uyu\u015fturulmas\u0131 ve uzla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekirken, din e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimi mevcut mill\u00ee e\u011fitim sistemimizle kayna\u015fmaks\u0131z\u0131n i\u011freti bir sistem halinde tutulmaktad\u0131r. O kadar ki, e\u011fitim sistemimizde din dersleri programlar\u0131 ile di\u011fer derslerin programlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011flanamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu husus, din \u00f6\u011fretimini ve bu i\u015fi \u00fcstlenenleri olumsuzlu\u011fa itmi\u015f ve onlarda \u201cikinci s\u0131n\u0131f\u201d duygusu do\u011furmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcstelik bir k\u0131s\u0131m ayd\u0131na g\u00f6re, Devlet eliyle olsa bile din e\u011fitiminin T\u00fcrk e\u011fitim sistemi i\u00e7inde m\u00fctal\u00e2a edilmesi ve uygulamaya sokulmas\u0131, her\u015feyden \u00f6nce Atat\u00fcrk\u00a0ilke ve ink\u0131l\u00e2plar\u0131, yani l\u00e2iklikle \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bize g\u00f6re evet; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 her ne kadar Atat\u00fcrk o zaman Ba\u015fkanl\u0131k g\u00f6revini y\u00fcr\u00fcten R\u0131fat B\u00f6rek\u00e7i\u2019nin \u0131srar\u0131 \u00fczerine bu kurslar\u0131n y\u00f6netimini Diyanete b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015fsa da bir e\u011fitim kurumu ve te\u015fkil\u00e2t\u0131 de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun i\u00e7in bu kurslar Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeli, i\u015fletilmeli ve denetlenmelidir. Bu hususlarda gerekli d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131lmal\u0131 ve konu, uzmanlarca cidd\u00ee bi\u00e7imde de\u011ferlendirilmelidir. Ancak bu yolla, bu kurslar\u0131n mill\u00ee e\u011fitim ilkelerine kar\u015f\u0131 olmalar\u0131 \u00f6nlenebilir. Bu kurslar\u0131n \u00f6\u011freticilerinin de mutlaka \u201cpedagojik formasyon dersleri\u201d almalar\u0131 sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak bu d\u00fczenlemelerle, din e\u011fitimi ve \u00f6\u011fretimi Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim sistemi i\u00e7inde bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck kazanabilir. Devletin g\u00f6zetim ve denetimi alt\u0131nda ferdin ve toplumun kanunlar\u0131n tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 haklar ve h\u00fcviyetler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde din e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretimi ihtiyac\u0131 yeterli d\u00fczeyde ve l\u00e2iklik ilkesini zedelemeden kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f olur. Ancak bu hususta ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabilmenin en \u00f6nemli \u015fart\u0131, \u201cnitelikli \u00f6\u011fretmen\u201d konusunun, \u201cders kitaplar\u0131 ve \u00f6\u011fretmen kitaplar\u0131n\u0131n\u201d ilim zihniyeti ve \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f anlay\u0131\u015fla \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlenmesidir. Unutmamak gerekir ki, e\u011fitim sisteminde \u00f6\u011fretmen yenile\u015fmeden yenilik ger\u00e7ekle\u015femez; e\u011fitim kurumu ve sistemi kendini yenileyemez. Bu durum, din \u00f6\u011fretimi i\u00e7in daha da \u00f6nemli oldu\u011fu hususu daima hat\u0131rlanmal\u0131 ve ona g\u00f6re \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler aranmal\u0131 ve uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>3 Mart 1924 tarihin 429 say\u0131l\u0131 kanunla kurulmu\u015f bulunan Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, din hizmetlerini tedvire ve halk\u0131 din konusunda ayd\u0131nlatmaya memur bir kamu kurumudur.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu anda imam-hatip liselerinden veya il\u00e2hiyat fak\u00fcltelerinden mezun olarak bu te\u015fkil\u00e2tta g\u00f6rev \u00fcstlenenler, ald\u0131klar\u0131 e\u011fitim gere\u011fi din\u00ee gelene\u011fin ve muhafazak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fekilde tarih\u00ee birikimden ibaret bir din k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ile donanm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in, din meselelerine yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 da bu \u00e7er\u00e7eve i\u00e7inde olmakta; dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f din bilimlerinin \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine pek iltifat etmemektedirler. Y\u00fczy\u0131llar \u00f6nce ve o d\u00f6nemin \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re kaleme al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f f\u0131k\u0131h, kel\u00e2m, tefsir ve benzeri eserlerin kabu\u011fu i\u00e7inde, g\u00fcn\u00fcn meselelerine \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretebilmek maalesef m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Tarih\u00ee miras\u0131 kutsalla\u015ft\u0131rarak dinin var olan dinamizmini yakalayabilmemiz de imk\u00e2ns\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte Diyanet \u0130\u015fleri\u00a0Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00a0bug\u00fcn, bir kesimin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, bir kesiminin de icraat\u0131n\u0131 yetersiz buldu\u011fu bir kurumdur. B\u00f6yle oldu\u011fu halde o, kendini \u00fcst d\u00fczeyde bir bilimsel kurum gibi g\u00f6rmekte ve hatt\u00e2 \u00f6zel TV kurma iste\u011finde bile bulanabilmektedir. Geli\u015fme ve toplumsal de\u011fi\u015fmeye ayak uydurmakta bile zorlanan bir kurumun, bu tarzda boyunu a\u015fan bir talebi, sadece toplumu ge\u00e7mi\u015fin idealize edilmi\u015f hayat\u0131 ile oyalamaktan ba\u015fka bir i\u015fe yaramaz gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.
