T\u00fcrk bilim adamlar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda asl\u0131nda \u00e7er\u00e7evesini \u00e7izece\u011fim konular\u0131n, temeli at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Birilerinin mesele olarak ortaya koydu\u011fu konular, \u00fc\u00e7 ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n belirli aral\u0131klarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla birlikte art\u0131k mesele olmaktan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00f6zelli\u011fiyle bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda; bundan sonra yeni ku\u015fak tarih\u00e7iler, k\u00fclt\u00fcr tarih\u00e7ileri, dilciler yani T\u00fcrkiyat \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar daha sa\u011flam temellere basarak, birilerinin mesele olarak ortaya koymu\u015f oldu\u011fu konular \u00fczerinde de\u011fil, art\u0131k konular\u0131n k\u0131lcal damarlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde ya da ileriye g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclebilecek belirli hususlarda daha kolay \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabileceklerdir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle T\u00fcrk tarihi denildi\u011finde ilk akla gelen k\u00fclt\u00fcr co\u011frafyas\u0131 Orta Asya\u2019d\u0131r. T\u00fcrklerin yay\u0131lmalar\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda; Orta Asya, \u00d6n Asya, Do\u011fu Avrupa ve G\u00fcney Avrupa, \u00f6zellikle \u00fczerinde duraca\u011f\u0131m d\u00f6rt temel k\u00fclt\u00fcr co\u011frafyas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Genelde k\u00fclt\u00fcrler; \u201cyerle\u015fik k\u00fclt\u00fcr, g\u00f6\u00e7ebe k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve asalak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u201d olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7e ayr\u0131l\u0131r. Bu do\u011fru bir tasnif de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bozk\u0131r k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olarak tabir etti\u011fimiz bozk\u0131r T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, bu g\u00f6\u00e7ebe k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde yedirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. Onun i\u00e7in T\u00fcrklerin i\u00e7erisinde bulundu\u011fu k\u00fclt\u00fcr tiplerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda k\u00fclt\u00fcr tiplerini d\u00f6rde ay\u0131rmak gerekir: \u201cYerle\u015fik k\u00fclt\u00fcr, bozk\u0131r k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, asalak k\u00fclt\u00fcr ve g\u00f6\u00e7ebe k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc basit bir g\u00f6\u00e7ebe k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc de\u011fildir. \u201c\u0130lk T\u00fcrkleri nerede arayaca\u011f\u0131z?\u201d sorusunu sordu\u011fumuzda; ilk T\u00fcrkleri, yerle\u015fik \u00e7evrelerde ve bozk\u0131r \u00e7evresinde aramam\u0131z gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle Orta Asya\u2019ya dikkat \u00e7ekmek istiyorum. T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yay\u0131lma yeri Orta Asya\u2019d\u0131r. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr ayn\u0131 zamanda tamamen Arkeolojik devirlere kadar uzanan bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr tipidir. En \u00f6nemli k\u00fclt\u00fcr tipi olarak dikkat \u00e7ekmek istedi\u011fim k\u00fclt\u00fcr, T\u00fcrkmenistan\u2019daki A\u015fkabat yak\u0131nlar\u0131nda bulunan Anav k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Anav k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131k kronolojisi tam kuramamakla birlikte M.\u00d6. 10.000\u2019lere kadar gitmekte oldu\u011funu rahat\u00e7a s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn; yerle\u015fik bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr oldu\u011fu, ziraat k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc oldu\u011fu ve bol miktarda at yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f k\u00fclt\u00fcr tarih\u00e7ileri, bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc T\u00fcrklerin atalar\u0131na ba\u011flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 bilmeden, d\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde T\u00fcrklerin yay\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve belirli dalgalar\u0131 tespit edebilmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede Orta Asya\u2019dan; \u00c7in\u2019e, Hindistan\u2019a, \u0130ran\u2019a, Mezopotamya\u2019ya, Do\u011fu Avrupa\u2019ya yay\u0131lan k\u00fclt\u00fcr, Orta Asya merkezli k\u00fclt\u00fcrd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Birileri bu konular \u00fczerinde daha \u00f6nce \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapm\u0131\u015f. Objektif olman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra bir mill\u00ee bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 da getirmek laz\u0131m. Kaynaklar\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirken, b\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk tarih\u00e7ilerinin bize miras olarak b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 mill\u00ee s\u00fczge\u00e7ten ge\u00e7irmek laz\u0131m. Yani T\u00fcrk milletine, T\u00fcrk devletine yaray\u0131\u015fl\u0131 i\u015fler yapmak laz\u0131m. Tarih b\u00f6yle ele al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bize, birileri bir S\u00fcmer meselesi dayatt\u0131. S\u00fcmer meselesi \u00fczerine T\u00fcrk tarih\u00e7iler yo\u011fun olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131lar ve h\u00e2l\u00e2 da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktalar. Yani S\u00fcmer, Subar, Elam, Kut, Hurri, Urartu bunlar asl\u0131nda birer mesele olarak sunuldu. Bunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda da ilk olarak sunulan mesele: S\u00fcmer meselesi.<\/p>\n<p>Peki, ni\u00e7in S\u00fcmer meselesi? Mevcut bilgilerimizi ilk icat eden, yaz\u0131l\u0131 belgeleri b\u0131rakan ve d\u00fcnyada bir\u00e7ok ilke imza atan S\u00fcmerlilerdir. S\u00fcmerliler, sadece yaz\u0131y\u0131 icat etmekle kalmad\u0131lar. Yaz\u0131, milletlerin haf\u0131zas\u0131 olarak kabul edilmektedir. \u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, S\u00fcmerlilerin icad\u0131 olan yaz\u0131 sayesinde tarih sahnesinden, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar ge\u00e7en yakla\u015f\u0131k 5000 y\u0131ll\u0131k zaman zarf\u0131nda insanl\u0131k karanl\u0131ktan ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Uzay \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na, bilgisayar \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131nda yaz\u0131n\u0131n temel oldu\u011fu tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131zd\u0131r. S\u00fcmerliler ayn\u0131 zamanda; ilk kanun koyucu, ilk t\u0131bb\u00ee uygulamalar\u0131 yapan, yaz\u0131l\u0131 belgelere g\u00f6re eczac\u0131l\u0131kla ilgili ilk \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yapan, matematik, geometri ve astronominin temelini atan, edebiyatta ilk b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015fleri yapan kavim olarak bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Biliniz ki sonuna \u201cmesele\u201d konulan konular\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkler vard\u0131r. S\u00fcmer meselesi, Etnus meselesi, \u0130skit meselesi, Hun meselesi\u2026 Hatta T\u00fcrk ad\u0131 ge\u00e7mese \u201cG\u00f6kt\u00fcrk meselesi\u201d diyeceklerdi. Mill\u00ee ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, bu konuda epey mesafe kat etmi\u015f durumdalar. Onun i\u00e7in yeni ku\u015fak, bundan sonra bu meselelerle u\u011fra\u015fmayacak ve zaman kaybetmeyecektir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6zellikle S\u00fcmerlilerin kimlikleri hakk\u0131nda bir ka\u00e7 \u015fey s\u00f6ylemek istiyorum. Bu konuda en iyi belgeler \u015f\u00fcphesiz ki onlar\u0131n b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 belgelerdir. Bu yaz\u0131l\u0131 belgelerde T\u00fcrk\u00e7e ile S\u00fcmerce aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok yak\u0131n benzerlikler ortaya konulmu\u015ftur. Bunlar\u0131 destekleyecek baz\u0131 veriler de vard\u0131r. K\u0131z\u0131l y\u00fczl\u00fc olup so\u011fuk yerden geldiklerini -Akadl\u0131lara g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkistan\u2019dan \u00f6zellikle K\u0131rg\u0131zistan bozk\u0131rlar\u0131ndan gelmi\u015flerdir.- d\u00f6rt mevsim olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen yaz ve k\u0131\u015f\u0131 iki temel mevsim olarak kabul ettiklerini, kal\u0131n elbiseler giydiklerini, ay y\u00fcz ve badem g\u00f6z diye tabir edilen y\u00fcz tipine sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131, heykellerini o \u015fekilde yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>Son halkay\u0131 olu\u015fturanlar: Subarl\u0131lar, Elaml\u0131lar, Kutlar, Hurriler, Urartulard\u0131r. Bunlara da\u011f kavimleri deniliyor. Dilleri, sanatlar\u0131, inan\u00e7lar\u0131, gelenek ve g\u00f6reneklerinde birliktelik ve benzerlikler g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte ve buna dikkat \u00e7ekilmektedir. Bu kavimlerde at k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc vard\u0131r fakat domuz k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc yoktur. \u00d6zellikle bundan Herederos da bahsediyor. \u0130skitler, b\u0131rak\u0131n domuzla beslenmeyi, domuzdan nefret ederlerdi.<\/p>\n<p>Son olarak; Bozk\u0131r T\u00fcrk k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fczerine \u00fc\u00e7 tane g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ortaya konulmu\u015ftur.
