Siyas\u00ee bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n ve sava\u015flar\u0131n hedefleri haline gelen bu iki \u00f6nemli kurumun s\u00f6zc\u00fckleri ve s\u00f6zl\u00fckleri ana ak\u0131m medya ve sosyal medyada pervas\u0131zca konu\u015fulan, tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan hatta sald\u0131r\u0131lan unsurlar haline getirildiler.<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 s\u00f6zc\u00fckler <em>cinsiyet\u00e7i<\/em>, baz\u0131 deyimler <em>\u0131rk\u00e7\u0131<\/em> olmakla su\u00e7land\u0131 ve ele\u015ftirildi. Belki de T\u00fcrk\u00e7enin tarihinde bir ilk ya\u015fand\u0131, bir s\u00f6zc\u00fck mahkemeye verildi; \u201c<em>m\u00fcsait<\/em>\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn anlam\u0131 yarg\u0131ya ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131 ve s\u00f6zl\u00fckten \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 talep edildi. \u00c7ok bilimsel bir tutum\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Bundan birka\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00f6nce <em>\u00d6mer As\u0131m Aksoy<\/em>\u2019un \u201c<em>Atas\u00f6zleri ve Deyimler S\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/em>\u201d hakk\u0131nda bir kampanya ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131. Kampanya \u00e7ok ilgin\u00e7tir, okullar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde tekrar piyasaya s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor; ama san\u0131r\u0131m art\u0131k eskisi kadar pop\u00fcler de\u011fil. Tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n oda\u011f\u0131nda s\u00f6zl\u00fckte \u201cK\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6vmeyen, dizini d\u00f6ver.\u201d gibi kimi atas\u00f6z\u00fc ve deyimlerin <em>\u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k<\/em> ve <em>cinsiyet\u00e7ilik<\/em> d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi i\u00e7erdi\u011fi iddias\u0131 vard\u0131 ve bu nedenle s\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nerilmesinin yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yola \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak iktidara \u00e7at\u0131l\u0131yordu. As\u0131l \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 olan, amac\u0131 belli olan payla\u015f\u0131mlara, T\u00fcrk dili ve edebiyat\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenimi g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve g\u00f6rmekte olanlar\u0131n da destek vermesiydi.<\/p>\n<p>Her ne kadar tutumlar\u0131n\u0131n yanl\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu anlatmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fsak da bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131za, hatta giydi\u011fimiz c\u00fcbbeye pislemeye kadar varan hakaretlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131k.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>S\u00f6zc\u00fckler konu\u015furlar\u0131n d\u00fcnyas\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131t\u0131r<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Dil bilimci Weisberger dili \u201c<em>evreni s\u00f6ze d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren ileti\u015fim dizgesi<\/em>\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlar. Ludwig Wittgenstein ise \u201c<em>Dilimin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131, d\u00fcnyam\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 belirler.<\/em>\u201d der. <em>Evrenimizi s\u00f6ze d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcren ve d\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 belirleyen dil<\/em>in en \u00f6nemli unsurlar\u0131 olan s\u00f6zc\u00fckler, bu nedenle \u00f6ncelikle bireyin daha sonra da toplumun aynas\u0131d\u0131r. Soyut ya da somut evrenimizde, d\u00fcnyam\u0131zda bulunmayan duygu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, anlay\u0131\u015f ya da nesnelerin dilimizde bulunmas\u0131 da imk\u00e2ns\u0131zd\u0131r. Bu nedenle diller aras\u0131nda s\u00f6zvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 do\u011far. Bunun ba\u015fl\u0131ca nedeni, dili kullananlar\u0131n evrenlerindeki kavramlar\u0131n farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 s\u00f6zc\u00fckleri <em>cinsiyet\u00e7i<\/em>, baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 <em>a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131, <\/em>baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da <em>\u0131rk\u00e7\u0131<\/em> olduklar\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle yarg\u0131lamak, asl\u0131nda fark\u0131na varmadan kendi zihniyet ve bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 yarg\u0131lamakt\u0131r. S\u00f6zl\u00fckte kaydedilse de kaydedilmese de o s\u00f6zc\u00fck, toplumdaki bireyler taraf\u0131ndan \u00fcretildi, anlamland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve kullan\u0131ld\u0131. S\u00f6zl\u00fckleri be\u011fendi\u011fimiz s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerle olu\u015fturup be\u011fenmediklerimizi kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda b\u0131rakmak pek de mant\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011fildir; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc her s\u00f6zl\u00fck, tarih\u00ee bir belgedir asl\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sorun bireylerin zihniyetindedir!<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>S\u00f6zvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcrekli yenilenir ve de\u011fi\u015fir<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bir dili olu\u015fturan t\u00fcm s\u00f6zc\u00fckler, atas\u00f6zleri, deyimler ve hatta k\u00fcf\u00fcrler bile o dilin s\u00f6zvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r ve bir dilin s\u00f6zvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 o dilin zenginli\u011fidir.<\/p>\n<p>Dilde en \u00e7ok de\u011fi\u015fime u\u011frayan unsurlar s\u00f6zvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131na aittir. <em>K\u00fclt\u00fcrel etkile\u015fim<\/em>, <em>co\u011frafya<\/em>, <em>teknoloji<\/em> ve <em>din<\/em> <em>bir dilin s\u00f6zvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftiren g\u00fc\u00e7ler<\/em> aras\u0131nda say\u0131labilir. Bunlar toplumun ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 ve bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 etkiler, buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak baz\u0131 s\u00f6zvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011feleri yok olup giderken baz\u0131lar\u0131 anlam de\u011fi\u015fmelerine u\u011frar. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u201c<em>o\u011ful<\/em>\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Eski T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019de \u201c<em>erkek ve k\u0131z evlatlar<\/em>\u201d anlam\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131rken bug\u00fcn ayn\u0131 s\u00f6zc\u00fck sadece \u201c<em>erkek evlat<\/em>\u201d kavram\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lar. <em>Ba\u015fbu\u011f<\/em> s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, anla\u015f\u0131lan bir anlam k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fmesi ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrk\u00e7ede bunlar\u0131n \u00f6rne\u011fi de \u00e7oktur. Eski Anadolu T\u00fcrk\u00e7esinde \u201c<em>yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, canl\u0131, mahluk<\/em>\u201d anlam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan \u201c<em>canavar<\/em>\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, bug\u00fcn \u201c<em>y\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 hayvan<\/em>\u201d k\u00f6t\u00fc anlam\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Yine \u201c<a title=\"\u00e7ocuk edebiyat\u0131\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cokbilgi.com\/yazi\/cocuk-edebiyati\/\"><em>\u00e7ocuk<\/em><\/a>\u201d anlam\u0131na gelen \u201c<em>velet<\/em>\u201din, bug\u00fcn argo bir tabire d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi; Divan\u00fc L\u00fcgat-it T\u00fcrk\u2019te ge\u00e7en \u201c<em>yem<\/em>\u201d (<em>az\u0131k, yemek, taam)<\/em>\u00a0s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn de bug\u00fcn \u201c<em>hayvan yiyece\u011fi<\/em>\u201d anlam\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi <em>anlam k\u00f6t\u00fcle\u015fmesine<\/em> \u00f6rnektir. Bunlar gibi de\u011fi\u015fen ya da yok olan bir\u00e7ok s\u00f6zc\u00fck, atas\u00f6z\u00fc veya deyim \u00f6rneklenebilir.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131sacas\u0131, dilin s\u00f6zvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumun zihniyetini ve bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bu olgulardaki de\u011fi\u015fiklikler de dilin s\u00f6zvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yerini bulacakt\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn kimse \u201cK\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6vmeyen, dizini d\u00f6ver.\u201d atas\u00f6z\u00fcndeki iletiye temel anlam\u0131yla bak\u0131p k\u0131z\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6vmez ya da en az\u0131ndan \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n gereklerine inananlar buna itibar etmez; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc atas\u00f6z\u00fc s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>S\u00f6zl\u00fck haz\u0131rlamak uzmanl\u0131k i\u015fidir<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>S\u00f6zc\u00fck bilimi ad\u0131 verilen, s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerin bi\u00e7im, anlam ve kullan\u0131m \u00f6zelliklerini inceleyen kuramsal alan ve bu kuramlar\u0131 uygulayan s\u00f6zl\u00fck bilimi, bug\u00fcn birer uzmanl\u0131k alan\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130lk \u00f6rneklerini M\u00d6 3000 y\u0131l\u0131ndan beri g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz s\u00f6zl\u00fckler, bug\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitli ama\u00e7lar do\u011frultusunda, de\u011fi\u015fik bi\u00e7imlerde haz\u0131rlanan ve haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ciddi \u00e7aba ve emek gerektiren kaynaklard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu alanda emek harcayan bilim adamlar\u0131n\u0131n dilin s\u00f6zvarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda olabildi\u011fince nesnel davranmak gibi bir sorumluluklar\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r. Yukar\u0131da belirtti\u011fimiz gibi her s\u00f6zl\u00fck \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tarih\u00ee belgesi olarak gelece\u011fe ula\u015facakt\u0131r. S\u00f6zc\u00fcklerin ideoloji ve inan\u00e7lara uyup uymad\u0131\u011f\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekir. S\u00f6zl\u00fck\u00e7\u00fc bunlar\u0131 umursamaz. Tarad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belgelerdeki s\u00f6zc\u00fckleri, belgelerde ge\u00e7en anlam \u00f6zellikleriyle derler ve listeler. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, kuramsal bir \u00e7er\u00e7evede uygulanan kurallara ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durumda ne \u00d6mer As\u0131m Aksoy su\u00e7ludur ne de \u201c<em>TDK S\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/em>\u201dn\u00fc derleyenler. E\u011fer bir su\u00e7lu aranacaksa o su\u00e7lu, bir s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011fe olumsuz \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015f\u0131m yaratacak bir de\u011fer ve anlam y\u00fckleyen konu\u015fur ya da toplumdur. Tepki duydu\u011funuz zihniyeti temsil eden bir s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00f6zl\u00fckten \u00e7\u0131karman\u0131z o zihniyeti yok etmeye yetmez.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hi\u00e7 olmazsa uzmanlara sorulsa<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>San\u0131r\u0131m, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de son zamanlarda, her alanda ya\u015fanan karma\u015fa; ki\u015filerin kendi rollerini tan\u0131mlamakta da karma\u015fa ya\u015famalar\u0131na neden oluyor. Herkes her alanda at ko\u015fturur, s\u00f6z s\u00f6yler hale geldi. Hele ki T\u00fcrk insan\u0131n\u0131n ortak paydas\u0131 olan T\u00fcrk\u00e7e hakk\u0131nda konu\u015fmak, herkesin g\u00f6rev alan\u0131na girmeye ba\u015flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Dil, cidd\u00ee u\u011fra\u015flarla ve bilgi birikimiyle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilen bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131d\u0131r. Dile ait \u00f6\u011felerin anlamlar\u0131, yap\u0131lar\u0131, k\u00f6kenleri incelenirken kullan\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctler y\u00fczlerce y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n birikimi sonucunda belirlenmi\u015ftir. Dil \u00fczerinde uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ispatlam\u0131\u015f bilim adamlar\u0131 bile bir s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylerken temkinli davranmakta, k\u0131l\u0131 k\u0131rk yararak konu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Hatta Prof. Dr. Mevhibe Co\u015far\u2019\u0131n dedi\u011fi gibi herkesin fikir y\u00fcr\u00fctmek i\u00e7in yar\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 dil konusunda \u201csusmak bile bir erdem\u201d haline gelmi\u015ftir dil bilimciler i\u00e7in.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk dili, kahve k\u00f6\u015fesi sohbetlerinin ya da siyasi kulislerin tart\u0131\u015fma konusu olamayacak kadar derin bir mazinin \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcd\u00fcr. B\u0131rak\u0131n da biz dil bilimciler, sanat\u00e7\u0131, yazar ve fikir adamlar\u0131yla oturup i\u015fimizi yapal\u0131m.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Son tart\u0131\u015fma ya da \u201cba\u015fbu\u011f\u201d s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>22.11.2018 tarihinde, S\u00fcha \u00c7ardakl\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Yeni\u00e7a\u011f gazetesinde<strong> yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 haberde ge\u00e7en \u201c<\/strong><em>T\u00fcrk tarihi boyunca devleti y\u00f6netenler i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan &#8216;Ba\u015fbu\u011f&#8217; unvan\u0131na TDK&#8217;n\u0131n sitesinde skandal bir tan\u0131m yap\u0131ld\u0131. Eski T\u00fcrklerde &#8220;ba\u015f, ba\u015fkan, komutan&#8221; anlam\u0131na gelen kelime, TDK&#8217;da &#8220;Osmanl\u0131 Devleti&#8217;nde sava\u015f zaman\u0131 ba\u015fka birliklerden ayr\u0131l\u0131p bir araya getirilerek olu\u015fturulan birli\u011fin veya milis g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin komutan\u0131&#8221; ve &#8220;Devlete kar\u015f\u0131 ayaklananlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131&#8221; olarak tan\u0131mland\u0131. TDK&#8217;n\u0131n &#8216;Ba\u015fbu\u011f&#8217; tan\u0131m\u0131 sosyal medyada b\u00fcy\u00fck tepki toplad\u0131.<\/em>\u201d<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[1]<\/a> .\u015feklindeki ifadeler tart\u0131\u015fma yaratt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131\u015fk\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 bir haber! Hele bir de merhum Ba\u015fbu\u011f Alparslan T\u00fcrke\u015f\u2019in do\u011fum g\u00fcn\u00fcnden birka\u00e7 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce bu haberi yaparsan\u0131z, konudan b\u00eehaber halk\u0131n cumhuriyetin \u00f6nemli bir kurumuna sald\u0131rmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ortam yarat\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p>Peki yukar\u0131da and\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ayn\u0131 kurumu; <em>cinsiyet\u00e7i, fa\u015fist<\/em> ve <em>\u0131rk\u00e7\u0131<\/em> olmakla su\u00e7layan kesimden bir fark\u0131m\u0131z kal\u0131r m\u0131? \u0130lk \u00f6nce, milliyet\u00e7i kimli\u011fiyle tan\u0131nan TDK Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Prof. Dr. G\u00fcrer G\u00fclsevin\u2019e dan\u0131\u015f\u0131lamaz m\u0131yd\u0131? Dahas\u0131 TDK\u2019nin eski ba\u015fkanlar\u0131ndan, G\u00fcrer G\u00fclsevin\u2019in ve hatta hepimizin hocas\u0131 olan Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bican Ercilasun, bizzat Yeni\u00e7a\u011f gazetesinin k\u00f6\u015fe yazarlar\u0131ndan biriyken kendisine dan\u0131\u015f\u0131lsayd\u0131, olmaz m\u0131yd\u0131?<\/p>\n<p>Sonra ayn\u0131 \u00fcslup bu sefer TBMM k\u00fcrs\u00fcs\u00fcnde tekrarland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Bu habere yap\u0131lan yorumlara g\u00f6z att\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z zaman, 1974\u2019te bas\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u201c<em>Tarih Terimleri S\u00f6zl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/em>\u201dnden haberi bile olmayanlar\u0131n, TDK\u2019ye ve \u015fu anki ba\u015fkana etmedikleri hakaret kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Peki kim kazand\u0131? Oyunun galibi kim? K\u0131s\u0131r ve bilim d\u0131\u015f\u0131 bu k\u00f6r d\u00f6v\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnden k\u00e2rl\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan, hangi taraf?
