Burada <em>&#8220;siyaset&#8221; <\/em>kavram\u0131na y\u00fcklenen anlam \u00f6nemlidir. Siyasetten kas\u0131t, bir T\u00fcrk kurumu olarak T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f meseleleri hakk\u0131nda iyi niyetli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f beyan etmek, uluslararas\u0131 platformlarda T\u00fcrk tezlerini savunmak ise bu yasal olmasa da, do\u011fru ve olumlu bir tutumdur. Patrikhanenin bug\u00fcne kadar bu an\u00adlamda bir faaliyetine rastlanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in siyasetle u\u011fra\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yle\u00admek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ancak Patrikhane, kendisini Helenizm&#8217;in temel bir kurumu olarak g\u00f6rerek, sahip oldu\u011fu t\u00fcm imkanlar\u0131 bu ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in ve T\u00fcrkiye aleyhinde kullan\u0131yorsa, meselenin boyutu ve siyasetin anlam\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmektedir ki bu \u00fczerinde ciddiyetle durulmas\u0131 gereken bir husus\u00adtur. Bu konuda ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i bir tespit yapabilmek de, Patrikhanenin ge\u00e7mi\u00ad\u015fine; Osmanl\u0131, Milli M\u00fccadele ve Cumhuriyet d\u00f6nemleri ile son y\u0131llar\u00addaki faaliyetlerine bakmakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde Patrikhanenin devletle pek \u00e7ok kere kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya geldi\u011fi, bunun sonunda da olduk\u00e7a ciddi ve ac\u0131 olaylar\u0131n ya\u00ad\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilinmektedir. Tarihi birer ger\u00e7ek olan bu olaylardan baz\u0131 \u00f6rnek\u00adler konuya yeterince a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirmektedir. Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde iki patrik ile yedi metropolit idam edilmi\u015ftir. Her dine en geni\u015f haklar ve \u00f6z\u00adg\u00fcrl\u00fckler tan\u0131yan Osmanl\u0131 Cihan Devleti, acaba bu papazlar\u0131 ni\u00e7in idam etmek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kin Kap\u0131s\u0131 politikas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1651 y\u0131l\u0131nda Padi\u015fah IV. Mehmet d\u00f6neminde Patrik ll. Parthenios idam edilmi\u015ftir. Gerek\u00e7e, Patri\u011fin Ruslarla i\u015fbirli\u011fi yaparak, devlete ve millete ihanet i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu olaydan sonra (1657-1834) Patrikli\u011fin protokoldeki yeri de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve art\u0131k \u015feyh\u00fclislam yerine sadra\u00adzamla muhatap k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine 1821 Mora isyan\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kartan Patrik V. Grigorios ile destek\u00e7ileri Efes, Ahyolu ve \u0130zmit, daha sonra da Terkos, Edirne, T\u0131rnovo ve Selanik metropolitleri idam edilmi\u015ftir. Mora isyan\u0131ndaki rol\u00fcn\u00fc inkar eden Patrik Grigorios, kendisine y\u00f6nelen \u015f\u00fcp\u00adheleri da\u011f\u0131tmak i\u00e7in asileri aforoz etmi\u015ftir. Ancak Patrikhaneye yap\u0131lan ani bir bask\u0131nda, isyana ait t\u00fcm belgeler ele ge\u00e7irilmi\u015ftir. Bu belgeler aras\u0131nda; Moral\u0131 asilere yaz\u0131lan mektuplar, \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki isyan haz\u0131rl\u0131k\u00adlar\u0131n\u0131n hangi durumda oldu\u011fu hakk\u0131nda verilen bilgiler, D\u0131\u015fi\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Fenerli Rumlar\u0131n devletin gizli bilgilerine ait raporlar\u0131, \u0130ngiliz ve Frans\u0131z el\u00e7iliklerinin Patrikhaneye verdi\u011fi gizli bilgiler, isyan i\u00e7in Rusya&#8217;da yap\u0131lan haz\u0131rl\u0131klara ait belgeler, Odessa&#8217;daki Etniki Eterya Cemiyetinden g\u00f6nderilen silahlara ait d\u00f6k\u00fcmler, D\u00fcnya Ortodoks alemine hitap eden mektuplar, yard\u0131m ve para makbuzlar\u0131 yer almak\u00adtayd\u0131. Patrik Grigorios, bu deliller kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda su\u00e7unu kabul etmi\u015f ve hi\u00e7bir inkara y\u00f6nelmemi\u015f, ihaneti sabit g\u00f6r\u00fclerek idam edilmi\u015ftir.9 \u0130\u015fte bu Patri\u011fin, Patrikhane&#8217;nin orta kap\u0131s\u0131ndaki idam sehpas\u0131nda s\u00f6yledi\u011fi\u00a0son s\u00f6zlerdir ki, Rumlar\u0131n <em>&#8220;kin kap\u0131s\u0131&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>politikas\u0131n\u0131 belirlemi\u015ftir. Patrik V. Grigorios&#8217;un ger\u00e7e\u011fi b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7\u0131plakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ortaya koyan ve b\u00fcy\u00fck sadakatle tutulan vasiyeti:\u00a0<em>&#8220;&#8230;Konstantin \u015fehrinden m\u00fc\u015frikler kovulacakt\u0131r. Ayasofya ha\u00e7l\u0131ya iade edilecektir. Bizans kartal\u0131 yine semalara hakim olacakt\u0131r. Yar\u0131da kalan Ayasofya&#8217;daki ayin tamamlan\u0131ncaya kadar bu kap\u0131 kapal\u0131 kals\u0131n&#8230;Ey Ruh-\u00fcl Kud\u00fcs! Sesimi duy!..&#8221;<\/em><em>10 <\/em>\u015feklindedir. Bu vasiyete b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sadakatle ba\u011fl\u0131 kal\u0131nmas\u0131 ve s\u00f6z konusu kap\u0131n\u0131n aradan as\u0131rlar ge\u00e7mesine ra\u011fmen hala kapal\u0131 tutulmas\u0131n\u0131n biz T\u00fcrkler i\u00e7in anlam\u0131 belli de\u011fil midir?<\/p>\n<p>Ancak \u00fclkemiz y\u00f6neticileri \u00e7ok uzun zamand\u0131r b\u00f6yle bir mesele yokmu\u015f gibi davranmakta, bir <em>&#8220;T\u00fcrk kurumu&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>olan Patrikhanenin talep\u00adlerini reddedilemez sayarken, <em>&#8220;kin kap\u0131s&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>konusunda tav\u0131r almaktan \u00e7ekinmektedir. Konuyu belki de a\u011fz\u0131na son alan isim Devlet Bakan\u0131 ve Ba\u015fbakan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Mehmet Ali \u015eahin olmu\u015ftur. \u015eahin, Fatih Beledi\u00adye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 oldu\u011funda, Patrikhaneyi ziyaret edip, etmeyece\u011fi sorusu\u00adna, <em>&#8220;Olur, ama kin kap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 l\u00fctfen a\u00e7s\u0131nlar o zaman giderim&#8221; <\/em>deyince, d\u00f6nemin Yunan H\u00fckumeti s\u00f6zc\u00fcs\u00fc Yorgo Papandreu derhal T\u00fcrki\u00adye&#8217;nin dikkatini \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir.11 Bir yandan T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki bir kilisenin kapal\u0131 kap\u0131s\u0131 ile u\u011fra\u015fan, ilgilenen ve devaml\u0131 takip alt\u0131nda tutan bir Yunanis\u00adtan, di\u011fer yandan Bat\u0131 Trakya&#8217;daki camileri ve \u0130slam eserlerini kimseden korkmadan, yok edebilen ve bizden yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar bile tepki g\u00f6rmeyen bir Yunanistan. Lozan&#8217;dan bu yana i\u015fine geldi\u011fi zaman Patrikhane&#8217;yi sahiplenen, i\u015fine gelmedi\u011fi zaman uluslararas\u0131 bir konu, son d\u00f6nemde de <em>&#8220;AB ile T\u00fcrkiye aras\u0131nda bir sorun&#8221; <\/em>diyen Yunanistan, benzer iki y\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Eyl\u00fcl 2004 ba\u015f\u0131nda bir grup \u00dclk\u00fc Ocakl\u0131 gencin, kin kap\u0131s\u0131\u00adn\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Patrikhaneye y\u00fcr\u00fcmeleri \u00fczerine de g\u00f6stermi\u015f ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fclerini bildirmi\u015ftir. Bu son tepki \u00fczerine T\u00fcrkiye, ge\u00e7 kalsa da Yunanistan&#8217;a, Patrikhane&#8217;nin bir T\u00fcrk kurumu, Patri\u011fin de T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ama bunun s\u00f6zle de\u011fil, izlenen politikalarla da g\u00f6sterilmesi zaman\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7oktan gelip ge\u00e7ti\u011fi ortadad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc t\u00fcm bu olaylar, Patrikhane ile Yunanistan aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f\u0131n ve bunun ne kadar g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011funun en son ve en somut \u00f6rnekleridir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Osmanl\u0131dan T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti&#8217;ne patrikhane<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Fatih&#8217;in Patrikhaneye tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 imtiyazlar H\u0131ristiyan d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda bomba etkisi yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki bundan cesaret alan Roma&#8217;daki Papa II. Pius, Fatih&#8217;e bir mektup yazarak, <em>&#8220;H\u0131ristiyanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul etti\u011fi takdirde, Bat\u0131 Roma&#8217;y\u0131 da kendisine teslim edece\u011fini&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>bildirmi\u015ftir. Elbette ki bu te\u015febb\u00fcs Fatih&#8217;i \u00e7ok k\u0131zd\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve teklifi hemen reddetmi\u015ftir. Osmanl\u0131 \u00fclkesindeki az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n kavu\u015ftuklar\u0131 imkanlar\u0131 g\u00f6ren en b\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131ndan Luther de, <em>&#8216;T\u00fcrkler gelip de Almanya&#8217;da adilane d\u00fczenlerini acaba kuramazlar m\u0131?&#8221; <\/em>diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.12<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde Patrikhaneye ve az\u0131nl\u0131klara verilen dini ve sosyal imtiyazlar zamanla daha da geni\u015fletilmi\u015f, a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 okullara dev\u00adlet hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde m\u00fcdahale etmemi\u015f, ders programlar\u0131na kar\u0131\u015fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n her g\u00fcn artan yeni imtiyazlar\u0131na paralel olarak Patrikhane\u00adnin imtiyazlar\u0131 da geni\u015flemi\u015f ve adeta devlet i\u00e7inde devlet haline gel\u00admi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Fatih zaman\u0131nda verilen fermana g\u00f6re devlet, kiliselere m\u00fcdahale etmiyor, i\u00e7 i\u015flerine kar\u0131\u015fm\u0131yordu. Bu durum devletin en g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc d\u00f6neminde herhangi bir zaafiyet yaratmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Fakat gerileme ve \u00e7\u00f6k\u00fc\u015f d\u00f6nemlerine gelindi\u011finde, bu imtiyazlar\u0131n mahzurlar\u0131 bir bir orta\u00adya \u00e7\u0131kmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, denetim ve kontrolden uzak kiliseler, devleti y\u0131kmak i\u00e7in te\u015fkilatlanma merkezi haline gelmi\u015f, bu faaliyetlerin merke\u00adzi de Patrikhane olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn Patrikhane ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere AB \u00fczerinden gelen az\u0131nl\u0131k talepleri konusunda, Osmanl\u0131 d\u00f6neminde verilen bu ayr\u0131cal\u0131klar hat\u0131rla\u00adt\u0131larak, korkulmamas\u0131 ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin de ayn\u0131 haklar\u0131 vermesi gerekti\u011fi s\u00f6ylenmektedir. Ancak T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin, Fatih&#8217;in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc d\u00f6nemini ya\u015famad\u0131\u00ad\u011f\u0131, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n o g\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fcnya olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve de T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin d\u00f6rt bir taraftan ku\u015fat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 nedense unutulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7ekte Patrikhane Osmanl\u0131 hakimiyeti alt\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6ster\u00admeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 andan itibaren hep Bizans&#8217;\u0131n canland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hayali pe\u015finde ko\u015fmu\u015ftur. Zaten Patrikhanenin Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu i\u00e7inde ya\u015famas\u0131 Bizans&#8217;\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n devam etti\u011fi havas\u0131na sokularak, \u00f6n\u00fcnde sonunda Bizans&#8217;\u0131n canlanaca\u011f\u0131na inan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu konuda yabanc\u0131 tarih\u00e7ilerin, <em>&#8220;Bizans&#8217;taki Osmanl\u0131 hakimiyeti Ayasofya&#8217;n\u0131n duvarlar\u0131na s\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f badanaya benziyor. Alt\u0131ndaki mozaik putlar bozulmam\u0131\u015f&#8221;<\/em><em>13 <\/em>benzetmesini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ek\u00fcmeniklik iddias\u0131ndaki Patrikhanenin b\u00fct\u00fcn siyasi faaliyetlerin\u00adde Rum kilisesi gibi davrand\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bilinmektedir. Rumlar, patri\u011fe her konuda g\u00fcvenmi\u015f, Patrikhane de hep ileride kurulacak Rum \u0130mparator\u00adlu\u011funun temellerini atm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Patrikler, ideolojileri ya\u015fatman\u0131n tek yolu\u00adnun e\u011fitim oldu\u011funun bilincinde, okullarda Rum vatanseverli\u011fi ve \u015fuu\u00adrunu i\u015flemi\u015ftir. Ayn\u0131 duygularla yeti\u015ftirilen papazlar ise en \u00fccra k\u00f6ylere kadar giderek, vaazlar\u0131nda Rum milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi fikrini a\u015f\u0131larken, Ortodoks fakat Rum olmayan Bulgar, S\u0131rp ve Arnavutlar\u0131n ibadetlerini Rumca yapmalar\u0131 emrini vermi\u015f, kendi dillerinde yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f kitaplar\u0131 toplatarak yakt\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn de Patrikhanenin, \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki Bulgar Kilisesi&#8217;ne yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bask\u0131 mahkemelik olmu\u015ftur. Bulgar Kiliseleri Vakf\u0131 Kurulu&#8217;nca g\u00f6rev\u00adden al\u0131nan Ba\u015frahip Kostoff, bundan Fener Rum Patrikhanesini sorum\u00adlu tutmu\u015f ve Bulgarlar\u0131n, Rumla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak istendi\u011fini \u00f6ne s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Anayasaya ayk\u0131r\u0131 olan ek\u00fcmeniklik iddialar\u0131na ra\u011fmen Bartholomeos&#8217;la ilgili hi\u00e7bir i\u015flem yap\u0131lmamas\u0131n\u0131 ele\u015ftiren Kostoff, Patrikhaneye polisin bile giremedi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir.14 S\u00f6z konusu dava, Rum milliyet\u00e7ili\u011fi poli\u00adtikas\u0131n\u0131n <em>&#8220;kin kap\u0131s\u0131&#8221; <\/em>meselesinde oldu\u011fu gibi as\u0131rlar sonra hala devam etti\u011finin en somut g\u00f6stergesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Patrikhanenin, Megali \u0130dea&#8217;n\u0131n altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturdu\u011fu da sabittir. Yunan isyan\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlamak i\u00e7in 1814&#8217;de kurulan Etniki Eterya adl\u0131 ce\u00admiyet Fenerdeki bir Rum&#8217;un evini merkez se\u00e7mi\u015f, bu cemiyete t\u00fcm papazlar, psikoposlar, gemiciler, serdenge\u00e7tiler ve Osmanl\u0131 beyleri ile pa\u015falar\u0131n\u0131n evlerinde hizmet g\u00f6ren kad\u0131n ve erkek Rumlar \u00fcye olmu\u015f\u00adtur. \u00d6rg\u00fct, 1917&#8217;de Rus \u00c7arl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131na kadar \u00c7arl\u0131k ve Rus Ortodoks Kilisesi&#8217;ne dayanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn ger\u00e7ekte, \u00f6zellikle de T\u00fcrk devletini bir an \u00f6nce y\u0131kmak i\u00e7in gerekli organizasyon ve b\u00f6l\u00fc\u015fme planlar\u0131n\u0131 haz\u0131rlayan siyasi merkezi 1821&#8217;den itibaren \u0130stanbul Patrik\u00adhanesi olmu\u015f, bu durum 1919&#8217;a kadar tam 98 y\u0131l s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Patrikhane&#8217;nin deste\u011fiyle Magosa, Akatu, Tremitusa, Limasol, Larnaka ve Lef\u00adko\u015fe&#8217;de dini e\u011fitim yapan ve enosis propagandas\u0131n\u0131 gizli gizli s\u00fcrd\u00fcren okullar a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yunanistan&#8217;\u0131n o d\u00f6nemdeki Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 olacak Venizelos, Girit&#8217;ten Yunanistan&#8217;a d\u00f6nerken Papaz k\u0131yafetine girerek \u0130stanbul&#8217;a gelmi\u015f ve bir Rum&#8217;un evinde kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Patrikhane yetkilileriyle de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fen Venizelos, <em>&#8220;Patrikhane Yunanistan&#8217;\u0131n emrine girmelidir, bu suretle birle\u015fmi\u015f bir patrikhanenin ileride milli davalardaki rol\u00fc b\u00fcy\u00fck olacak&#8221;&#x2122; <\/em>demi\u015ftir. 1919&#8217;a gelindi\u011finde de patrikhane kap\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7ift kar\u00adtall\u0131 Bizans bayra\u011f\u0131 as\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Patrikhane \u00e7evresinde kurulan Rum te\u015fkilatlar\u0131 vas\u0131tas\u0131yla Anadolu Rumlar\u0131 devlete isyan haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131na giri\u015fmi\u015ftir. Mesela Yunan ordusu \u0130zmir&#8217;e \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Metropolit Hrisiostomos, Yunan askerine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, <em>&#8220;Ne kadar \u00e7ok T\u00fcrk kan\u0131 i\u00e7erseniz, cennet size o kadar yak\u0131n olur. Bunda, Rus \u00c7arl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra Etniki Eterya cemiyetinin isim de\u011fi\u015ftirerek, Mavri Mira ad\u0131nda bir derne\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesinin etkisi olmu\u015ftur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc derne\u011fin merkezi art\u0131k ve resmen Patrikhanedir. Bunun i\u00e7in Mustafa Kemal&#8217;in ilk gizli genelgesi,<\/p>\n<p>22 A\u011fustos 1919 tarihinde Mavri Mira hakk\u0131nda olmu\u015ftur ve \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Pek sa\u011flam elde edilen bilgilere g\u00f6re Rum\u00a0 Patrikhanesinde Mavri Mira isminde bir heyet te\u015fekk\u00fcl etmi\u015ftir. Bunun reisi Patrik Vekili Dorotheos, \u00fcyeleri Athenagoras, Enez Metropoliti, Yunan Kaymakam\u0131, Giritli Katekhakis, Katelopulos, Dipasimas, Ayinpa, Polimitis, Siyari\u00a0<\/em><em>ismindeki ki\u015filerdir. Heyet do\u011frudan do\u011fruya Venizelos&#8217;tan talimat al\u0131yor. Rumlar\u0131n ve Yunan h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin nakdi yard\u0131m\u0131yla pek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sermayesi vard\u0131r. Vazifesi, Osmanl\u0131 vilayetleri dahilinde \u00e7eteler kurmak ve idare etmek, mitingler ve propaganda yapmakt\u0131r, \u0130stanbul Patrikha\u00adnesi ve Yunan Konsoloshanesi silah ve cephane deposu halini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve hatta kiliseler ibadet yerinden ziyade askeri ambarlar gibi kullan\u0131l\u00admaktad\u0131r. Ermeni Patri\u011fi Zaven Efendi de Mavri Mira heyeti taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131n al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.&#8221;<\/em><em>18<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dikkat \u00e7ekici d\u00f6nemlerden birisi 1921&#8217;dir ve \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan isim de 8 Aral\u0131k 1921&#8217;de Patrik se\u00e7ilen Meletios&#8217;dur. 6 \u015eubat 1922&#8217;de tac\u0131n\u0131 giy\u00addi\u011finde \u0130stanbul sokaklar\u0131 Yunan bayraklar\u0131yla donat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netimi, Meletios Yunan vatanda\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bunun yasa ve y\u00f6netmeliklere ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011funu bildirerek, se\u00e7imi tan\u0131mam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Patrik se\u00e7ilecek ki\u015finin en az\u0131ndan babas\u0131ndan beri Osmanl\u0131 vatanda\u015f\u0131 olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netiminden berat talep etmeyen ilk patrik olan ve Megali \u0130dea&#8217;ya inanan Meletios, Ulusal Savunma (Etniki Amina) \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcyle alenen ittifak yapm\u0131\u015f, Avrupa&#8217;daki metropolitleri kullanarak <em>&#8220;Ma\u011fdur Anadolu H\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131 Lobisi&#8221; <\/em>olu\u015fturmu\u015f, 25 Ocak 1922&#8217;de Paris&#8217;te 100 senat\u00f6re hitaben, <em>&#8220;K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Asya Devleti olu\u015fturulmas\u0131&#8221; <\/em>hakk\u0131nda bir konu\u015fma yapm\u0131\u015f, bir ba\u015fka toplant\u0131da Venizelos&#8217;a <em>&#8220;esir Rumlar\u0131n vekili&#8221; <\/em>unvan\u0131n\u0131 verdirmi\u015ftir. Bu d\u00f6nemde Fener i\u00e7in s\u00f6ylenen, art\u0131k <em>&#8220;T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki siyasi Helenizmin kalesi&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>oldu\u011fudur.19<\/p>\n<p>Meletios&#8217;un \u00f6zellikleri bunlarla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. \u0130craatlar\u0131 ve kadrosu ile hem Patrikhanenin, hem T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin gelece\u011fine uzun y\u0131llar damgas\u0131n\u0131 vurmu\u015f, daha do\u011frusu bug\u00fcn ya\u015fanan s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n temeli onun d\u00f6neminde at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Meletios, eski Atina Ba\u015fpiskoposu, yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 ise ileri ki b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerde ad\u0131 s\u0131k\u00e7a ge\u00e7en, ABD operasyonu ile Fener Rum Patri\u011fi yap\u0131lan Athenagoras&#8217;t\u0131r. Yunanistan&#8217;da Venizelos&#8217;un se\u00e7imleri kaybedip, Kral Konstantin&#8217;in iktidara gelmesiyle, Atina&#8217;daki Venizelos\u00e7u papaz ve metropolitlerin \u00e7o\u011fu azledildi\u011fi halde Meletios&#8217;un yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Athenagoras yerinde kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hemen ard\u0131ndan da Meletios ve Athenagoras New York&#8217;a giderek, Fener Patrikhanesini ele ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in faaliyete ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. B\u00f6yle bir s\u00fcre\u00e7ten sonra Patrik olan Meletios&#8217;un, yeni g\u00f6revine ba\u015flamak \u00fczere ABD&#8217;den T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye gelir\u00adken, Londra&#8217;ya u\u011fray\u0131p, \u0130ngiltere Ba\u015fbakan\u0131 Lloyd George ile g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u00ad\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc vurgulamam\u0131z gerekmektedir. Meletios, \u0130stanbul&#8217;a gelir gelmez de i\u015fgal kuvvetlerinin ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ilan etmi\u015f, daha ilk konu\u015fmas\u0131nda Anadolu&#8217;da Yunan zaferi i\u00e7in her kilisede dua edilece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. \u00d6yle s\u00f6zler sarf etmi\u015ftir ki, i\u015fgal alt\u0131ndaki \u0130stanbul&#8217;da bile m\u00fcttefik sans\u00fcr kurumu bunlar\u0131n yay\u0131nlanmas\u0131n\u0131 yasak\u00adlamak zorunda kalm\u0131\u015f, Stambul gazetesinde konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok yerle\u00adri beyaz olarak \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <em>&#8220;Yunan D\u00fc\u015f\u00fc<\/em>&#8221; isimli kitab\u0131 yazan \u0130ngiliz diplo\u00admat Michael Llevvelly Smith&#8217;in ifadesiyle, kendisini<em>\u00a0&#8220;kurtar\u0131lamayan Yunanl\u0131lar\u0131n dinsel ve siyasal lideri&#8221; <\/em>sayan Meletios, Milli M\u00fccadele&#8217;nin ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015fmaya ba\u015flamas\u0131 \u00fczerine 1922&#8217;nin \u015eubat-May\u0131s aylar\u0131 aras\u0131nda, kurtar\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f Yunanl\u0131lar\u0131 b\u0131rakmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in Venizelos&#8217;a pe\u015f pe\u015fe yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 mektuplarda, <em>&#8220;K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Asya&#8217;daki Helenizm, Yunan devleti ve t\u00fcm Yunan ulusu, hi\u00e7bir kuvvetin kurtaramayaca\u011f\u0131 bir ce\u00adhenneme d\u00fc\u015fmektedir.&#8221; <\/em>diye feryat etmi\u015ftir. Ancak bu \u00e7abalar\u0131 fayda vermeyen Meletios, T\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn zaferinden sonra 10 Temmuz 1923&#8217;te istifa etmi\u015f, yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Athenagoras da Amerika&#8217;ya gitmi\u015ftir. Athenagoras&#8217;la ilgili en dikkat \u00e7ekici bilgi ise ad\u0131n\u0131n, Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn Mavri Mira ile ilgili ilk gizli genelgesinde \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn kurucular\u0131 aras\u0131nda ge\u00e7mesidir.20 \u0130\u015fte bu isim \u00fclkemizde 24 y\u0131l, \u00fcstelik de \u00e7ok etkili ve yetkili bir \u015fekilde Patrik olarak g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Meletios&#8217;un se\u00e7imine benzer usuls\u00fcz se\u00e7im giri\u015fimleri Cumhuri\u00adyetin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131nda da ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mesela 1925&#8217;te m\u00fcbadeleye tabi bir ki\u015finin Patrikli\u011fe se\u00e7ilmesini T\u00fcrkiye kabul etmemi\u015f, bunun \u00fczerine, yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan tepkiler gelmi\u015ftir. Ba\u015fbakan Fethi Okyar, bunun T\u00fcrki\u00adye&#8217;nin i\u00e7 sorunu oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyince Patrik, <em>&#8220;Patrikhane meselesi T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin dahili bir i\u015fi de\u011fildir. Patrikhane milletleraras\u0131 mahiyette dini bir m\u00fcessesedir.&#8221;<\/em><em>21 <\/em>kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda Milli E\u011fitim Bakan\u0131 H\u00fcseyin \u00c7elik&#8217;in, Heybeliada Ruhban Okulu meselesini g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Yunan Milli E\u011fitim ve Din \u0130\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Petros Eftimiu&#8217;nun <em>&#8220;Bu art\u0131k sizinle bizim aram\u0131zdaki bir mesele de\u011fil. Az\u0131nl\u0131klar konusu ilerleme raporuna da girdi. Bunu biz art\u0131k sizinle AB aras\u0131ndaki bir sorun olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.&#8221;<\/em><em>22 <\/em>demesi adeta tarihin tekerr\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>K\u0131br\u0131s \u00f6rne\u011fi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Patrikhane-siyaset ili\u015fkisinde K\u0131br\u0131s tam anlam\u0131yla laboratuvar niteli\u011findedir. Yunanistan&#8217;\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kazanmas\u0131nda ve Osman\u00adl\u0131&#8217;dan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 her toprak par\u00e7as\u0131nda <em style=\"font-size: 15px;\">&#8220;ruhani<\/em><em>lerin&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">yani papazlar\u0131n ba\u015frolde oldu\u011fu bilinmektedir. Bunun ana fikri de Megali \u0130dea&#8217;d\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re, \u0130stanbul tekrar ele ge\u00e7irilecek, Yunanistan, Girit, Rodos, K\u0131br\u0131s, Anado\u00adlu ve \u0130skenderiye&#8217;ye kadar devam eden topraklar i\u015fgal edilerek, bir Helen imparatorlu\u011fu olarak kabul edilen b\u00fcy\u00fck Bizans \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu kurulacakt\u0131r. Bu imparatorlu\u011fun ba\u015fkenti ise eski Bizans&#8217;ta oldu\u011fu gibi hala <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 15px;\">&#8220;Konstantinapolis&#8221; <\/em>diye\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">and\u0131klar\u0131 \u0130stanbul olacakt\u0131r. Megali \u0130dea&#8217;n\u0131n ya\u015fat\u0131lmas\u0131 ve nesilden nesile aktar\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00f6revini de Rum Ortodoks kilisesi ve Ortodoks mezhebinin merkezi olan \u0130stanbul&#8217;daki Patrikhane \u00fcstlenmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fte bu hedef do\u011frultusunda Girit, Rodos, 12 adalar ve di\u011fer Ege adalar\u0131n\u0131n ele ge\u00e7irilip Anadolu&#8217;ya asker \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131nda kilise Yunanistan&#8217;la omuz omuza hareket etmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Etniki Eterya&#8217;n\u0131n ilk hareketi 1820&#8217;de Eflak ve Bo\u011fdan&#8217;da ba\u015fla\u00adt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ama ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015famam\u0131\u015f, bunun \u00fczerine gizli bir haberle\u015fme \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc kurularak Mora ve Rumlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlukta oldu\u011fu baz\u0131 Akdeniz adalar\u0131nda paskalya g\u00fcn\u00fc isyan ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Papaz\u00adlar\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcndeki 1821 Mora isyan\u0131ndan hemen sonra K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;ta giri\u015fi\u00adlen isyan haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da kilise yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ba\u015fpiskopos Kiprianos kilisele\u00adri birer silah deposu haline getirirken, 132 Rum&#8217;un silahlar ve \u00e7ok mik\u00adtarda para ile Mora isyan\u0131na destek i\u00e7in g\u00f6nderilmesini organize etmi\u015f\u00adtir. Kiprianos, K\u0131br\u0131s isyan\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015flatmak \u00fczere yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 mektupta da &#8220;<em>Top<\/em> <em>at\u0131\u015f\u0131 duyuldu\u011fu vakitte, b\u00fct\u00fcn H\u0131ristiyanlar harp silahlar\u0131 ile Lefko\u015fa&#8217;ya h\u00fccum edecekler, Lefko\u015fa&#8217;y\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irdikten sonra, b\u00fct\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 katledip, ortadan kald\u0131racaklard\u0131r.&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>demi\u015ftir.Bu haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131ndan sonra K\u0131br\u0131s Valisi K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck Mehmet, Ba\u015fpiskopos Kiprianos&#8217;u idam ettirip, di\u011fer papazlar\u0131 s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6ndermi\u015ftir. S\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00addeki papazlar, 1821 y\u0131l\u0131 sonlar\u0131nda Roma&#8217;da toplanarak, ilk Enosis bildirisini yay\u0131nlay\u0131p, t\u00fcm H\u0131ristiyan Krallar\u0131na \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131da bulunmu\u015f ve K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131n Yunanistan&#8217;a ilhak\u0131 i\u00e7in yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmalar\u0131n\u0131 istemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>Osmanl\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n, K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131 \u0130ngiltere&#8217;ye kiralamas\u0131ndan sonra buraya atanan \u0130ngiliz Y\u00fcksek Komiserini kar\u015f\u0131layan da ba\u015fpiskopos ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u00ad\u011f\u0131ndaki Rumlar olmu\u015f, y\u00f6netim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fini sevin\u00e7le kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130ngiltere&#8217;nin, K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131 Yunanistan&#8217;a verece\u011fine inand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6y\u00adlemi\u015flerdir. Bir yandan da Rum Ortodoks Kilisesi, Enosis \u00e7abalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f, bu ama\u00e7la <em>&#8220;Ulusal Konsey&#8221; <\/em>olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. Art\u0131k bu m\u00fc\u00adcadele sadece s\u00f6zle de\u011fil, gerekti\u011finde \u015fiddet kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u0130lk hedef de Ada&#8217;daki \u0130ngiliz y\u00f6netimidir. Nitekim Mora isyan\u0131n\u0131n 100. y\u0131ld\u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fc olan 25 Mart 1921&#8217;de yap\u0131lan Enosis plebisiti, 500 kilisede d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f ve Yunanistan&#8217;a ilhak karar\u0131 onaylanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bundan 10 y\u0131l sonra, 1931&#8217;de d\u00fczenlenen Enosis ayaklanmas\u0131 da <em>&#8220;Milli kurtulu\u015fumuz <\/em><em>Yunanistan&#8217;la birle\u015fmektir.&#8221; <\/em>diyen Papaz Nikodimos&#8217;un \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde olmu\u015f, <em>&#8220;ilhak&#8221; <\/em>naralar\u0131 ile h\u00fckumet binalar\u0131na sald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, vali kona\u011f\u0131 yak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130ngiliz y\u00f6netimi, 7 ki\u015finin \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, 67 ki\u015finin yaraland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da hasar\u0131n meydana geldi\u011fi bu isyan\u0131 sert tedbirlerle bast\u0131rabilmi\u015ftir. Rum Ortodoks Kilisesi \u00f6nderli\u011finde 15-20 Ocak 1950&#8217;de yap\u0131\u00adlan plebisitte de K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;\u0131n Yunanistan&#8217;a ilhak\u0131 iste\u011fi tekrarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Rum Liderli\u011fi ile Yunanistan&#8217;\u0131n 1949&#8217;da Enosis i\u00e7in uygun ortam oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle yeniden ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 plebisit giri\u015fiminde Kom\u00fcnist AKEL Partisi ile kilise aras\u0131nda ya\u015fanan \u00e7eki\u015fme ibret vericidir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 kiliseye kapt\u0131rmak istemeyen AKEL, kampanya a\u00e7\u0131p, <em>&#8220;Enosis istiyorum&#8221; <\/em>yaz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na imza toplarken, kilise ayr\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O zaman Baf metropoliti olan Makarios \u00f6zellikle b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7aba g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu \u00e7abas\u0131 ona Ba\u015fpiskoposluk kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7acakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece as\u0131rlard\u0131r Enosis&#8217;in bayraktarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapan kilise resmen bir plebisit ger\u00ad\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015f ve halk\u0131n kendilerinin d\u00fczenleyece\u011fi plebisi\u00adte kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 istemi\u015ftir. Bunun \u00fczerine ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z bir sonu\u00e7 almak yeri\u00adne kiliseyi desteklemeyi uygun g\u00f6ren AKEL partisi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 iptal edip halk\u0131 kilisenin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi plebisite kat\u0131lmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmak zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kiliselere konan defterlere, <em>&#8220;Enosis&#8217;e evet&#8221;<\/em> ya da <em>&#8220;Enosis&#8217;e<\/em> <em>hay\u0131r&#8221;<\/em> \u015feklinde imza atarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen plebisitin sonucu, y\u00fczde 96 <em>&#8220;Enosis&#8217;e evet&#8221; <\/em>olarak a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte Makarios bu eylemde g\u00f6ster\u00addi\u011fi ba\u015far\u0131dan sonra Ba\u015fpiskopos se\u00e7ilmi\u015ftir ve Ba\u015fpiskoposlu\u011fu d\u00f6\u00adneminde Enosis faaliyetleri daha da yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Peon adl\u0131 gen\u00e7lik \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc e\u011fitip silahland\u0131rmas\u0131 i\u00e7in karar alan Makarios&#8217;un, EOKA ter\u00f6r \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn arkas\u0131ndaki isim oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131nca \u0130ngilizler, 9 Mart 1956&#8217;da onu tutuklay\u0131p Sey\u015fel adalar\u0131na s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6ndermi\u015ftir. Bu ki\u015fi 1960&#8217;ta kurulan K\u0131br\u0131s Cumhuriyeti Cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6revini de c\u00fcbbesi ve boynundaki ha\u00e7\u0131 ile yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak bu cumhuriyeti y\u0131kan da Makarios olmu\u015ftur. Orta Do\u011fu uzman\u0131, \u0130ngiliz Hukuk\u00e7u Prof. Clement H. Dodd&#8217;un, bu d\u00f6nemle ilgili tespitlerine ve i\u015faret etti\u011fi isimlere bug\u00fcn de yabanc\u0131 de\u011filiz.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Makarios, T\u00fcrk toplumunun isteklerini reddetmek amac\u0131yla kuv\u00advet kullanmaya karar verdi. Plan\u0131n ad\u0131 me\u015fhur Akritas Plan\u0131&#8217;yd\u0131 ve anayasal de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin uygulanmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kabilecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk tepkisine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6zel g\u00fc\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyordu. Aral\u0131k 1963&#8217;te \u00f6nceden tasarlanan olaylar patlak verdi ve y\u00fczlerce T\u00fcrk \u00f6ld\u00fc. 1966 tarihli Patris gazetesinde yay\u0131nlanan bu plana g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrk halk\u0131 ani bir sald\u0131r\u0131 ile yok edilecek ve Ada Yunanistan&#8217;a ba\u011flanacakt\u0131. Bu plan\u0131n haz\u0131rlay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda Akritas kod adl\u0131 \u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakan\u0131 Yorgacis, Cum\u00adhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Makarios, Meclis Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Klerides de bulunuyordu. Girne Metropoliti Pavlos ise Rumlar\u0131 uyararak, <em>&#8220;Referandumda evet derseniz, cennette yeriniz olmaz&#8221;<\/em><em>25 <\/em>demi\u015ftir. Girne ve Limosal metropo\u00adlitlerinin benzer a\u00e7\u0131klamalar yapmalar\u0131, zihniyet de\u011fi\u015fiminin g\u00f6ster\u00adgesi, en \u00f6nemlisi de <em>&#8220;ruhani mi&#8221; <\/em>yoksa <em>&#8220;Helenizm&#8217;in ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131l\u00adm\u0131\u015f bir siyasi faaliyet&#8221;\u00a0<\/em>midir? Osmanl\u0131 Devletinin 1.D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131ndan yenik ayr\u0131\u00adl\u0131p, m\u00fctareke y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131n(1918) ba\u015flamas\u0131 ile birlikte Patrikhane, Bizans&#8217;\u0131 yeniden diriltmek, T\u00fcrk topraklar\u0131ndan bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc Yunanistan&#8217;a ba\u011f\u00adlamak i\u00e7in yo\u011fun faaliyete giri\u015fti. Do\u011fu Karadeniz&#8217;de Pontus Cemiyetinin silahl\u0131 \u00e7eteleri, sivil T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131 topluca \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye ba\u015flad\u0131lar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Bu arada Yunanistan&#8217;\u0131n buyru\u011fu ile Doroteos Patrik se\u00e7ildi.
