Fakat \u0130bni Haldun\u2019cu baz\u0131 temalar Marx\u2019\u0131n ekonomi politi\u011finin toplumsal ve felsefi dayanaklar\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla b\u00fct\u00fcn sosyal kurumlar, insani ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 \u00fczerine tasarlanm\u0131\u015f ve tarihseldir.<\/p>\n<p>Karl Marx\u2019a g\u00f6re, tarih insani ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n dile geldi\u011fi, kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kar\u015f\u0131lanamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Hayvanlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n aksine, insan ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 sabit de\u011fildir ve onlar maddi ko\u015fullardaki de\u011fi\u015fimlere ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015firler. \u0130bni Haldun ise, tarihsel de\u011fi\u015fimlerde maddi g\u00fc\u00e7lere \u00f6nemli bir rol verir, ancak bunlar\u0131 tek unsur olarak g\u00f6rmez; ancak Karl Marx, tarihsel de\u011fi\u015fim s\u00fcrecini, toplumun i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu maddi ko\u015fullar ba\u011flam\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcr.
