T\u00fcrk ulusu, \u0130slam dinini yaln\u0131zca \u0130slam dinini daha \u00f6nce kabul etmi\u015f baz\u0131 \u0130slam devletlerinin etkisinde kalarak ve \u00f6zellikle de onlar\u0131n bask\u0131s\u0131yla toplumsal bir itaat davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 bi\u00e7iminde kabul etmemi\u015ftir. Daha \u00f6nce kurulan (Abbasi ve B\u00fcveyho\u011fullar\u0131 vb. gibi) siyasal ve askeri bask\u0131lar yan\u0131nda, \u00e7ok uzun bir s\u00fcre devam eden etkile\u015fim devresinden sonra bu dini kabullenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00fcrklerin \u0130slam&#8217;la ilk temas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrkler ile M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Araplar aras\u0131ndaki ilk ili\u015fkiler, 642 y\u0131l\u0131nda yap\u0131lan ve \u0130ranl\u0131lar\u0131n yenilgisiyle sonu\u00e7lanan Nihavend Sava\u015f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131 takip eden d\u00f6nemde kurulmu\u015ftur. \u0130ran\u2019\u0131 i\u015fgal eden Arap ordular\u0131 Horasan\u2019\u0131n do\u011fusuna ilerlediklerinde, T\u00fcrk birlikleriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015flar ve aralar\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7apl\u0131 baz\u0131 \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmalar ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u201c<em>Hz. \u00d6mer zaman\u0131nda (634- 644) yap\u0131lan fetihler neticesinde M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar; Horasan, bilhassa Mavera\u00fcnnehr ile Kafkaslarda T\u00fcrkler ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelmi\u015flerdir. Emevi Halifesi Muaviye\u2019nin Horasan valisi Ubeydullah b. Salih 674 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130ran ile Turan aras\u0131ndaki tabii hudut olan Ceyhun nehrini ge\u00e7erek muhtelif T\u00fcrk beyliklerinin h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Mavera\u00fcnnehr\u2019in \u00f6nemli \u015fehirlerinden Buhara\u2019y\u0131 ku\u015fatt\u0131. \u015eehrin T\u00fcrk as\u0131ll\u0131 melikesi Kaba\u00e7 Hatun ile anla\u015fma yaparak geri d\u00f6nd\u00fc<\/em>\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Ger\u00e7ekte T\u00fcrklerle Araplar\u0131n ili\u015fkileri \u0130slami d\u00f6nemden \u00f6nce de vard\u0131. Fakat bu ili\u015fkinin \u00e7ok boyutlu bir hal almas\u0131 Halife \u00d6mer ve Muaviye d\u00f6neminde olmu\u015ftur. T\u00fcrklerle Araplar\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc ili\u015fkileri iki cephede kendini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. Bunlardan birincisi \u0130ran-Turan s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131nda T\u00fcrgi\u015f Ka\u011fanlar\u0131yla Araplar aras\u0131nda, ikincisi de Kafkaslarda Azerbaycan\u2019\u0131n Arap valisi ile Hazarlar araz\u0131nda meydana gelen ve \u00e7o\u011funlukla da sava\u015f bi\u00e7iminde g\u00f6r\u00fclen ili\u015fkilerdir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk-Arap ili\u015fkilerinde ikinci cephe olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclen Kafkasya\u2019daki m\u00fccadeleler sonucunda, Arap komutanlardan Mervan b. Muhammed\u2019in Hazar Devleti&#8217;nin ba\u015fkenti \u0130dil\u2019i ku\u015fatmas\u0131yla Hazar hakan\u0131, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul etmi\u015f ve b\u00f6ylece Hazar Hanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul eden ilk M\u00fcsl\u00fcman devlet (735) olarak tarihte yerini alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00fcrk-Arap ili\u015fkilerinde Abbasiler d\u00f6nemi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>T\u00fcrk-Arap ili\u015fkilerinde ikinci \u00f6nemli m\u00fccadele merkezi \u0130ran\u2019\u0131n do\u011fusu ile T\u00fcrkistan\u2019\u0131n\/Turan\u2019\u0131n bat\u0131s\u0131 olan Mavera\u00fcnnnehr b\u00f6lgesidir. Abbasi hanedan\u0131n\u0131n hilafete ge\u00e7mesi ile hemen b\u00fct\u00fcn cephelerde oldu\u011fu gibi Araplar\u0131n T\u00fcrklerle yapm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 sava\u015flarda da \u00f6nemli bir duraklama d\u00f6nemi ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, yeni iktidar\u0131n yabanc\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 <em>Emevi \u015euubiyetini<\/em> reddederek \u201c<em>Mevali<\/em>ye\u201d kar\u015f\u0131 daha \u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 bir tav\u0131r tak\u0131nmas\u0131, yabanc\u0131lar\u0131n \u0130slam dinine kar\u015f\u0131 sempati duymalar\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Bu ba\u011flamda Emevi diktat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revleri \u00fcstlenmi\u015f olan Horasanl\u0131 Ebu M\u00fcslim\u2019in b\u00f6lge valisi olarak Horasan\u2019a atanmas\u0131, Abbasi hanedan\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 bu sempatiyi daha da artt\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T\u00fcrklerin aras\u0131nda bu sempatiyi daha da artt\u0131ran ikinci ve en \u00f6nemli olay hi\u00e7 ku\u015fku yoktur ki \u201c<em>Talas Sava\u015f\u0131<\/em>\u201dd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130kinci G\u00f6kt\u00fcrk Devleti\u2019nin zay\u0131flamas\u0131ndan sonra, T\u00fcrkistan co\u011frafyas\u0131nda yeniden beylerin egemen oldu\u011fu bir d\u00f6nem ya\u015fanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durumu kendisi i\u00e7in f\u0131rsat olarak de\u011ferlendiren \u00c7in ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcman Araplar, T\u00fcrkistan b\u00f6lgesinde egemenlik m\u00fccadelesi ba\u015flatt\u0131lar. \u00d6zellikle \u00c7in, \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ordu ile T\u00fcrkistan\u2019a h\u00fccum etmi\u015f ve baz\u0131 \u00f6nemli b\u00f6lgeleri kontrol\u00fc alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7in\u2019in sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131na tam olarak kar\u015f\u0131 koyamayan Karluk ve T\u00fcrgi\u015f Hanlar\u0131, Abbasilerin Horasan Valisi olan Ebu M\u00fcslim\u2019den yard\u0131m istemi\u015flerdi. Bu iste\u011fi memnuniyetle kabul eden Ebu M\u00fcslim, Ziyad b. Salih komutas\u0131ndaki bir orduyu T\u00fcrklere yard\u0131m etmek \u00fczere \u00c7inlilere kar\u015f\u0131 g\u00f6nderdi. \u201cT\u00fcrk- M\u00fcsl\u00fcman m\u00fcttefik kuvvetleri 751 y\u0131l\u0131nda Talas Suyu k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131nda bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Almaata yak\u0131n\u0131nda \u00c7in kuvvetleriyle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131. Temmuz 751\u2019de be\u015f g\u00fcn devam eden \u00e7etin sava\u015fta \u00c7inliler a\u011f\u0131r kay\u0131plar vererek sava\u015f meydan\u0131n\u0131 terk ettiler. Talas Sava\u015f\u0131, T\u00fcrk-M\u00fcsl\u00fcman m\u00fcnasebetlerinde bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu sava\u015fla birlikte y\u0131llarca devam eden sava\u015flar, yerini sulh devresine terk etmi\u015ftir. Art\u0131k T\u00fcrkler ile M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar aras\u0131nda sava\u015flar olmuyor, bunun yerini ticari m\u00fcnasebetler al\u0131yor ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u0130slam dini T\u00fcrkler aras\u0131nda yava\u015f yava\u015f yay\u0131lmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yordu.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00fcrklerin Abbasi Devleti&#8217;ndeki yeri<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Irk\u00e7\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015fla uzun bir zaman, Arap Devleti&#8217;ni y\u00f6neten Emevi iktidar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131nda ve Abbasi devletinin kurulmas\u0131nda Arap as\u0131ll\u0131 olmayan uluslar\u0131n (Mevalilerin) \u00f6nemli roller oynad\u0131klar\u0131 ve de\u011ferli i\u015flevler ortaya koyduklar\u0131 bilinmektedir. Abbasi hanedan\u0131 iktidar\u0131 ele ge\u00e7irince devletin i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f politikas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yapm\u0131\u015f, Emevi hanedan\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131llarca taviz vermeden s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131 ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k ve dar kadro hareketiyle ilgili siyaset anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde uzakla\u015fma e\u011filimine y\u00f6nelmi\u015ftir. Bu anlay\u0131\u015fa uygun olarak gerek devlet idaresinde\/b\u00fcrokraside ve gerekse askeri kesimde Arap as\u0131ll\u0131 olmayan ki\u015fi ve gruplara\/ \u00f6zellikle \u0130ran as\u0131ll\u0131 insanlara yer vermeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, zaman i\u00e7inde bu kesimleri say\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ok fazla artm\u0131\u015f ve Abbasi Devleti&#8217;ni y\u00f6nlendirecek boyutlara ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Abbasi devlet y\u00f6netiminin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki bu yabanc\u0131 ki\u015fi ve gruplar aras\u0131nda az say\u0131da da olsa T\u00fcrk k\u00f6kenli insanlar\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrklerin sistemli olarak Abbasi devlet y\u00f6netiminde g\u00f6rev almaya ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131 d\u00f6nem Halife Cafer el Mansur\u2019un iktidar y\u0131llar\u0131na rastlar. O ve ondan sonra gelen Abbasi halifeleri, \u00f6zellikle de El Memun, Orta Asya\u2019dan \u00fccretli T\u00fcrk askerleri getirterek onlardan hassa ordu kurduktan sonra, ordu ve devlet y\u00f6netiminin \u00e7ekirdek kadrosu T\u00fcrklerden olu\u015fmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130fade etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi bu durum yaln\u0131zca askeri alanda de\u011fil, devlet y\u00f6netiminde de kendini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir. \u201cSemarra Devri ad\u0131 verilen yar\u0131m as\u0131rl\u0131k (836- 892) d\u00f6nemde T\u00fcrkler, yaln\u0131z askeri sahalarda de\u011fil, siyasi ve idari sahalarda da devlet i\u00e7inde b\u00fcy\u00fck n\u00fcfuz sahibi oldular. Halifeler bile T\u00fcrk komutanlar taraf\u0131ndan se\u00e7iliyor ve onlar\u0131n istekleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kam\u0131yorlard\u0131.\u201d<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrklerle M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ili\u015fkileri bir yandan T\u00fcrklerin hilafet y\u00f6netiminin emrinde g\u00f6rev almalar\u0131 bi\u00e7iminde kendini g\u00f6sterirken, di\u011fer yandan da \u0130ran ve Kafkasya \u00fczerinden ticaret, misyonerlik ve sava\u015f ili\u015fkisi bi\u00e7iminde cereyan etmi\u015ftir. D\u00f6rt koldan ilerleyen T\u00fcrk-Arap ili\u015fkileri, \u00e7e\u015fitli yollarla ikna edilen soylu s\u0131n\u0131f arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla T\u00fcrk kitleleri aras\u0131nda yay\u0131larak benimsenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00fcrklerin \u0130slamiyet&#8217;i kabul\u00fc\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>IX. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortalar\u0131ndan itibaren askeri, ticari, dinsel ve y\u00f6netsel ili\u015fkiler; T\u00fcrklerin b\u00fcy\u00fck gruplar halinde \u0130slamiyet\u2019i se\u00e7melerine neden olmu\u015ftur. Bu y\u00fczy\u0131lda Samano\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131n eline ge\u00e7mi\u015f olan T\u00fcrk kentlerinde ya\u015fayan T\u00fcrklerin \u00e7o\u011fu, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmu\u015ftu. \u00c7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk kitlelerinin M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul etti\u011fi d\u00f6nem X. y\u00fczy\u0131ld\u0131r. X. y\u00fczy\u0131lda Balasagun\u2019un bat\u0131s\u0131ndaki Urdu kentinde oturan T\u00fcrkmen Meliki \u0130slam\u2019\u0131 kabul etmi\u015ftir. Yine T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131 aras\u0131nda kalabal\u0131k bir grup halinde M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk kabul edenler, Balasagun ile Talas\u2019\u0131n do\u011fusundaki Mirki kasabas\u0131nda oturan T\u00fcrkmenlerdir.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tarihsel kaynaklara g\u00f6re T\u00fcrk devletleri aras\u0131nda \u0130slam dinini, devlet dini olarak kabul eden ilk devlet \u0130dil\/Volga Bulgar Devleti&#8217;dir. Onu Hazarlar ve Karahanl\u0131lar takip etmi\u015ftir. Bu ba\u011flamda Karahanl\u0131 Devleti&#8217;nin \u00f6zel bir yerinin bulundu\u011funu belirtmemiz gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Baz\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131n\u0131n \u0130slamiyet\u2019i din olarak kabul etmelerinin yan\u0131nda, T\u00fcrk ulusunun b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu, G\u00f6k Tanr\u0131 inanc\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunuyorlard\u0131. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bir devlet olan Samano\u011fullar\u0131 Devleti&#8217;nin, Karahanl\u0131 Devleti&#8217;nin ba\u015fkenti Talas\u2019\u0131 893 y\u0131l\u0131nda i\u015fgal etmesiyle bu iki devlet aras\u0131nda ba\u015f g\u00f6steren sava\u015flar, zaman i\u00e7inde dinsel etkile\u015fimi de i\u00e7ermeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f, bu ili\u015fkiler sonunda Karahanl\u0131 \u015fehzadelerden Saltuk\u2019un \u0130slam dinini se\u00e7mesiyle \u0130slamiyet b\u00fcy\u00fck bir ivme kazanm\u0131\u015f ve T\u00fcrkler aras\u0131nda h\u0131zla yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Karahanl\u0131 Devleti&#8217;nin \u0130slam dinine resmiyet kazand\u0131rmas\u0131, \u0130slam misyoner ve suf\u00ee hareketlerinin alttan alta T\u00fcrk insan\u0131n\u0131n kazan\u0131lmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00e7abalar\u0131yla birle\u015fince, bu dinin h\u0131zl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde T\u00fcrkler aras\u0131nda yay\u0131lmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur. Efsanevi T\u00fcrk Ka\u011fan\u0131 olarak ge\u00e7en Efrasyab\u2019\u0131n (Alper Tunga\u2019n\u0131n) soyundan gelen Karahanl\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a> Saltuk Bu\u011fra Han\u2019\u0131n g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir r\u00fcyay\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerek M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul etti\u011fini ilan etmesi ve Abd\u00fclkerim ad\u0131n\u0131 almas\u0131, T\u00fcrk tarihi i\u00e7in bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131d\u0131r. Onun bu hareketi, T\u00fcrk ulusunun her bak\u0131mdan ya\u015famaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir devrimin de ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Daha \u00f6nce belirtmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi bir yandan Kafkaslardan \u00f6te yandan da \u0130ran \u00fczerinden y\u00fcr\u00fcyen\/y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u0130slamla\u015fma s\u00fcreci, 11. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonuna gelindi\u011finde, \u00c7in s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131ndaki T\u00fcrk boylar\u0131, Karadeniz\u2019in kuzeyinden Avrupa\u2019ya ge\u00e7en Kuman\/K\u0131p\u00e7ak, G\u00f6ko\u011fuz, Pe\u00e7enek gibi T\u00fcrk gruplar\u0131, Asya\u2019n\u0131n kuzeyinde ya\u015fayan Yakutlar ve H\u0131taylar gibi baz\u0131 T\u00fcrk as\u0131ll\u0131 halklar hari\u00e7 olmak \u00fczere, T\u00fcrk halklar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 \u0130slam dinini kabul etmi\u015flerdi. Karahanl\u0131lar\u0131n, \u00f6zellikle de Sel\u00e7uklular\u0131n\/O\u011fuzlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck gruplar halinde \u0130slam dinini se\u00e7meleri T\u00fcrk tarihi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir geli\u015fmedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fckseltmek i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u00e7aba i\u00e7ine girmi\u015flerdir.
