Bu kurallar aras\u0131nda ibadet, kendini kontrol, hukuk, bireysel haklar, ekonomik yap\u0131, vergilendirme, ticari ve \u00f6zel anla\u015fmalar, para al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi\u00a0 say\u0131labilir. Endeks, devlet y\u00f6netimindeki uygulamalar\u0131n \u0130slami de\u011ferlerle uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re belirlenmekte, sadece n\u00fcfusunun b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan \u00fclkelerle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 tutulmamaktad\u0131r. Yeni Zelanda da ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 gelir 41 bin, \u0130sve\u00e7\u2019te ise 53 bin dolard\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin alt\u0131ndaki 21 \u00fclkenin\u00a0 tamam\u0131 \u0130slam \u00fclkesidir. (Tablo: 3)<\/p>\n<p><em>\u0130lk onda yer alan \u00fclkelerin sahip oldu\u011fu ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 gelir ile endekste\u00a0 ilk s\u0131ralarda yer almalar\u0131, \u0130slami ilkeler ile ekonomik zenginlik ve adalet aras\u0131ndaki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00a0bir ili\u015fkinin var oldu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na geliri y\u00fcksek olan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmayan \u00fclkeler \u00fcst s\u0131ralarda yer al\u0131rken, ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 geliri y\u00fcksek, ancak gelir da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fc olan M\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fclke 45\u2019ncidir. \u00a0Bunun anlam\u0131 \u015fudur: Y\u00fcksek ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 gelir sadece bir kriterdir. T\u00fcrkiye 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda Ermenistan\u2019\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 81\u2019nci s\u0131radayd\u0131. En y\u00fcksek puan\u0131n\u0131 ekonomi alan\u0131nda alan T\u00fcrkiye, uluslararas\u0131 ili\u015fkilerde\u00a0 s\u0131n\u0131fta kalarak ancak 148&#8217;nci olabilmi\u015ftir.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Askari\u2019ye g\u00f6re, son otuz y\u0131ld\u0131r \u0130slam ekonomisi literat\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n en az\u0131ndan iki temel ilkesi konusunda fikir birli\u011fi sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
