Elbette erkeklere ve erkekli\u011fe d\u00fc\u015fman olan, lezbiyen veya anar\u015fist olan feministler de vard\u0131r ama feministler taraf\u0131ndan feminizmin bu basit, kimilerine g\u00f6re a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 tan\u0131mlardan \u00e7ok daha fazlas\u0131 oldu\u011fu belirtiliyor. Feminizmin kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha \u00fcst\u00fcn oldu\u011funu empoze etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten feministler, sadece erke\u011fin daha \u00fcst\u00fcn oldu\u011funu varsayan sisteme kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 savunurlar.<\/p>\n<p>Feminizm, toplumca kan\u0131ksanan erkek d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin aksine, cinsiyet e\u015fitsizli\u011fini g\u00fcndeme getirmek i\u00e7in \u00f6n planda tutulan bir ak\u0131m olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia eder. Sadece kad\u0131nlar\u0131 de\u011fil, erkekleri de yak\u0131ndan ilgilendiren feminizm tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, ger\u00e7ek e\u015fitli\u011fi ortaya koymay\u0131 ama\u00e7lad\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurgulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Feminizm nedir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Feminizm, en basit tan\u0131m\u0131yla cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen bir d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar. Feministler taraf\u0131ndan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ve erkeklerin do\u011fal olarak e\u015fit haklara sahip olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren bir yap\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011fu savunulur. Feminizmin temelinin \u201ckad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u201dne dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunan feministler, cinsiyetle ili\u015fkisi olan unsurlar\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p ve analiz ettiklerini savunurlar. Ama\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n da cinsiyet e\u015fitsizli\u011fini ortadan kald\u0131rmak, genel kad\u0131n sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmak ve \u00e7\u00f6zmek oldu\u011funu belirtirler.<\/p>\n<p>Feminizm kelimesinin k\u00f6keni, Latinceden gelen ve \u201ckad\u0131n anlam\u0131na gelen <em>\u201cfemina\u201d<\/em> kelimesinden t\u00fcremi\u015ftir. Bu kelimeden t\u00fcreyen feminizm, e\u015fitli\u011fi ve toplumsal gruplar aras\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n yok edilmesini savunmak i\u00e7in ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunur. D\u00fcnyadaki kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitsizli\u011finin bulunmas\u0131yla birlikte, feminizm d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi de kad\u0131n\u0131n toplum i\u00e7indeki yerini iyile\u015ftirmek olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Temeli kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olmas\u0131 ko\u015fuluyla feminizm, bir\u00e7ok alt dal\u0131 da bulunan ve g\u00fcncel olarak da geli\u015fen bir kavram olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kar. B\u00fct\u00fcn cinsiyet rollerine ve ataerkilli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan <em>radikal feminizm<\/em>, do\u011faya h\u00fckmetme hevesini kad\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa h\u00fckmetmek ile ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131ran <em>ekofeminizm<\/em>, ve anar\u015fist d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc temel alan <em>anarko-feminizm<\/em> gibi \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli alt dallar\u0131 oldu\u011fu bilinir.<\/p>\n<p><em>Feminizm, cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fe, cinsiyet\u00e7i bask\u0131 ve s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcye kar\u015f\u0131 bir hareket olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunan bir harekettir. Bu tan\u0131m as\u0131l sorun olarak cinsiyet\u00e7ili\u011fe odaklan\u0131r. Feminizm as\u0131l olarak cinsiyet\u00e7ilik \u00fczerine oturan sistematik bask\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 olan ve kad\u0131n-erkek herkesi cinsiyet\u00e7i ve erkekleri kay\u0131ran d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerden kurtulmaya cesaretlendiren bir hareket olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatmaya \u00e7abalarlar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Feminizmin derdinin erkekler de\u011fil; ataerkil yap\u0131lar ve s\u00f6ylemler oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen feministler, ezme ve ezilme ili\u015fkisi olan ataerkil d\u00fczene kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele etti\u011fini \u00f6zellikle belirtirler. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da bu d\u00fczene d\u00e2hil olan her \u015feye kar\u015f\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 da eklerler. Feminist olman\u0131n yaln\u0131z ya\u015famak, erkeklerden nefret etmek gibi ko\u015fullar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc feminizmin yaln\u0131zca bir adalet aray\u0131\u015f\u0131 oldu\u011funun anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 isterler.<\/p>\n<p>Feminizmin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131 kad\u0131n haklar\u0131yla ilgili olsa da sadece bununla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Feminizm ak\u0131m\u0131, e\u015fit bir d\u00fcnyay\u0131 savundu\u011funu iddia etti\u011fi i\u00e7in ilk ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llardan itibaren k\u00f6lelik, e\u015fit vatanda\u015fl\u0131k haklar\u0131 gibi konular\u0131n tamam\u0131nda feministler de yer alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca s\u0131n\u0131f m\u00fccadelesi, \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 m\u00fccadele gibi \u00f6nemli \u201cinsan haklar\u0131\u201d konular\u0131n\u0131n da m\u00fccadelesinde yer ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 savunmu\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Feministlerin derdi nedir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Feministlere g\u00f6re, tarihin belli bir noktas\u0131nda, kad\u0131nlar \u201cikinci t\u00fcr\u201d olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmeye ba\u015fland\u0131 ve sosyal olarak, erkeklerden daha avantajs\u0131z duruma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fcler. Feminist teori, toplumda olu\u015fan bu cinsiyet e\u015fitsizli\u011fini anlamak ve anlatmak iste\u011fiyle do\u011fdu\u011funu savunur.<\/p>\n<p>S\u0131rf k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckken pembe e\u015fyalar\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u2018k\u0131z gibi\u2019 davranmamas\u0131 s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fcy\u00fcnce kad\u0131nlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131layan erkekli\u011fi sorgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunan feministler, basit bir ifadeyle kad\u0131na ve erke\u011fe verilmi\u015f rolleri ifade eden <em>toplumsal cinsiyet<\/em> kavram\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. En s\u0131k sorduklar\u0131 sorular: Kad\u0131nl\u0131k ne demek? Erkeklik ne demek? Hepimiz belirli bir cinsiyette do\u011fuyoruz fakat bu cinsiyetlerle ilgili rolleri kim belirliyor?<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015ftan beri belirtti\u011fimiz \u00fczere feministlere g\u00f6re feminizmin amac\u0131, cinsiyete dayal\u0131 bask\u0131y\u0131 sona erdirmektir. Onlara g\u00f6re bu amac\u0131 benimseyen herkes feminist olabilir. Feminist olmakla feminizmi desteklemenin farkl\u0131 \u015feyler oldu\u011funu \u00f6zellikle belirtirler. <em>\u201cBen feministim.\u201d<\/em> c\u00fcmlesinin bir kimlik ifadesi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyerek feminizm ile kimlik aras\u0131nda bir \u00f6zde\u015flik kurarlar. Yine de feminizmin asl\u0131nda bir kimlik de\u011fil, cinsiyet\u00e7i yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc ortadan kald\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik politik bir tav\u0131r oldu\u011funu savunanlar da vard\u0131r. O halde buradan hareketle feminizmi politik bir fikir olarak savunan herkes, kimli\u011fine bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n feminist olarak kabul edilebilir sonucuna ula\u015f\u0131labilir. Kad\u0131nlara yitirdikleri onurlar\u0131n\u0131 yeniden vermek ve insan soyunun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesine katk\u0131da bulunmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in ge\u00e7 bile kal\u0131nd\u0131. Kad\u0131n ve erkek aras\u0131nda, cinsel arzulama d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir fark kalmay\u0131ncaya kadar m\u00fccadele!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Feminizmin kavram olarak ilk defa Sosyal Filozof Charles Fourier (1772\u20131837) taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edilir. Charles Fourier, sosyal olarak geli\u015fmenin tek yolunun, kad\u0131nlara daha fazla \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck verilmesi oldu\u011funa i\u015faret etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Feminizmin tarihi, Ayd\u0131nlanma \u00c7a\u011f\u0131\u2019na kadar uzan\u0131r. Ayd\u0131nlanma \u00c7a\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00f6nemli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrleri olan Lady Marry Montagu ve Marquis de Condorcet, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131 savunmu\u015flard\u0131r. Onlar\u0131n bu davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 da feminizm d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinin temellerini atm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 bi\u00e7iminde yorumlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada kad\u0131nlar\u0131n oy kullanabilmesi ile ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015f g\u00f6stermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u00d6zellikle Amerika\u2019da \u0131rk\u00e7\u0131l\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 hareket y\u00fckseli\u015fteyken, kad\u0131nlar kendilerine kar\u015f\u0131 ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in de seslerini \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r oldu. Oy kullanma, e\u015fit i\u015f ve maa\u015f imk\u00e2nlar\u0131, cinsel denetim (do\u011fum kontrol\u00fc ve k\u00fcrtaj \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc) gibi konularda tart\u0131\u015fmalar devam etti.<\/p>\n<p>Feministler taraf\u0131ndan <em>\u201c2. Dalga Feminizm\u201d<\/em> olarak bilinen ak\u0131m\u0131n, \u00f6zellikle 40\u2019l\u0131 ve 50\u2019li y\u0131llarda Simone de Beavuoir\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etmesiyle kad\u0131n bedeni \u00fczerinde kurulan erkek egemenli\u011fine kar\u015f\u0131 bir duru\u015f sergileyerek ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunurlar. Toplumsal cinsiyet kavram\u0131 da bu d\u00f6nemde ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Amerika\u2019da ve Avrupa\u2019da s\u00fcren m\u00fccadeleler sonucu, do\u011fum kontrol\u00fc yasalla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Feministlere g\u00f6re, 90\u2019l\u0131 y\u0131llara gelindi\u011finde ise <em>\u201c3. Dalga Feminizm\u201d<\/em> ile yeni g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve feminizm, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sahip olduklar\u0131 farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 da g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne almaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onlara g\u00f6re tek bir kad\u0131n tipinden s\u00f6z edilemezdi, farkl\u0131 \u0131rk, inan\u00e7 ve cinsel tercihlere sahip olan farkl\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da haklar\u0131 ve tercihleri sayg\u0131 g\u00f6rmeliydi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Feminizm ne i\u015fe yarar?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Feministlerin savundu\u011funa g\u00f6re, bu d\u00fcnyada kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na k\u00f6t\u00fc g\u00f6zle bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, evde ev i\u015fleriyle me\u015fgul olup \u00e7ocuk do\u011furmaktan ba\u015fka bir misyonu olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc zamanlar olmu\u015ftu. D\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde tecav\u00fcze u\u011frayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u2018kurban\u2019dan ziyade \u2018su\u00e7lu\u2019 say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerler oldu\u011funu savunuyorlard\u0131. \u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda kad\u0131nlara e\u015fit imk\u00e2n sa\u011flamay\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131n, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda var olmalar\u0131na bile m\u00fcsaade olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyerek yola \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015flard\u0131. \u00c7ok daha eski zamanlarda kad\u0131nlar\u0131n doktor, bilim adam\u0131, avukat olamayaca\u011f\u0131na dair yayg\u0131n bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f de oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in bu hareketin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n se\u00e7me ve se\u00e7ilme hakk\u0131 almas\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kendilerinin ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve gerekli oldu\u011funu anlatabilmek i\u00e7in kad\u0131nlar\u0131n i\u015f, siyaset, bilim gibi alanlarda var olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan her devrimin, feminist kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini savunmu\u015flard\u0131r. Kendisini \u201cen modern\u201d \u00fclke olarak g\u00f6stermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Amerika\u2019da bile, kad\u0131nlara 1920 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren anayasa de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile \u00fclke genelinde oy verme hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f, Kas\u0131m 1920&#8217;de <a href=\"https:\/\/onedio.com\/etiket\/kadinlar\/57a10eb4f3295bf71ee1ef3a\">kad\u0131nlar<\/a> ilk parlamento se\u00e7imlerine kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Almanya\u2019da ise 12 Kas\u0131m 1918&#8217;de kad\u0131nlara da se\u00e7me ve se\u00e7ilme hakk\u0131n\u0131n verilmesi i\u00e7in ilk ad\u0131m\u0131 at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, yap\u0131lan ilk se\u00e7imde meclise 37&#8217;si kad\u0131n 432 milletvekili girmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Finlandiya, 1906&#8217;da kad\u0131nlara oy hakk\u0131 tan\u0131yan ilk Avrupa \u00fclkesi olmu\u015ftur. Kad\u0131nlar, \u0130sve\u00e7 ve Rusya y\u00f6netimi alt\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce oy haklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131 fakat 1906 karar\u0131nda, kad\u0131nlara meclis se\u00e7imlerine kat\u0131lma ve oy vermek hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bol\u015fevik Devrimi\u2019yle birlikte, 1917\u2019de Rusya ve eski Sovyet cumhuriyetlerinden bir k\u0131sm\u0131nda da kad\u0131nlar se\u00e7me ve se\u00e7ilme hakk\u0131 elde etmi\u015flerdir. Bu hak 1918 y\u0131l\u0131 genel se\u00e7imlerinde ilk defa kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Frans\u0131z \u0130htilali\u2019yle d\u00fcnyaya cumhuriyet ve demokrasi ilkelerini yayan Fransa\u2019daysa 4 Ekim 1944 tarihinde yap\u0131lan yasa de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle kad\u0131nlara se\u00e7me ve se\u00e7ilme hakk\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir. 29 Nisan 1945 tarihinde ilk defa belediye se\u00e7imlerine kat\u0131lan kad\u0131nlar, 21 Ekim 1945 tarihinde de ilk defa parlamento se\u00e7imlerinde oy kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa\u2019da kad\u0131nlara en son oy hakk\u0131 tan\u0131yan \u00fclkelerden biri de \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019dir. Son kanton olan Appenzell Innerrhoden\u2019deyse kad\u0131nlara ancak 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda oy kullanma hakk\u0131 verilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada kad\u0131nlara oy kullanma hakk\u0131 veren ilk \u00fclke, 19 Eyl\u00fcl 1893 tarihinde, Yeni Zelanda olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131nlar se\u00e7me ve se\u00e7ilme hakk\u0131na 1934 y\u0131l\u0131nda, bir\u00e7ok Avrupa \u00fclkesinden bile y\u0131llar \u00f6nce sahip olmu\u015ftur. Esasen 20 Mart 1930 tarihinde belediye se\u00e7imlerinde se\u00e7me hakk\u0131 kazanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. 1933 y\u0131l\u0131nda, K\u00f6y Kanunu\u2019nda muhtar se\u00e7me ve k\u00f6y heyetine se\u00e7ilme hakk\u0131 d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Milletvekili se\u00e7imlerinde se\u00e7me ve se\u00e7ilme hakk\u0131na ise 5 Aral\u0131k 1934 tarihinde yap\u0131lan anayasa de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle kavu\u015fmu\u015flard\u0131r. 8 \u015eubat 1935 tarihinde ilk defa meclis se\u00e7imlerine kat\u0131lan T\u00fcrk kad\u0131nlar\u0131, mecliste 18 sandalye elde etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmak koca iznine ba\u011fl\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kocalar\u0131ndan izinli olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabildi\u011fini savunan feministler, \u0130zmir\u2019de \u015fark\u0131c\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir kad\u0131n\u0131n, kocas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma iznini geri ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bo\u015fanma davas\u0131 a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve mahkemenin de kocadan izin almay\u0131 gerektiren kanunun Anayasa\u2019ya ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerek davay\u0131 Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019ne ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131rlar. \u0130stanbul\u2019da da A\u011fustos 1990 tarihinde aktivist kad\u0131nlar taraf\u0131ndan bu konu i\u00e7in bir imza kampanyas\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtirler. Bu konu i\u00e7in toplam be\u015f bin bildiri da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131p iki bin be\u015f y\u00fcz imza topland\u0131ktan sonra dilek\u00e7enin Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019ne g\u00f6nderildi\u011fini ve 29 Kas\u0131m 1990 tarihinde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kocalar\u0131n\u0131n izniyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6ren 159. maddenin Anayasa Mahkemesi\u2019nce iptal edildi\u011fini emsal g\u00f6sterirler.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Feministler neden bu kadar \u00f6fkeli?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D\u00fcnya \u00fczerinde her d\u00f6rt kad\u0131ndan birinin, e\u015finden ya da aile i\u00e7indeki erkeklerden \u015fiddet g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirten feministler, D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn verilerine dayanarak, d\u00fcnyada her \u00fc\u00e7 kad\u0131ndan birinin hayatlar\u0131nda en az bir kez daya\u011fa ve cinsel tacize maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkemizdeki ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n da hi\u00e7 i\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131c\u0131 olmayan istatistikler ortaya koydu\u011funa vurgu yapan feministler, u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fiddeti ifade edemeyen ve istatistiklere d\u00e2hil olamayan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da az\u0131msanamayacak kadar \u00e7ok oldu\u011funu belirtirler. Erkek olman\u0131n; \u00e7evredeki kad\u0131nlar, \u00e7ocuklar ya da daha g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz erkekler \u00fczerinde h\u00fck\u00fcmranl\u0131k kurmak gerektirdi\u011fini belirtirler. Ki\u015fiye verilen cinsiyet rol\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, kontroll\u00fc ve duygulardan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olmay\u0131 ve imtiyazlar\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in ne gerekirse yapmay\u0131 emretti\u011fini belirterek bunu ele\u015ftirirler.<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011fine odaklanmak say\u0131s\u0131z kad\u0131n\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmesine ra\u011fmen bu yakla\u015f\u0131m, bir\u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan sorunlar yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Feministlere g\u00f6re bunlar\u0131n en ba\u015f\u0131nda, bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n ataerkillik ve cinsiyet\u00e7ilik \u00fczerine kurulmu\u015f sistemi temelden de\u011fi\u015ftirmek yerine, var olan sistemi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n daha fazla hakka sahip olaca\u011f\u0131 \u015fekilde yeniden \u015fekillendirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 gelmi\u015ftir. Bu kad\u0131n-erkek e\u015fitli\u011fi yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn erkeklerin birbirine e\u015fit oldu\u011funu ve b\u00fct\u00fcn kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da temelde ayn\u0131 oldu\u011funu varsayar. Oysa T\u00fcrk kad\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7in bunlar olmayan bir sorun yaratmaya hizmet etmi\u015f gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Temelde bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda T\u00fcrk toplumu ataerkil de\u011fil anaerkil bir toplumdur. Esasen kad\u0131nlar hi\u00e7bir zaman toplumun arka plan\u0131nda yer almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Orhun Kit\u00e2beleri\u2019nde ge\u00e7en <em>\u201cT\u00fcrk milletinin ad\u0131 san\u0131 yok olmas\u0131n diye babam hakan\u0131, annem hatunu y\u00fckseltmi\u015f olan Tanr\u0131\u201d<\/em> ifadesi<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[1]<\/a> hatunun, yani kad\u0131n\u0131n, devlet ve millet nezdinde \u00f6neminin h\u00fck\u00fcmdardan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6stermektedir. Benzer \u015fekilde Uygur Kit\u00e2beleri\u2019nde; Uygur h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131 Pu-sa\u2019n\u0131n annesi U-lohoen\u2019in, devlet i\u015flerini iyi bilen ve o\u011fluyla birlikte devleti y\u00f6neten bir kad\u0131n oldu\u011fundan bahsedilmi\u015ftir<a href=\"#_edn2\" name=\"_ednref2\">[2]<\/a>. Eski T\u00fcrk mitolojisinde de devlet y\u00f6netiminde hatunun rol\u00fc ve etkisi hakk\u0131nda buna benzer \u00f6rnekler vard\u0131r<a href=\"#_edn3\" name=\"_ednref3\">[3]<\/a>. Anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere ger\u00e7ek anlamda T\u00fcrk kad\u0131n\u0131 asla erke\u011fin g\u00f6lgesinde ya da gerisinde kalma, ezilme, yok say\u0131lma ya da de\u011fersizle\u015fme gibi sorunlar ya\u015famam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde B\u00fcy\u00fck Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti\u2019nin (1040-1157) kurulu\u015fundan itibaren kad\u0131n\u0131n devlet y\u00f6netiminde sahip oldu\u011fu sayg\u0131n ve etkili rol\u00fc de T\u00fcrk tarihinde dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015ftir. Bu gelenek elbette ki \u0130sl\u00e2miyet \u00f6ncesi T\u00fcrk toplum hayat\u0131n\u0131n ve y\u00f6netim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n bir yans\u0131mas\u0131yd\u0131. O d\u00f6nemlerde kad\u0131n, sosyal hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda yer al\u0131r; ata biner, k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 ku\u015fan\u0131r ve \u00fcretime katk\u0131 sa\u011flard\u0131. Erke\u011fin gerisinde ve yok h\u00fckm\u00fcnde hi\u00e7 de\u011fildi. H\u00fck\u00fcmdara (ka\u011fan) e\u015f olan kad\u0131n, <em>\u201ckatun\/hatun\u201d<\/em> unvan\u0131yla y\u00f6netimde ve devlet protokol\u00fcnde h\u00fck\u00fcmdardan sonra gelirdi. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz T\u00fcrk\u00e7esindeki <em>\u201ckad\u0131n\u201d<\/em> s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de bu k\u00f6kl\u00fc ve \u00f6nemli unvandan gelmektedir. Sel\u00e7uklu Devleti\u2019nde hatun; h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131n devletin merkezinde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zamanlarda ona vek\u00e2let edecek derecede siyaset bilgisine sahipti. H\u00fck\u00fcmdarla beraber devlet i\u015flerini yak\u0131ndan takip eder, \u00f6nemli konularda onun da g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne ba\u015fvurulurdu<a href=\"#_edn4\" name=\"_ednref4\">[4]<\/a>. O halde T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in, T\u00fcrk insan\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00f6z\u00fcne d\u00f6nmek yeterli olacakt\u0131r. Cinsiyetler aras\u0131 bir \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck ya da e\u015fitlik m\u00fccadelesi T\u00fcrklerin \u00f6z\u00fcnde hi\u00e7 ya\u015fanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Feminizm konusunda feministlere g\u00f6re b\u00fcy\u00fck yanl\u0131\u015flar!<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>1. Feministler \u201cerkekle\u015fmi\u015f\u201d ve \u201cdi\u015fili\u011fini yitirmi\u015f\u201d kad\u0131nlard\u0131r.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Feminizmin biyolojik bir di\u015filik kavram\u0131 ile alakas\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunan feministler, <a href=\"https:\/\/onedio.com\/etiket\/kadinlar\/57a10eb4f3295bf71ee1ef3a\">kad\u0131nlar<\/a> ve erkekler aras\u0131ndaki farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n bir e\u015fitsizlik nedeni olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunurlar. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n da en az erkekler kadar hareket ve se\u00e7me \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini savunan ve bu do\u011frultuda siyaset yapan feministler bunu <em>\u201cerkekle\u015fmek\u201d<\/em> ad\u0131na de\u011fil, en do\u011fal insan haklar\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fama ge\u00e7irebilmek ad\u0131na yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 vurgularlar. Feministlerin <em>\u201cerkekle\u015fmi\u015f\u201d<\/em> oldu\u011fu iddias\u0131n\u0131n, en temel insan haklar\u0131n\u0131 sadece erkek cinsinin haklar\u0131 olarak g\u00f6ren ve bu haklar\u0131 ancak erkeklerin icra etme hakk\u0131 oldu\u011funa inanan ataerkil d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin sonucu olu\u015fmu\u015f bir iddia olarak yorumlarlar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Feministler kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc savunurlar.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Feminizmin temel hareket noktas\u0131n\u0131n cinsiyetler aras\u0131ndaki e\u015fitsizlikleri ortadan kald\u0131rmak oldu\u011funu ve bunun i\u00e7in herhangi bir cinsin bir di\u011ferine \u00fcst\u00fcn oldu\u011funu savunman\u0131n feminizmin varolu\u015funa ayk\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011funu savunan feministler, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011fil, sahip olmalar\u0131 gereken olanaklar\u0131, f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fini ve toplumsal adaleti savunduklar\u0131n\u0131 iddia ederler. Yapt\u0131klar\u0131 \u015feyin, bir ki\u015finin d\u00fcnyaya gelirken sahip oldu\u011fu biyolojik cinsiyetin bizzat bir \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck ve iktidar kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine kar\u015f\u0131 olmak oldu\u011funda \u0131srarc\u0131d\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Feministler lezbiyendir.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lezbiyenli\u011fin bir cinsel y\u00f6nelim meselesi oldu\u011funu savunan feministler, bir ideoloji olarak feminizm ile bir cinsel y\u00f6nelim olarak lezbiyenlik aras\u0131nda do\u011frudan bir ili\u015fki oldu\u011funu kesinlikle reddederler. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, toplumun kendisine bi\u00e7ti\u011fi ev han\u0131ml\u0131\u011f\u0131, annelik rolleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kamusal hayata girerek siyasi haklar\u0131 kazanmas\u0131 ancak demokrasi, insan haklar\u0131, e\u015fitlik kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesiyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Esasen T\u00fcrk tarihi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha da ge\u00e7mi\u015fe gidildi\u011finde Orta Asya T\u00fcrk Devletlerinde kad\u0131nlar\u0131n geni\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde siyasi haklara sahip oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7e\u011fi ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. \u0130slamiyet\u2019in kabul\u00fcyle birlikte T\u00fcrk kad\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7in siyasi haklar\u0131 kullanma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan baz\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar ya\u015fand\u0131. \u00d6zellikle Osmanl\u0131 Devleti d\u00f6neminde Tanzimat Ferman\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ilan\u0131na kadar olan zaman diliminde \u0130slam hukuku kurallar\u0131n\u0131n dar anlamda yorumlanmas\u0131 sonucu kad\u0131nlar bu haktan yoksun olmu\u015flard\u0131<a href=\"#_edn5\" name=\"_ednref5\">[5]<\/a>. Sadece siyasi haklar\u0131n yoksunlu\u011fu ile kalmam\u0131\u015f olan geriye gidi\u015f, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n toplumsal hayattaki bir\u00e7ok hakk\u0131n\u0131 da elinden alm\u0131\u015f, onu ikinci s\u0131n\u0131f vatanda\u015f durumuna d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Buna izin verilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 da T\u00fcrk tarihi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan utand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r. Me\u015frutiyet d\u00f6neminde kurulan baz\u0131 kad\u0131n dernekleri ve bas\u0131n sayesinde Osmanl\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131 genel anlamda kad\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131 arama yoluna gitmi\u015f ve siyasi hak talebini de dile getirmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine de T\u00fcrk kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n ger\u00e7ek anlamda siyasi haklar\u0131n\u0131 kazanmas\u0131 Cumhuriyet\u2019in ilan\u0131ndan sonra yap\u0131lan kanunlarla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Dede korkut Hik\u00e2yeleri&#8217;nde ve T\u00fcrk destanlar\u0131nda kad\u0131n y\u00fcksek bir de\u011fere sahiptir. Bu anlat\u0131lar ger\u00e7ek ya\u015fam\u0131n birer yans\u0131mas\u0131 oldu\u011fundan kad\u0131n ger\u00e7ek hayatta da sayg\u0131 g\u00f6ren, ilham veren, ak\u0131l \u00f6\u011freten, devlet i\u015flerini en az erkekler kadar yerine getiren sosyal bir varl\u0131k; ayr\u0131ca siyasi kararlar veren ve bunlar\u0131 uygulayan siyasi bir kimliktir. Arap seyyahlar\u0131n kaleme ald\u0131klar\u0131 seyahatnamelerden O\u011fuzlar\u0131n tek e\u015fli oldu\u011fu, kad\u0131nlara kar\u015f\u0131 sayg\u0131 ve sevgi ile davrand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, kahramanlar\u0131n bir\u00e7ok hususta kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n tavsiyelerine g\u00f6re hareket ettiklerini, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kocalar\u0131na k\u0131zd\u0131klar\u0131 zaman ac\u0131 ve sert s\u00f6zler s\u00f6ylediklerini ifade edilir. Destan ve hik\u00e2yelerde toplumsal hayat ile aile hayat\u0131 birbirlerinden ayr\u0131lmaz, aile kavram\u0131 yok edilmeden, i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ya\u015fan\u0131r. T\u00fcrk kad\u0131n\u0131 at ko\u015fturup, ok at\u0131p g\u00fcre\u015fir. Nas\u0131l e\u011fitildikleri hakk\u0131nda bilgi bulunmasa da k\u0131zlar\u0131n da erkekler gibi av ve sava\u015f e\u011fitimi ald\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr.<a href=\"#_edn6\" name=\"_ednref6\">[6]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Muharrem Ergin\u2019in \u0130bn-i Batuta\u2019dan \u015fu ifadeyi aktar\u0131r: Arap seyyah \u0130bn Batuta &#8220;Burada \u00f6yle ilgin\u00e7 bir duruma \u015fahit oldum ki, o da T\u00fcrklerin kad\u0131nlara g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi sayg\u0131d\u0131r. Burada kad\u0131nlar\u0131n k\u0131ymeti ve sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 erkeklerden daha \u00fcst\u00fcnd\u00fcr&#8221;.<a href=\"#_edn7\" name=\"_ednref7\">[7]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tanzimat Ferman\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ilan edilmesiyle birlikte \u0130slami etkilere ra\u011fmen bat\u0131n\u0131n etkisi Osmanl\u0131 Devleti \u00fczerinde daha da belirgin \u015fekilde hissedilmeye ba\u015flanm\u0131\u015f, idari, siyasi, e\u011fitim ve mali alanlarda birtak\u0131m d\u00fczenlemelere gidilmi\u015ftir. Bu d\u00fczenlemelerle kad\u0131nlara y\u00f6nelik; K\u0131z R\u00fc\u015ftiyeleri (Ortaokul, 1859), K\u0131z Sanayi Mektebi (Sanat, 1870) ve D\u00e2r\u00fcl Muallimat Okullar\u0131 (\u00d6\u011fretmen Okullar\u0131, 1870) a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. A\u00e7\u0131lan bu okullar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 Padi\u015fah II. Abd\u00fclhamit D\u00f6nemi\u2019nde daha da art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r<a href=\"#_edn8\" name=\"_ednref8\">[8]<\/a>. D\u00f6nemin ayd\u0131nlar\u0131 Osmanl\u0131 Devleti\u2019nin Avrupa kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda geri kalmas\u0131 \u00fczerine yazd\u0131klar\u0131 yaz\u0131larda, n\u00fcfusun yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan ve e\u011fitimden yoksun b\u0131rak\u0131lan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n durumuna i\u015faret etmi\u015f ve dikkat \u00e7ekmi\u015flerdir.
