Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de siyas\u00ee ileti\u015fim konusunda benzerlik g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kitabelerin etkin bir anlat\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fc oldu\u011funu destekleyen \u015fu ifadeler dikkat \u00e7ekicidir:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOrhon yaz\u0131tlar\u0131 yaln\u0131zca siyas\u00ee ve askeri olaylar\u0131n olu\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131yla hikaye edildi\u011fi kuru bir harp tarihi de\u011fildir. Kazan\u0131lan zaferler abart\u0131l\u0131 \u015fekilde anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve etkin ifade g\u00fcc\u00fc kullan\u0131larak bu zaferlerin kendileri sayesinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fi vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle kitabeler siyas\u00ee bir reklam arac\u0131 benzerli\u011fi g\u00f6stermektedir. Bilge Ka\u011fan ve Tunyukuk, ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n halk taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 istemektedirler. Buradaki sat\u0131n alma, onlar\u0131n liderliklerinin benimsenmesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Kitabelerde milli b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn \u00f6nemi s\u0131k s\u0131k tekrarlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, mill\u00ee b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn hangi olaylarla bozulabilece\u011fi de \u00f6rneklerle g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serilmi\u015ftir. Bu bak\u0131mdan son derece iyi bir halkla ili\u015fkiler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve kitabelerin bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n bir arac\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bir kez daha ifade etmek gerekir.<\/p>\n<p>Orhun Kitabeleri\u2019nin, halk\u0131 birlik ve beraberli\u011fe \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bunu bir beyanat tarz\u0131 ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortadad\u0131r. Bu ve benzeri sebeplerle Orhun Kitabeleri\u2019nin ileti\u015fim teknikleri ve halkla ili\u015fkiler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan benzerlikleri son derece \u00f6nemlidir. Gerek reklamc\u0131l\u0131k gerek haber dili a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kitabelerin dili, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ileti\u015fim ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ile benzerlikler g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00d6zellikle siyas\u00ee ileti\u015fim unsuru olarak adland\u0131r\u0131labilecek c\u00fcmleler s\u0131kl\u0131kla yer almaktad\u0131r. Ka\u011fanlar\u0131n elde edilen ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131n kendilerinden kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etmeleri ve bunu kamuoyu ile payla\u015fmalar\u0131, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki siyas\u00ee ileti\u015fim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ile birebir ayn\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131nda, kitabe metinlerinin bulundu\u011fu abideleri ba\u015fl\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na bir reklam arac\u0131 olarak d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek de m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki reklam panolar\u0131 ve billboardlar gibi reklam ara\u00e7lar\u0131na \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kitabelerin kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc alfabesi ile simge \u00f6zelli\u011fi de bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u015eifreleme olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan bu durum, ileti\u015fimin temel unsurlar\u0131ndan bir tanesidir. Sadece bu sebepten d\u00e2hi kitabelerin bir ileti\u015fim arac\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve kitleye y\u00f6nelik hedefleri bulundu\u011fu i\u00e7in d\u00f6neminin kitle ileti\u015fim arac\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Kitabeleri kurumsal bir yay\u0131n organ\u0131 olarak da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.
